Today is the last expected date of the ordered item but the order is still is in the nearest hub and is not even out for delivery and when I tried to contact Flipkart customer support they are telling that I will get order by 7pm but it's now 6pm and it is not even out for delivery how is it going to reach by 7 pm and they always delay the order and this time they are not delivering the order on time.

      they have not mentioned un subscription opting also i am really fedeup with those messages.

                        I work in police. For election purpose I was at Vatibari, Alipurduar. I needed to go Darjeeling. Hence I ordered a Sleeping bag from Flipkart, vide order id OD[protected]. The item was out for delivery on 13 april but as I was left for Darjeeling, I refused delivery the item having AWB no. FMPP[protected]. But delivery agent marked as delivered that day evening. I want the status get updated as refused.

                          It's my complaint against the courier boy based out here at Giridih District in the state of Jharkhand. Many times it has been observed that your courier/delivery boy, without tracing out an individual on the mentioned address, the use to cancel the items on his own without consent of the consignee, which is the matter of my concern. It's also a type of misconduct and completely an arbitrary attitude. Hence, you either resolve this issue or replace such kind of non-performing guys from your squad.

                          My two items are still pending with them which was to be delivered as of now. So, please take up this matter into your notice and short it out at your earliest.

                                      My order was out for delivery but the delivery person didn't call me, but when i tried to call him he was continously disconnecting my call. And finally he put my call to block list. And at night i received message that delivery attempt failed due to no response from customer. Next day also the same thing happened. And till now i didn't received my consignment.
                                      Many times they did same thing and they returned my product without even contacting me. Ekart Kunnamangalam, calicut hub is giving worst service from thier side. My tracking id is FMPP[protected]
