Dear Ekart Logistics

First of all good to know the statistics of more than 1500 complaints filed but only 40 are solved from your side. It means even this complaint also doesn't affect you much.

I have orders on flipkart and my order is out for delivery from last 4 days. I am getting calls from shipper at odd times to deliver the product. 1st day he called me to confirm delivery by 6 pm. Then he called me at 8 pm in the late evening. I requested him to deliver between 12 noon to 6 pm as address is of my office premises and not residential one. He didn't delivered even on 2nd day and called me at 12 midnight on second day for delivery. Even I haven't received order on 3rd day and I hope I will not get it.

I made a mistake to order on flipkart. Either flipkart should banned EKART Logistic (as third class service provider) or I should stop buing from flipkart.

    Out for Pickup: Pigeon Cookware Set with tracking ID FMPR[protected] from flipkart.com, will be picked up before 9pm today by an EKART Wish Master (call [protected], PIN 216). Keep the product ready with all accessories and tags for verification.

    I am getting this since last 2 days but no response from the delivery guys and not even he picked up my calls yesterday he talked and said he will take my order 5 then 6 pm but he never reached so how this is the behaviour and lying the customer

      I ordered Poco X3 along with flip cover the order reached at cochin on 24th may but the order didn't delivered on 26th and they are saying delivery will be happening on 30thMay but I am not sure about that.Because Theere is bo update in courier site.

          FMPR[protected] this was my order of a Bluetooth speaker and I don't know what is the problem of this person he is not taking my calls ignoring my messages talking very rudely

            I came as this no [protected] on google which said that they are customer care and i contacted them and told them about why my shipment is still delayed they further continued saying which payment was used and share credit card details so we will refund you like that.
            Found out it was a scam and disconnected the call.

            Please be beware dont give out infos

              Sir my product was to be delivered on 26 may 2021 but has not been delivered yet.And my tracking id FMPP[protected] given by flipkart, when I try to track my order it shows invalid tracking id despite the correct id.So kindly send the details as I need my order urgently.

                Ordered stuck at one station and delayed

                I have ordered three items from flipkart and it was to be shipped from ekart logistics

                I ordered all the 3 products respectively on 21 may, 21 may, 23 may and all shipped as expected by date and after 2 days they all shipped to varanasi and till now its 28 till now its not dispatched from varanasi and they customer care service also didn't help me.

                Its urgent and they have rescheduled delivery date 2 times but...

                Hi,
                My product with Tracking ID: FMPC[protected] was dispatched to MotherHub_FRK on the 17th of May and is not received at the hub. It's been delayed twice by now. Please look into it so I get it as soon as possible

                    I placed an order on asus cpu on amazon the 21/5/2021 and its 27/5/2021 and the product is still at bhiwandi where else it needs to be delivered to chennai. What the heck is even Ekart logistics doing? Why hasn't my product still left from bhiwandi flipkart facility? when i call the CUSTOMER care. They all are like robots all they do is copy and paste answers regarding my question which leaves to no resolution. Bunch of ### running this flipkart and ekart
