I have ordered realme narzo 30a through Flipkart and it as shipped to ekart loggisists nalgonda
No delivery agent no one calls about order then I goes to ekart loggisists nalgonda office
I give my track I'd FMPC[protected]
To one of the agent
And he says your order has delayed
And we ask reason
He as nothing says
Plz take action on it
Ekart loggisists nalgonda office
Present also not yet received my order iam waiting for my order
No one calls me yet

      Delay of my parcel

      Hi,
      I was supposed to receive my parcel on Monday 7th June, 2021 but I didn't receive my parcel as that parcel was not delivered to my nearest hub, Very next day when my parcel was received to my nearest hub I personally visited there to pickup the parcel, but the staff said they will send it to my address and constantly I'm going there since 3 days but the staff is giving one and the other excuses just for delaying it.. I don't know...

      Hi,
      I was supposed to receive my parcel on Monday 7th June, 2021 but I didn't receive my parcel as that parcel was not delivered to my nearest hub, Very next day when my parcel was received to my nearest hub I personally visited there to pickup the parcel, but the staff said they will send it to my address and constantly I'm going there since 3 days but the staff is giving one and the other excuses just for delaying it.. I don't know how lineantly they do their work as they cannot even deliver customer's product on time.
      I really got disappointed with Ekart services.
      As this is not only my issue, there are lots of people facing this kind of issue so request you to please kindly look into this and try to take some strict action against this. So that in future we can get our deliveries on time and we can order more and more goods online conveniently.

            I've ordered a mobile phone on 2nd june. Expected delivery date was 7th june now its showing 11th june. It has been a week since 2nd june but still it didnt arrive. When i tracked my order using ekart website, its still showing in transit. Please send me my product as soon as possible.

              I have ordered a product and the ordered item shipped on time. The product reached the delivery agency. I couldn't answer the phone when they called me. So I waited for the next day. They did not call me. When I checked my status of order it shows as delivered. How can the delivery agent so irresponsible. If a recipient didn't answer the phone they have to wait for the next day and after that the product should be returned to the sender and should reported as undelivered. Instead of that what they did? Actually the product was prepaid one. What is the credibility of ekart logistics. When I checked other persons response towards the delivery agency in my location, they were also reported the same kind of irresponsible behaviour of delivery agency..

                Fmpp[protected] shipment is not delived yet. Why we have face same problem all time . Why you are not deliver the shippment at right time. The delivery dated was 8 june but now t=it shown 12 june .Please deliverd this shipment as soon as possible.

                            I ordered a laptop on 27th may through flipkart . The delivery was on 4th June. But I didn't received the product and extended the delivery to 6th June. Till now I didn't received the product. As per the tracking, the product was on our nearby district and now it went to another state.                                 I ordered a product from flipkart on 4th June's morning and the product's promised delivery date was of 6th june. Its 7 june's evening now ( past 7pm) and the product still not out for delivery. why delaying the delivery when the product has reached my city.. Deliver it right now.tracking id is FMPP[protected]..ENOUGH WITH UR LIES.

                                i got the product today but as expected it was a damaged piece.. the cover was torn and the hand grip cover and seal was missing too.. looks like 2-3 people had returned this piece and seller sent me that piece as a brand new..everybody's a thief

                                  Could u pls look into this matter on urgent basis before u pay my money to G-jazz.com. I placed an order through g-jazz.com for a watch on COD. The watch that I received is different product which I dont need. I transfer Rs 1699 to ekart and I have enclosed the details.
                                  I requesst you to to refund my money before u pay to g-jazz and pick the watch from me. As I have paid to you, you can easily do this and its my humble request to u.
                                  I cant use this watch as its defective and there is no guarantee card.
