I would like to inform you that I have booked house hold item (Jagjeet Aluminium Hand Juicer 16) order no. OD[protected] and tracking ID FMPP[protected] on 24.02.2021 but your delivery company E-kart (Delivery boy) have denied delivery at my home address whereas delivery area is covered of my home address. In past time, delivery boy had also denied to deliver and delivery boy have cancelled the items.

I therefore request you to kindly take hard action against the delivery boy in this regard on top priority under intimation to me.

There is a laptop dispatched from my end in Mid January to Hyderabad to Ekart services. when it reached it was severely damaged. ID: ECZP[protected].

It's My company laptop and they are deducting money from my Salary - 20, 000 INR.

I have received an email from Ekart accepting that the laptop is damaged from their end.

There is a clear picture of before and after. Please refer to images.

I have ordered wallet on flipkart . Ekart delivery boy come to delivery product but unfortunately that time I was not present in delivery location so I tell him keep the product with hotel near my office. So he kept parcel in hotel. After some time I return to my place and take that parcel the parcel is opened and inside the flipkart box I found the original wallet box but inside the wallet box I have got the duplicate wallet (10 rs cheap wallet) . When I called to flipkart delivery for talking about this issue he talked with me so rudely and unprofessionally and said that go to flipkart office and do whatever you want. This is not my problem.

Very bad service providing by your team. Every time delivery guys refused to door step delivery.

I am not satisfied with your service. Delivery agent name is Guna and his manager Kumaresan, Idappadi, Salem, Tamil nadu. Actually i requested exchange and he does not even see my product properly and said we cant take this product. I spoke to his manager even he also supporting him and not listening my concern. Hi iam a seller on flipkart i got an order for refrigerator compressor, i did pack and it and ekart logistic picked it up from my shop now after few days it was returned to me as customer cancelled the order when i received it the outer layer poly bag was ripped and the parcel was opened when i checked my original compressor was replaced with an old used one ...
Now i got cctv camera recordings when i packed the parcel and when i received...

His behaviour is so rude..
He don't even delivered my products at delivery address. He calls the customer at his home to deliver the product.
When I asked him why not deliver at address. He said that if you want to take it then it is okay otherwise you cancel your order.
It's really unjustified
Please look after this matter...
