    Delay in delivery, stuck at Bhiwandi hub.

    I have ordered dell Monitor from Flipkart on 5th May. Order number is FMPP[protected]. The promise date was 10 th May. The delivery is stucked in Bhiwandi hub from 6 th May and not reached to my nearest hub yet. The distance between Bhiwandi to my location is only 1 hr by road. Why does it is taking more than 6 days to reach?
    Please provide support, thanks....

    I came upon a website for a combo offer of sony bluetooth in-ears headphone's plus JBL earplugs.. Instead i have received a fake product of jbl tempo headset. They have cheated me. ALTHOUGH THIS IS THE WRONG PRODUCT, IT HAS COME FULLY DAMAGED AND DUSTY.
    I paid ekart delivery guy 1600/-, even though i asked him twice who do I reach out to incase its not the right product .. He has been ignoring my calls, instead of helping me . why does ekart have to deliver fake products in the first place. none of their customer care numbers are working . no response from any number on this address either ..
    PRODUCT HAS COME FROM THIS ADDRESS, it says number does not exist.

      Bad Behabiour of delivery boy.

      I have odered a phone on flipcart and old phone exchange basis. the delivery boy came for the check, he inspected the phone (my phone is alright) . its was showing on his phone that i will get the new phone at reduced price but he is selecting different section where i have to pay whole price. he was behaving very badly.

      please look into this

        I have an order of noise colorfit pro 3 smart watch through flipkart under tracking id fmpc[protected] which was going to be delivered on 10th may-2021 i was continuously calling delivery boy on [protected], pin 164 and he was saying i will deliver in 2-3 hours again i call and he said i will deliver tomorrow i.E., 11th may-2021 but the delivery was not made and on 12th may-2021 night around 12 am i receive a message that my order was cancelled. But i have not requested to cancel as i need it. This is the fault of delivery boy.

          The delivery executive is not attempting to deliver my Myntra order at all and is cancelling the delivery without informing me. He is absolutely rude and inappropriate while communicating and is calling me to the hub to pick up my order. Worst experience ever. Disappointed.

              I haven't received any call from your executive but I received this text "Sorry, our E-Kart executive was not able to reach you on phone for shipment FMPP[protected]. Please reach out to the executive on [protected] with pin 261 -valid only for today"
              I called several times on given number but no one answered. Your executive doesn't call customer and you don't even ask there location because of their own laziness they just document wrong notes as customer doesn't answered call. Wowww what a pathetic services you have. Wastages of customer's time and money because of your executive laziness

                I ordered a trolley on 3rd May 2021
                (SKYBAGS Spotlight 4W Exp Strolly ( H) 76 Blu Check-in Luggage - 31 inch) By RETAILNET. Delivery should be on 8th of May.
                Order reached my home city Rajahmundry on 8th but Order got delayed and message was received that delivery will be on 9th. The Next day suddenly Order was cancelled without Intimation on 11th of May at 12.00 am. Flipkart Mailed me by showing the reason that The item has been cancelled by the seller as their courier service provider could not reach you despite multiple attempts. This is totally rubbish, They were lying. We didn't receive any phone call from any courier agent, even we haven't received any message regarding delivery failure. I would like to take action on Flipkart. We book this trolley as we have International Journey to Saudi Arabia on 20th from Kochi airport in Kerala. At first I ordered one trolley Safari on 25th april and it was cancelled by Chat bot, Computerized chat bot, I did not asked for cancellation I asked it to delivery as much as possible and I said if it will be delay then i will cancel my order then Immediately i got message that My order was cancelled.
                Without getting angry I gone for another Order as I had Much time for Journey. This SKY BAG was my 2nd order.
                Hence I am requesting you to please guide to take such kind of Irrespective activity at the Customers. I would like to file a CD case on Flipkart with the evidences. Please guide me.

                    Your dilevary service is poor. Your dilevary agents are very egoist. They have canceled my order after assurance of my dilevary for two days. On first day he excused that some other agent have taken tha parcel with him to some other route so they will dilevar on next day, but on next day he excused that it is raining and in afternoon he gave me a single missedcall for few seconds and them cancelled my order. Since I live in little remote area he wants to save his petrol cost beacause he dont have any other parcel in our area. I am deeply anguished. You should appoint guys who are accountable. This shows the greater negligence. This is the story of dilevary agents of MADHUBANI DISTRICT Hub, District - Madhubani, State - Bihar.
                    please resolve my issue at the earliest

                      I've placed an order on Flipcart and my shipment would be delivering by Ekart Logistics.

                      I've been promised to get my delivery by 8th may but it still has not been delivered. Also I've been received a call to cancel my order from my end as my Pincode is unserviceable. But in app it's still shows serviceable.

                      It looks like they're making fake promises to each & every person after visiting this forum.

                      Today I received a product through Ekart, the seller provide us the product which cost less then the. Price I paid .

                      The seller phone number which is provided to us is switched off.

                          The flipkarts ekart delivery hub aluva is really fraud, they hold the products in the hub and says delivery attempt failed and they cancel or return the product, the customers including me are being fools, please make any action on this sir.

                                We ordered Mobile in Flipkart. After reach hub also there is no proper response by Ekart delivery person .Why not arranged for delivery ? Very poor response. I need to get delivered by tomorrow.

                                same thing happened with me as well. I have placed an order and Ekart promised to deliver the same by 8th May but it still has not been delivered. I've also shoot an email to the [protected]@ekartlogistic.com as given in their website but no response received.
