I ordered this laptop on 2nd may on sale, expected delivery was 6th May which was missed, Next date was 13th May which was missed again. Customer care agents are blaming the Logistics team for this issue.
As a customer, I am not sure by when I will get his order and I have to suffer losses due to the logistic team's mistake.
They are not asking to cancel the order, wait for the refund (14 days), and order it back, which is not acceptable
