Good afternoon Sir/Mam,
Sir My two parcels is reached final delivery station but from 3rd May to 6th May I not received my both the parcels but my other parcel I received at the time...
My two parcels tracking ID are FMPP[protected] and FMPP[protected]
PLZZ track and solve this issue and provide fastest delivery.
Here I am attaching screen shot of both the items

    I ordered a product from Flipkart which is coming through ekart logistics and their delivery prosisser is very late just like they are doing something with product very bad ekart logistics useless company everyone complaint about them 👎

      Hello Sir/ Madam
      1. Refer to Ekart No SSGC[protected].
      2. I have ordered combo product of sony as one wireless neck type blue tooh and wireless earpod for Rs1599. but after unboxing i found it was JBL headphone of Rs. 749 only.
      3. I received the product on 29 Apr 21. The product inside is absolutely different than i ordered. The COD was Rs. 1599 and i paid the same amount. I have earlier complaint in feedback response but did not get nay reply.
      4. I want my right product to be delivered asap. I hope you understand this.

        The delivery boy reject my return without any reason and he not even come to my location and check my product how he can reject my return without see and this is second time he reject my return how can u hire that delivery boys that not even collect return and reject them. i recieve a message that your return is reject because of damage i cant even think that this company hire boys such a shameful

          HI All,

          I was supposed to receive my product today Shipment FMPP[protected] when I called the delivery to tell that my primary mobile number is wrongly mentioned in the address i.e. [protected] however also informed him the secondary number is correct [protected].

          Delivery person named Ankit confirmed this to me at 5 PM, he literally told me it will take 3 hours to come to my location and rudely told me that I know the number and he will connect me to my secondary contact number : [protected] .

          7 PM when I called him he literally was cutting my call - 7:30 when Anki somehow received the call he denied that I ever spoke with him regarding the contact number and he tried reaching both numbers it was not reachable ...! HOW A GUY GIVING THIS LAME REASON !!! MY MOBILE IS TURNED ON EVERY INCOMING OUTGOING CALL was WORKING COMPLETELY FINE!!! LOOKING AT THE DEADLINE 16th MAY they are trying to escape !!

          IT WAS BIRTHDAY GIFT WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE TODAY!!! PROACTIVELY I WAS FOLLOWING UP ON THIS BUT DELIVERY GUY ANKIT as he confirmed his name on call SIMPLY IGNORING ON THIS!!!

          I want STRICT ACTION ON THIS CASE BECOZ OF HIS lethargicness I MISSED MY PARCEL !!! VERY RUDE BEHAVIOUR HOWEVER I POLITE THROUGH THE TIME COZ I WANTED MY PARCEL !!!

            I ordered the product on 28th April and it was to be delivered on 4th May but it is on yet deliver.It has reached nearest hub Porvorim which is 10min away from the location then to they r taking so long to deliver the product.I requested that if I can pickup on my own, flipkart refused telling they don't know the address of the hub(Impressive).I want the product urgently and give me till tomorrow.

                Respected Sir/Madam,

                I am Nikhil Vernekar a flipkart plus member who had ordered a cell phone on 1st May 2021 with Order ID - ODI[protected] with registered mobile number [protected] Ekart Logistics - FMPP[protected]. And the delivery was done on 3rd May 2021. But during the delivery date at around 3pm I was having lunch with my family and at the time the delivery boy arrived and called us to come down, as we were living on the 2nd floor and having lunch we asked him to come up as it was mentioned home delivery as per flipkart guidelines. After we requested him to come up and deliver he started yelling at me with abusive words and without any due respect he started calling me in a singular manner. And instead of delivering he abused us with so many words and was talking as if we were wrong calling him at the doorstep. These many days I had ordered so many things and every delivery guy delivered it till my doorstep but this guy completely gone mad and he doesn't know how to talk to people. So I request you to take proper action on this guy. So that he never repeats the same with other people.

                  The courier person kamal jyoti khanikar from dibrugarh assam ekart is very ill mannered refused my exchange even though the product was intact and had no issues. Was boasting that he is the boss and can do anything he wants. Even tried recording my call. A loyal flipkart customer i was but not anymore. Hope flipkart resolve my issue and get me my exchange

                    Why ekart just say could not deliver or cant reach ??? Just a big excuse from ekart
                    Atlist, anyhow you try To contact us.. Show sone responsible.. We trust you thats why we order..justify by delay or else just ""COULD NOT REACH YOU.""
                    Whole day i was waiting for the order but ..no response from ekart.
                    Even i called that number but no one answer the called.Its A second time.
                    Please if you cant deliver ..atlist update us.. About the situation...
                    This is not a service..
                    I know its a covid situation but you can update the person

                        When i want to contact with him regarding delivery of wrong product .

                            Address: Ekart Aliganj Hub, at Sitapur Road, Near Mohibulla Pur Railway Station.

                            Respected Sir,
                            My self K.S. Pandey and my firm is registered as "Akriti Traders" under the Flipkart Seller Hub. I am facing some issues to receive back the shipments to me which has "Returned/Cancelled" by the buyer. In this context, the details the available tracking IDs and the present status are mentioned as under:

                            1. FMPR[protected] - The shipments status is shown as delivered but not yet received by me. I have raised ticket in Flipkart and they have sent a signature to me which is not mine.

                            2. FMPR[protected] - Current location - Aliganj Hub, Lucknow. It was returned from Buyer on 13.4.2021, but not yet received back to me.

                            3. FMPR[protected] - Current location - Aliganj Hub, Lucknow. It was returned from Buyer on 20.4.2021, but not yet received back to me.

                            4. FMPC[protected] - Current Location - Lucknow. From the date 28th April, it is shown at Lucknow, but not returned back to me.

                            5. FMPC[protected] - Current Location - Lucknow. It shown at Lucknow on 2nd May, but not returned back to me.

                            6. FMPC[protected] - Current Location - It might not returned back at Lucknow, but I am informing in as advance due to the non satisfactory performance given by the ekart services.

                            It may kindly be noted that with respect to Item no. 1, I have many times asked to the Courier Boy (who is come to take shipments), but no satisfactory response expressed by him except "I Will See It". It shows that no heed was paid by the courier services or their employee in order to deliver the "Returns/Cancellations" to the seller back.

                            In view of the above, kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action for execution upon the grievances as raised by the undersigned and the above shipments may be returned to me back as early as possible.

                                      My order is from flipkart (prepaid order)

                                      Expected delivery date for my order is 28/04/2021.

                                      Delivery boy is not picking up my call also, when i complaint on flipkart he finally picked up the call and speaking to me in very rude way.
                                      He said he will deliver my order on dated 29/04/2021 but after calling him again on that day je said i will not give you delivery on that address, he is telling me to come around 3 km from my respected address.
                                      In this COVID-19 how can i go that long for my order.
                                      Before also i have ordered many product from flipkart but does face this type of problem before.

                                      I request you to please deliver my order in my address

                                      I hope you will understand my problem and take some action on it.

                                        Today my parsal have to return to ekart delevary boy pickup by Pushpendra when i give him a negative feedback about my order then he absub me on my phone and pickup regact to order of missing items
                                        I dont have how to gone but pickup boy pushpendra said me to for further i dont return your pacage and not to deliver your parsal on time
                                        So i request you to provide my origanal product or not please return my package
