I ordered an item throught flipkart and My courier is left in courier facility in kollam kerala.today was the delevery date. But did'nt get my courier.no delvery boys ever contacted me.Ekart has very bad experience. They are not resposible...how can i find my order

    The Delivery man's conduct is very dishonoured as they couldn't make up to the address.Now i have to leave a meeting to pick my order far 13 km.thanks to Ekart 👏

        Delivered person not picking call

        Such a irresponsible behavior from the delivery executive, I have been calling from 2-3 hours and the delivery person is not picking calls. How are we supposed to talk to them ?

          The delivery guy of my pin code : 192123 isn’t delivering me the parcel however i got the out for delivery text from ekart but now the guy rejects my calls and didn’t deliver it which was supposed to be delivered yesterday but he denied and said that he’ll deliver today and now he’s not serious about the delivery concern

                Sir I had ordered boult audio freepods pro, but it turned out to be defective. He had a 7 day replacement. I also raised a return request. But no one came to pick up the product.

                  I booked a parcel with tracking id NMBP[protected] at 9th july from Delhi to Goa...there is no update no msg for delivery the product suddenly I had got a call from delivery boy on sunday 12.50 around which was miss by me...got msg regarding non delivery of item I call back him at 1.05pm around and clear the address and told him to deliver the parcel he said he can't come bcos he come out there..he told tmrw he will deliver..After that neither got any call msg regarding vthis nor the product deliver till now...There is no chance he will out from the location in just 10 min after that no try to deliver the product till now... Anyone can miss the call Pls do something asap

                      We ordered 2 green tea from flipkart,
                      Tetley and lipton, ordered amount is 852, but courier person ask to my mother for 900,
                      And take 900 from this .
                      Such a fraud kind of delivery boy ekart you have,

                            I ordered a product from flipkart and it is arriving through ekart tracking No. is FMPP[protected]. I called delivery boy and he said i will reach your place at 2pm thereafter i called again at 2.30pm then he said i will reach till 4pm but he had not reached to my place… I called again after 4pm but now he switch off his phone… very frustrating service
