I returned my cat walk heels which i ordered on myntra and delivery boy came and collected them but i didn't receive any confirmation message and instead i got return pickup failed when i called him and asked he said that's not an issue it will be resolved in few days but it's been 10 days and the app showing it as product delivered where the product is picked up and i didn't receive any refund again i tried to call him but it's asking for pin which i amn't aware of

      I have ordered 3 mobiles from flipkart and in against exchange of 3 mobiles..
      My 3 orders were automatically cancelled as per ekart policy for reattempt of more then 3 times...
      Issue is delivery boy never came to my address for delivery and automatically reattempted the orderes and 2 of them got cancelled, 1 is still with them but they are not trying to deliver it and that 1 also will get cancelled by 3 attempts ...i have not received even 1 call for delivery...

          My order id is OD[protected] . Recently your delivery partner ekart attempt a delivery, but delivery agent misbehaving with me and he is not give exact value of my exchanged Mobile because of his personal issue. Please raise a complaint against the delivery partner. He has personal revenge with me that's why he doesn't give me my exact exchange rate. Totally false verification done by ekart wishmaster, my exchange mobile has no screen issue but your delivery partner showing screen issue in web portal but in mouth he is telling that there is no screen issue... My exchange phone value down by 4000 to 1850... Very bed experience with ecart and aslo Flipkart. This is not 1st time, this is 3rd time and i tired for complaint again and again in Flipkart and they are just do nothing, thats why i am complaint here against ekart and Flipkart. Please solve my issue as soon as possible because indirectly they lotted my 6000 rupees. Flipkart exchange policy is here just for cheating on innocent people that's why consumer forum need to resolve this issue.

              It seems they are purposely avoiding me as I told them that the product to be picked is under warranty cliam.

              Tracking ID FMPR[protected] from flipkart.com

              The product associated with the above Tracking ID was scheduled to be pickup form me on 13 Jul 2021. As it was a warranty claim I had some queries with Flipkart so I asked the Delivery Boy to pickup the product next day. I got a confirmation SMS from Ekart that the pickup was rescheduled teh next day (14.07.2021). Nobody came that day. I had to leave town on 15.07.2021 so I called Ekart office in Cuddalore and asked to pickup on Monday (19.07.2021). They agreed. Yet they called me twice in the meantime to pickup the product. I told them that I was out of town and I already informed their office on Cuddalore about that. But I was expecting them to come on Monday (19.07.2021). But again nobody came.

                Tracking ID FMPR[protected] from flipkart.com

                  Please resolve my issue as soon as possible... Because this is third time happened with me. I write in consumer forum because Flipkart help center are unable to resolve my problem, and they are saying useless reasons that they are not allowed to investigate this problem. That's why finally i write my issues in consumer forum, i hope the issue will be resolved within 7 days

                        I have ordered a earbuds and neckband in a site name thewinqflix.com worth of rupees 1600 and i have received through ekart.
                        It’s a fake company it doesn’t even has a customer contact number.
                        When I call to customer care number there trying to scam more money by asking bank details.
                        I wonder how ekart is tie up with such companies.
                        I have sent money to deliver guy.
                        I want my money back and take the fake and wrong product which I have received.
                        It’s my hard earning money.

                          I (S. Nagamani)have received ( shipment WSPC[protected]) courier and we have paid amount of Rs.1060 also, but we are not satisfied with the item. Because WE HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE BOOKED ITEMS, AS WE GOT VERY OLD and USED SAREES IN THE PACK. WE TRIED TO CONTACT YOUR CONTACT NUMBER WHICH WAS GIVEN ON THE PARCEL BAG, BUT NO RESPONSE. Finally we asked the courier person (Mr. Srinivas with contact number[protected] from vijayawada) to take the item return but he said that, he was not responsible for the items. FINALLY WE WANT TO RETURN THE RECEIVED ITEMS

                                Very bad behavior of e kart wishmaster at Kuchaman city pin code 341508 . Often They never pickup returnable item they focused only to deliver item. Very rude and unprofessional boys here in e kart. Sometime they demands money for pickup item. And some time they cancelled the pickup request on their own.

                                E kart please look in to this matter. And all team members should be removed from Kuchaman city. That pin code 341508. All E kart team should be changed from here.

                                    Delivery boy delay pickup. 17th July he call me for pickup . but he didn't come . then i call him then he say i come tomorrow. 18th July i call him then he say he come tomorrow . now today i call him now again he say come tomorrow . then i call customer support but i didn't get regulation.

                                      I can't exchange my order from last 2 days..the delivery person is not giving the correct details..he is always telling 5 mins, 10 mins 1 hour etc..he just made me to wait for past 2 days yet the order was not delivered..worst experience ever.. please take a serious action.

                                        I had a delivery from Amazon and received my delivery on 16 July.
                                        It was COD and went there to receive my package. It was an order of 420 INR. He said he didn't have change so he suggested dat while returning he would return my change. I agreed and waited at night he said he missed me and said he would do it tomorrow I agreed to. Since then it's been 3 days but he still hasn't replied.
