    Dear E-kart team,

    I have ordered on 4 may by Flipkart,
    order no - OD[protected]
    Tracking no - FMPP[protected]

    My delivery date was 8th of may, due to civid my delivery date was extended from 8 to 12 then 18 then 20, today is 22 but I still not received my product, I don't know what is happening, why you guys are not delivering in my location, all online channels like nayka, big basket, Amazon are seeing order but flipkart ( Ekart ) not .

    Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

    Order canceled after wait of 20 days, I was expecting my order but can't deliver it, now I stuck with 50 thousand rs positive in my credit card, Worst experience with flipkart . You guys hold my delivery for 20 days in lockdown now lockdown is over you need to deliver it and you cancel it. 😞

    Not now, only I am getting issue resolution date, no one is asking about product delivery, worst experience
    One of my orders arrived in Kochi on 8-6-2021 ... but it has been three days .. it has not yet reached the hub near my place ... And there aren't no updates about that ordee

      I ordered sarees from craftwrolds.com but I received different and cheep product. I opened that infront of delivery boy, I told him it's not right product so return it back but he said it's not job and left. I lost 1000 rupees now.

              Tracking number SRTP[protected]

              Delivery is pending for above tracking id from last 25days. We requested for correct mobile number to be updated so that customer receives OTP and the shipment gets delivered but till date shipment is not delivered.

                Hello.

                I haven't received my ordered parcel yet. And as I tracked the courier service today in the morning it was available in Saraipali ready to deliver but later on in the evening as I checked again it showed "Marked RTO: Order Reject".

                I haven't received any call from the courier service station for the delivery and I am waiting for my order since 10th May, 2021 as promised by Myntra. Kindly please do a check and deliver it asap..

                    I have ordered a laptop from flipkart... It would have been delivered yesterday (20th may) but it was automatically postpone for today (21st may)... finally i got the delivery partner contact number but he's saying that i'll come in the evening...
                    My issue is... my laptop delivery date was 20th may... and it'a already late... and on top of that laptop is an expensive thing... it's out of the ekart office around 9 in the morning... so it should have been delivered to me within 2-3 hours as it is a fragile item (safety issues) but your ekart partner is not at all concerned regarding the items which the customers buy...

                    Kindly see to it that the fragile and expensive items shall be delivered on time, with care and proper alertness...

                        I have ordered a shirt from Myntra which was shipped by ekart.The product has reached the final delivery center and came for delivery (17 may 2021) but the courier person forgot to take the courier from the logistics and he told that the product will be delivered on the next day(18may2021)but till now I haven't received my package.While tracking the package (promised delivery date was 18 may 2021) but there was no more updates so kindly speed them and sent the package as soon as possible

                                I order an hp laptop on 9th of may. And Promised delivery date was 14 th of may. But i didn't receive d on that day. Then they told me you will get on next day but I didn't received. Then after they showed me 19 th but then to my product is not been delivered. Plzs it's an urgent for me. A kind request.

                                The product was been shipped to near by centre on 12th may of mine which is bhiwandi . It takes approx 2 hours to reach my area. Then too it's taking many days. Plz take it in consideration.
