Fraud delivery person from ekart chennai contact no.[protected], delivery misplaced my product, my Order ID:WSPC [protected]. 3 FASHION KURTI NEW DRESS, BUt he delivered 2damaged and used kurti, i think they will collect from street beggers. Very very fraud and misplaced my product and collect amount of rs.500. Very fraud i will called him 1000 call but he will not attend and i also chat in WhatsApp he will not give any. So very fraud he only misplaced my product. In that pacj wrong company lable without seller address. How i can return my product pl help me my mobile [protected]

I have a parcel from Flipkart and it is out for delivery today but the agent refuse to door step delivery and very badly said that if I am not pick up the parcel from a shop he will cancelled it . I received a massage with undeliverable due to incomplete address. This is happening with me in every time. Some time I pick up from the shop but to my personal problem I am not able to pick up every time. My tracking ID for the item is FMPC[protected]

I buy a product from flipkart, after delivery i received a damaged and wrong product, the same will be intimated to flipkart team, they raised return but the EKART person is refusing to pick up the product since from more than one year, , previously i received refund also, but pending to pick by the same behaviour of ekart person.so in the flipkart team assigned for pick up every time but the ekart person calling me and when reached the area he refused to pick up the product, is this will happen again i will file a case in consumer court against EKART. please try to understand the issue and do accordingly.

Ny parcel with AWB - SRTP[protected] hasn't been received yet. The due date was 21st and its 22nd and it has not been dispatched yet. And no order status has been received by me. Is this a joke to you?
The parcel was something most important thing which i wanted on 21st at any cost but you failed to deliver it.

I ordered two items one amount 213 which is prepaid and the other is 215 which is postpaid. The product will arrive tomorrow as expected by the given date while ordering but suddenly an executive came on[protected]. We thought this is the product which is postpaid so we gave 215 amount to that executive. Also, he didn't tell me the product is prepaid. Not a big deal but this shows the quality of Flipkart employees. After this, I will not purchase any product from Flipkart. Amazon is much better and also their employees are 1000 times better than Flipkart because they do not accept extra money. Salary is enough for them. I am located in Dayanand Nagar Alwar Near Hanuman Circle Rajasthan. And this incident surprised me. I called him yesterday to return that money but this he is clever he told me to come tomorrow and return my money back. I purchased over 2 lac last year. But this incident was not supposed by you. I want to complain against that guy who delivers otherwise your company will sink. Remove that black guy so that customers will not complain. Parcel was delivered to customer on 2nd September but status showing RTO, Customer audio was shared previously escalated issue and same raised to customer care. Kindly solve my issue as its COD amount is 1900/-. Kindly find attached proof from the customer and solve my problem on an urgent basis.

I had ordered a trackpant from myntra but it was damaged and with stains. I shedueld a return but the delivery agent misbehaved with me, abused me in his regional language, talked to me in a insulting manner saying 'kaisa aadmi hai tum' and didn't pick-up my product saying to the company that my product is mismatched but I have the same product just with damages. I want a strict action against him and apologize by him.

The delivery executive is using my fake stamp and fake signatures and say that I have returned the packets, but I am not getting my return packet back . At times when I receive my packets its empty . Are your executive not checking the returns while receiving or are they taking the products themselves while packing . Dear EKart team my order doesn't delivered but EKart show item has been delivered. Courier person fraud with me. Please help and concern this issue Ekart team. This is too much fake service. Please help me and take legistative step to this courier person. Courier person call me to take order far from my place then I tell him that please deliver Courier to my place. He did not deliver my parcel to me and informed EKart from above that the item has been delivered. The courier boy is theft. Sir this website is very fraud don't buy anything because I ordered a churidhar but I received used saree it looks very dirty so for returning I got a no. In the bill it's like ring is going and not picking up...after that I searched in internet the other number cam from there website if I call the a person from flipkart answered and if I ask them the number of ekart they are telling that don't buy from this website as they don't have any number...I need a return policy...

I requested flipkart for exchange of a product which was already delivered and the other product was dispatched 2days ago and the promised delivery date is today[protected] till now the status was not changed please help me i can't return my product after 14days its already 5days completed

Ekart team is not delivering items in our area, despite of having regular parcles on daily basis. They are just delivering the items before 5 kms from our area which is hassale to go and get the items. It would be great if you extend the delivery limit to our area.
