I had requested a return on Flipkart and the executive mr.Biswajit Mandal,

Rejected the pickup and was being physically and verbally abusive towards my father and when I confronted him he tried hitting me
In this pandemic when we need social distancing he is being physical breaking the norms

    I bought an ac in flipkart... Installation of this is getting delayed... Agent is not even responding to calls. We are not getting propern response from them. We are very unsatisfied with it..

        We oredered Guitar in Flipkart .After reach hub also there is no proper response by Ekart delivery person .Why not arranged for delivery ? Very poor response .We need our order today .

            जो कि 2 मई को ही लखनऊ पहुच चुका है।।। फिर इत्ती लैट क्यो ।

                Product ordered on Flipkart and the shipping carrier is Ekart logistics.

                Product about to deliver on 6th May 2021
                The logistics company has rescheduled it to 7th May 2021 and promised for today delivery
                now not responding over phone

                  Hi,

                  My phone has been received at my nearest ekart hub Mathura on 4th May 2021, 09:06am but they didn't deliver it to my address yet.
                  Their customer care number is not active and email support also sending mails bounced back.
                  Earlier promised delivery date was 5th May and then they revised this date to 6th May after breaching earlier delivery date but till today I didn't receive it.

                  Please review my issue and do needful.

                    Hi Team,

                    I have orderd the OnePlus tv from Flipkart and the delivery date is on last Monday but they didn't deliverd it yet . They called me first day say that sir today we doesnt have the enroute Can we deliver on Tuesday then I said yeah its fine but till now they didn't delivered it and they are not picking up the call as well.

                    Please help me on this and I also raised the issue with Flipkart as well but not hearings from them as well .

                      I ordered a mobile handset on 2nd of may and it should be delivered to me at Dehradun on 6th may but the location of my product is still in Gurgaon and the delivery date is changed to 11 the of may.

                        They call and said that take your order and give this order to dilvery boy address.They stand a particular place and call customer to there for pickup. Also they do not talk polite for customers.

                                    2. I have ordered combo product of sony as one wireless neck type blue tooh and wireless earpod for Rs1599. but after unboxing i found it was JBL headphone of Rs. 749 only.
                                    3. I received the product on 29 Apr 21. The product inside is absolutely different than i ordered. The COD was Rs. 1599 and i paid the same amount. I have earlier complaint in feedback response but did not get nay reply.
                                    4. I want my right product to be delivered asap. I hope you understand this.

                                      The delivery boy reject my return without any reason and he not even come to my location and check my product how he can reject my return without see and this is second time he reject my return how can u hire that delivery boys that not even collect return and reject them. i recieve a message that your return is reject because of damage i cant even think that this company hire boys such a shameful
