        My order id is FMPP[protected] for my parcel and it's very important for me. Flipkart has promised me to deliver within 2 days of order placed on 26th July 2021, but today[protected] i don't have any update on delivery from Ekart logistics. My product reached to my nearest hub close to my home 3km still they are not able to deliver my product. Flipkart said we already delivered to logistics partner and Ekart is waiting for some issue to be sorted out. I don't understand why this issue happen to me. This is poorest service they offer.

          I ordered mobile phone on 26th July 2021 on Flipkart and they promised delivery by 28th July 2021 till 5.30PM. But i don't get my product. I got message from Ekart that your product will be delay due to technical reason. I wait 2 days more and make complain to Flipkart and Ekart both, but they don't have proper answer. My product reached to my nearest hub close to my home atleast 3km away still they are not delivering my product. I personally visited delivery hub of Ekart and delivery guy told me they have issue with their application and they don't able to deliver the product, they said more than 50 parcels are stopped. This is the worst service by Ekart and Flipkart, i paid for my mobile already still i don't get my product on time.

            Ordered items from flipkart

            I had ordered multiple products from Flipkart and the delivery was through ekart Pathanamthitta, kerala. I had contacted Flipkart multiple time as the courier service was rescheduling the delivery to the next days from 26th of July 2021 to 2nd of August 2021. Finally the order was showing as cancelled on 2nd August and it's showing amount will be refounded . If the courier service company can't deliver the product to the delivery location...

            I ordered a Realme Narzo 30 pro 5G on jul 21 and the calculated delivery date was 27th jul. The product reached kochi hub on 25th jul and then no movement for that product.The products which i purchased after that is already delivered to me, but y early reached product do not shipped to my nearest hub . And after that the delivery date was rescheduled to today but still the product located in kochi

                  Order was expected to be delivered on 30th July, the same was reflecting in the flipkart and ekart portal till 5:00pm.
                  All of the sudden the order delivery has been postponed to 2nd Aug.

                  As visible in the tracking details the consignment has reach Gurgaon at 5:47 am on 30th July. Also the delivery location is in Gurgaon sector 38.

                  There has been no call, notification or justifications offered by the vendor pertaining to the delay.

                  Extremely Poor Support and Services !

                      The product I ordered on 26 th and delivery date of it is on 28th and postponed to 30th July .so I tracked the order and found that the order has reached on 28 th July in Tirupur and it was still there until 30th July again it dispatched to Coimbatore and and received by them .so make sure nothing happens again like this and look after it

                            Hello sir/ma'am, I'm Priyanka,

                            EKart pickup person went/picked with tv asking for wall mount on 19th july, we called that person after a while and he said next day 20th july will return the wall mount but he didn’t come and when we are called but he didn't even recive that call on 21th july, the technician came for the tv installation and we had to pay for the wall mount again. 500 rupees had to be paid in vain for the wall mount, 500 rupees had to be paid in vain because of him. And from that day till today I've called many times, on calling he always said that I'll come tomorrow but he didn't come and now that person came today on 29th july and he is giving wall mount after my 500 rupees wasted, now what do I do with that wall mount ? because of that my money and mental damage has been done. I want REFUND with COMPENSATION.
