        I ordered through flipkart and delivery associate cancelled the order himself by stating that customer not accepted the order. I have not received any call nor he came to my doorstep and no delivery attempts done by the associate but in tracking it shows he tries multiple times which was absolutely wrong. I am very unhappy with logistic team. Please take action against your delivery associate who all are doing this type of thing.

              Description of the Incident: I ordered JBL Flip 3 Bluetooth speakers & TWS mini Ear pods from e-cart (Combo offer) but when the order was delivered So a small speaker came out in it which was not of JBL brand and called many times to Customer Care Call Center (+[protected]; +[protected]; +[protected] but no one responded from that side. Didn't come and there is no option to return order on site which cost INR 1800

                I ordered from Flipkart and my parcel came through Ekart logistics. On delivery day at noon delivery guy calls me and ask for OTP before even coming for delivery. I didn't give otp and nothing happened but i feel like should complain about this so he don't try it with someone else.

                      I have placed order OD[protected] on Flipkart on 28.06.2021. After that delivery person Naseem Khan on 29.06.2021 called me to deliver that and asked for OTP. I had given him OTP, he told it is not correct one, he will deliver that order on next day.After thta, I checked on Flipkart, it was showing delivered. Then, I called him, but he is not reachable. I filed complaint on Flipkart, but they are helpless and told to contact you. I tried hard with Flipkart team, but they are not responding now. It's my humble request to resolve this and deliver my order actually, take strict action against the delivery guy.

                      Hope you understand my condition and do the needful.

                          Hello,

                          Today I received one parcel from ekart for that I paid rs1022 after opening only I comes to know that it's a fraudulent one, there is a dirty clothes in that cover, I paid money through upi to instakart, so please do not make the payment to that seller, kindly refund my money back to my account.

                                      I returnd a product worth rs 1445 which i bought on myntra. The product was tken by delivery boy and at the same day i got a message by elkart that my return is rejected. And the ekart employe named sonu from bhagalpur bihar, called me on my personal number and said he will return the product but he didnt i visited ekart office then i came to know that he has lost my product . He also said tht he will return my money but its been a month and he is not returned anything And i have evidence as his call recording.
