Hi, Umesh here from Amravati.
My parcel (tracking : BGSP[protected]) was about to deliever on 21st from Ekart and delievery boy called me. While I was not at home so I asked to take it to the warehouse and I will collect it after sometime but when I reached there the parcel was with courier boy only which he took with self. Another day also the parcel wasnt delievered and when I went there the parcel was still with courier boy. Today also on 23rd the parcel is not delievered. The products are very important in it and late delivery is affecting my business.

Without any reason he cancelled my order and I went to office for verification he came for beating. It's like rowdyism going on there.

In next step I will tweet in twitter with tagging all Flipkart management if you guys not responding.

Today date 12/02/2024 my parcel is out for delivery of tracking id - FMBC[protected]. delivery boy comes at my home by 07:33pm and deliver the order and collect cash amount Rs-799/-. But delivery boy updates this order by order rejected instead of order delivered. I have received the order with 2 numbers of wooden piece. my order is missing in this package.
I am unable to contact with delivery boy now. I have paid the amount to him 799/- and wooden piece received.

I have received parcel no QIPC[protected] by making a Google Pay on 06/02/2025. But material I received is not intended by me and ordered by me hence I request you to not to transfer the money to recepient Namely "shiptoheme .in" Rs 699. I have tried to raise a return request to" shipthome.in but the company seems to be faurd . I am trying to contact cyber crime .Hence I rquest you not transfer the amount to the shipper. When I call back the Ekart delivery agent number provided on the Flipkart application, I always get a message saying the delivery agent is busy or on another call. Additionally, if the delivery agent calls me, it shows that I am not available. It seems that my number might be blocked by Ekart. I have complained to Flipkart about this, but they have not yet resolved my issue. Could you please resolve this issue for me?

I got a delivery from ekart delivery person, which I ordered from flipkart. I ordered a lehnga from flipkart on 29th January 2025, I got a message of cancelation of order on 30th January 2025 and get a refund on same day. But on 1st February 2025, when I was not in house a delivery person from ekart came to house and gave flipkart envelope whose photo attached below. Delivery person get Rupee 800 cash from my wife for this order as she was unknown that order was cancelled and I got my refund. It was a complete fraud happen with us if you can't resolve this. I will go to consumer court because I have all the evidence regarding this.
Kindly resolve this and get my money back.

I want details like who have ordered this product using my name and address - Details I want like Name, email, Ip address, Location and from which site this product has been ordered and Customer Id of that site, So, that I can identify the person.
I received this parcel on 27th Jan 2025, 4:30pm at Sector - 1 Chandigarh location.

Please look into the matter asap.

Hi, My name is Vansh Sharma from Moradabad, Currently in Mohali, I ordered multiple things from Myntra on COD so order arriving one by one .At most 0f the time I was in my College so asked me to pay me and give my ordered or parcel to My Landlord but on 27Jan 2025 .He asked me to pay for the order but didnt delivered and after the payment he blocked me from everything.
His name is Ankush Kurli he is handling order of Myntra on Bhago majra, kharar, Mohali-140301 side .
very disappointed from this type of behvior as a student 500 is very amount.

I recieved a parcel with invoice number 27855 and tracking id sbhc[protected] which i didn't ordered on any website or app.I paid for it as cash on delivery. I kindly request you to collect the parcel and refund the amount i paid.

My friend sent me parcel through Ekart on 20th January, it was an urgent parcel and high value parcel too. No updates was there till 25th January. On 26th january got an update showing Marked RTO : ORDER_REJECTED. The full amount including courier charges are already paid.

A tab ordered in Flipkart, when it is on Out for delivery boy called me and told come to office and collect the product.
After checking my old phone, the Manager and delivery boy asking Rs. 300 extra without any reason

Ordered for set of shirts from some website, received ugly used clothes packed delivered by EKART with cash on delivery . UPI Transaction code - NBCC[protected], amount-999 rupees, amount paid to UPI ID: [protected]@ybl, paid from [protected]@oksbi, date : 30th December 2024. Who has sent this, not able to understand.

SRSP[protected]- Tracking ID. MY ORDER IS STUCK AT GURGAON HUB AND NOT MOVING SINCE 20th Dec. It was supposed to get delivered on 21st Dec, this is super critical parcel which should get deliver before 29th Dec.

I have ordered a jacket from myntra on 15 December 2024 which was delivered on 19 December friday ( here starts the fraud delivery guy deliver product with damaged and open packet My father received the product immediately my father called and said that parcel is damaged and not the one which i ordered and suppose to recieve then to confirm i call the delivery agent he said no sir i deliver the order in seal packed condition then i put the orders on exchange on myntra app (with option choosed that product recieve is damaged or different ) now the day of dispute comes 22-12-24 delivery agent puts the remark stating that your product picked up has failed immediately call the delivery guy asking him why he put false remarks
he is saying that i know your product is damaged that why i put remark
to which i asked how do you know he said he has opened the product while delivering then is said who gave you right to open the product . and even if open the product who gave you right to cancel the product your are just here to deliver the product after which he has called some 3-4 guys they were arguing with my 66 years old father and arguing with my mother saying

Order No. SHOC[protected]. I or anyone from my family never ordered this. It came to my address for COD of 499. I spoke to flipkart and they said I did not place nay order. Who ordered it and when. How can it have my exact address and phone no. They are scamming people by forcefully sending some orders and asking money in the name of COD.

I have not booked any order with any ecommerce site for delivery of SP 4 toothpaste. But suddenly received an SMS with tracking No.SHOC[protected] and Invoice No. 350972. The delivery is Cash on Delivery and my daughter took the delivery by paying Rs. 600 through gpay thinking that we ordered it (both myself and my wife went out)... It is very strange how the Ekart delivered the product and also SMS from their official msg. system reached us without no one in the family ordering the product... Please repay the amount and take back the order.

I received a product which was not ordered but due to miscommunication I have to take it.

When I try to call the number provided on website [protected] they are doing whatsapp call and asking to switch to video, which I did not do so, they also sent few apk files and insisted to open so I have to disconnect the call.

I need my refund of 699/- Rs and the above mention method is not standard to create a refund I feel.
