I have ordered wallet on flipkart . Ekart delivery boy come to delivery product but unfortunately that time I was not present in delivery location so I tell him keep the product with hotel near my office. So he kept parcel in hotel. After some time I return to my place and take that parcel the parcel is opened and inside the flipkart box I found the original wallet box but inside the wallet box I have got the duplicate wallet (10 rs cheap wallet) . When I called to flipkart delivery for talking about this issue he talked with me so rudely and unprofessionally and said that go to flipkart office and do whatever you want. This is not my problem.

      Not recieved even after 4 days. Morning i will get message that out for delivery and evening i will get message that undelivered. Not even Getting any call from delivery person.
      Very bad service providing by your team. Every time delivery guys refused to door step delivery.
      This time item is not even delivered. Very bad service. Kindly think about customers satisfaction.

                  I purchased a Bluetooth device from www.nexaship.in. Its price 1599/-(shipping charges included). I booked on 16th February 2021, received the product on 22nd February 2021.

                      Its been 9 days that have been waiting for my parcel which contains plant saplings. From 3 days its in purnia and the courier service is not delivering it to my location.

                      If the plants will die who will take the responsibility of the amount i have to bear the cost of.

                      I am trying to contact Ekart services and no proper care is taken by the ekart officials.

                      Local courier service is keeping the parcel for three days and still not delivering it to my location.

                            I am not satisfied with your service. Delivery agent name is Guna and his manager Kumaresan, Idappadi, Salem, Tamil nadu. Actually i requested exchange and he does not even see my product properly and said we cant take this product. I spoke to his manager even he also supporting him and not listening my concern. And also peoples are not coming to home to deliver most of the time.

                                Product return from ekart

                                Hi iam a seller on flipkart i got an order for refrigerator compressor, i did pack and it and ekart logistic picked it up from my shop now after few days it was returned to me as customer cancelled the order when i received it the outer layer poly bag was ripped and the parcel was opened when i checked my original compressor was replaced with an old used one ...
                                Now i got cctv camera recordings when i packed the parcel and when i received...

                                His behaviour is so rude..
                                He don't even delivered my products at delivery address. He calls the customer at his home to deliver the product.
                                When I asked him why not deliver at address. He said that if you want to take it then it is okay otherwise you cancel your order.
                                It's really unjustified
