    I have ordered JioPhone from flipkart F320B of ₹1759 on May 04, 2021.. & when it is out for delivery...On 16/05/2021 in hyderabad
    I have told to delivery Boy Sunny([protected]) that I am not present in delivery address due to full lockdown I am in village so cancel my prepaid order so firstly he guide me wrongly that (prepaid order is not cancelable & if I'll cancel than your money will not refund ) & after rejecting by me by calling 2 times than also delivery boy has marked Delivered at 9:23 PM...

    I not want product I want my money back...

    I want my ₹1759 Refund as soon as possible

      I ordered this laptop on 2nd may on sale, expected delivery was 6th May which was missed, Next date was 13th May which was missed again. Customer care agents are blaming the Logistics team for this issue.
      As a customer, I am not sure by when I will get his order and I have to suffer losses due to the logistic team's mistake.
      They are not asking to cancel the order, wait for the refund (14 days), and order it back, which is not acceptable

                Virajpet, Kodagu ekart staffs are very unprofessional... they dont even try to give a door step delivery.. please take severe action on them ... would request to hire professional staffs who can serve us Better..

                            I have ordered an electric item from flipcart with tracking no. FMPP[protected] .Â

                      Delivery from ekart to solan himachal pradesh.

                      But when order was reached at solan. No representative from courier service call me and not even a message . They cancel this order without any reason. If they call me i can pick my order from there office.

                      This is very irresponsible act from your side.

                      Please check this . I realy very disappointed and think that my order can be taken by ekart representative.Â

                      In solan all courier partner deliver regular deliveries. If they give reason like lockdown etc to save them there be option that i can take product from there office. Here is no problem like this.

                          Flipkart ekart logistics fraud practice
                          My friend and I placed an order in flipkart on 7th May and he delivered the product on 10th May which was the expected delivery date and it is not delivered for me. The product delivery date shifted to 14th May and after my great wait the product got cancelled by them without no genuine reason, they purposefully undelivered it, product booked by emi and the i lost some amound, time and work, I'm fully cheated by the ekart fraud.

                              I have ordered mobile on May 5th in Flipkart. The expected delivery date was May 10th. The parcel has been reached earlier than the expected date. I had got a call by 10 in night. I didn't attend the call. Then I received a message from ekart mentioning that delivery will be delayed for 3 days and later it delayed for another 3 days. The duration is over now. When will I receive the product?
                              I need to know the reason for delay and when is the delivery.

                                      I ordered Laptop (FMPP[protected]) on 5 may 2021 and SSD (FMPP[protected]) and Dell keyboard and mouse (FMPP[protected]) on 7 may 2021 both from flipkart and promising deliveries are to be delivered on 11 may and 13 may respectively.
