I received a Parcel with an advice from Flipcart and delivering SMS from Ecart on 28.12.2023 at around 18.30 hours and paid Rs. 999.00 and got the package from the courier guy. after half an hour when i opened the package, i was the worst and the most ugliest cloths inside which are filthy and torn condition which i never booked at all. thinking that my wife / children booked it, it got its delivery. but when i referred the same to the address given on that, they replied through email that i have to complain to ECART only as they dont know anything about it. Now I am lodging a complaint with you dear, please resolve it and refund my amount which i paid to your ECART only through my google pay.
