I have ordered tablets ( G GLOWSIK Women multivitamin ) for my mother through FLIPKART and the delivery agency is EKART LOGISTICS by tracking ID FMPP[protected]. The delivery agent cheated on me. 17th Nov 2023 my order is out of delivery message received and afternoon 2.50 PM delivery agent called ( call received phone number is [protected]) and asked for delivery OTP without the product home delivery, he did not come to my home address and he told me your area delivery person will be delivering your product on same day evening ( he told that delivery person name is Saravana kumar). I trusted his word and i shared delivery OTP. After that my order status changed as the item has been DELIVERED in app, i waited delivery agent phone call but still now the parcel is not delivered to me and I'm unable to make call to that delivery agent. next day 18th Nov 3.00 PM I went to the ekart delivery office in Vaniyambadi but the office is closed.

There is no support from the Flipkart customer care team. pls check and update my order details or refund my order amount back to my account immediately.

I'm waiting for your response and take action against that delivery agent.

    I had placed an order in Flipkart which was delivered by Ekart logistics I placed an order of a mobile in exchange offer and I paid completely while placing the order I was cheated by Flipkart delivery executive while taking mobile in exchange offer delivery executive said to format my mobile then he downloaded some application and said I need to pay extra due to minute scratch on mobile (which is not visible clearly) then he did some check marks on his mobile in Flipkart app and said to pay Rs. 550/- showing same in Flipkart app
    After formatting I cannot use any UPI apps then I paid him in cash he said I have updated in app it will show in my Flipkart account which didn't, when I checked with Flipkart they said nothing is updated related to payment which clearly shows delivery executive is cheated me

      I recently (15th nov 2023) purchased an item from third party website in payment mode of COD and recieved product today (18th Nov 2023) . But i got scammed by the provider i contact to their customer service they tried to make another scam through the link on whatsapp ..when i denied to give them my bank details they abuses me..after that i tried to contact the delivery boy of eKart logistics he said that he cant do anything ..
      sir i want you to take an action regarding this scamand give my payment back

          The product that I have received is 3 useless boxers instead of the cargo pants that I have been waiting for. This is so wrong. How can people scam customers like this. Such a worse experience. I would like to return this and get a refund .

            Sir, with reference to my order number: MYEP[protected], I will like to bring you to notice that my order was not delivered to me, neither to my neighbours and not to my security guard, yet it is showing delivered.

            I had placed an order via Myntra, which was about to delivered on or before 16th Nov 2023, but it was not delivered and the status of the order was showing delivered on 15th of November. Sir, for your kind information It was not delivered to anybody, neither to me nor to my neighbours and not even to my security guard. Kindly check and give me a proper update of where did your delivery agent delivered my order? Because Not a single delivery person came to deliver anything on 15th of November 2023. Sir, everytime your delivery agent misplace the order and the customer suffer for the same. How do you verify that the order has been delivered to the mentioned person, you didn't even shared the OTP for receiving the order. I had also raised the complain for the same on Myntra as well, for your reference I can provide you with the Incident number: IN[protected]ITivb5OU. Sir, please deliver my order to the proper address otherwise refund my money.

            Hope that my issue will get resolved as early as possible and I will get justice.

              Product didn't delivered, yet showing it is delivered.

              Hello Sir, with reference to my order number : MYEP[protected], I will like to inform you that the order was not delivered yet, but it is still showing delivered.

              I had placed the order via Myntra, and it was expected to deliver on or before 16th of November 2023. On 15th of Nov, the order status was showing delivered, whereas it was not delivered to anybody, neither my security guard nor to my neighbors and not to me as well....

              This is regarding my Flipkart order OD[protected] and Ekart order number FMPP[protected]. So my order was supposed to be delivered on 8th November, but as I was not at home, I changed the delivery date to 10th November.
              On 10th November I got the out of delivery message at 6pm, but on calling the delivery person, he said that he can't hear my voice. The delivery was supposed to be max by 11:00 pm, but after several attempts at 10:00 p.m. I was able to call the delivery person. He picked up my call and said that he won't be able to deliver my order now, even though he was just one km from my place.

              After complaining to Flipkart customer service, they asked for my preferred delivery timing for the next day, and I told 9:00 am to 10:00 am, but still nothing happened. On 11th November I again got a out of delivery message at 3pm. And I tried to call that delivery person several times, but he disconnected my call again and again. As the delivery was suppose to happen, even having urgent work during festival, I did not go out, thinking that the order will come, and they are so unprofessional that they are disconnecting the call. On reaching out to Flipkart customer care several times, they told me just to wait every time, and they have escalated and they can't do anything else. Every time they tell me to wait for 48 hrs, and several 48 hrs have passed and nothing happened yet.

              Now after 10 days, on 16th November again I got a out of delivery message, and the same thing happened. On calling either I get a busy call or the delivery person is disconnecting my call, and after that I got undelivered message. Also, they are reporting the wrong info that the delivery was attempted. And today on 17th November again it's happening, again I got the message and again the delivery person is disconnecting my call.

              I have a doubt that they have damaged my order and they are purposely not delivering it. I request you to kindly find out about this and let me know the reason of delay soon, otherwise I need to take action and file a case against Flipkart and Ekart. Also please take action against the delivery people who are not even disconnecting the calls. This is highly irresponsible and unexpected behavior from Flipkart and Ekart. I want my order delivered as soon as possible, as well as the compensation for the mental chaos caused in the last 10 days.

              This thing happens with almost all the customers whose order are supposed to be delivered by ekart logistics. I think filing a case against Ekart logistics is the ultimate solution we are left with.

                Hi,

                I have order 3 products in Flipkart, which is not getting delivered on the promised date and there will be no contact from the delivery agent which is handled by Ekart logistics. If I tried to contact them they will deny the call.
                As my location is a bit further from the city they are not delivering the products frequently and cancelling them.

                This looks like some kind of scam they does to the people and the company which is not acceptable.

                Kindly check and take necessary action immediately.

                  I bought a product from Flipkart on Oct 25' 2023 and I received the product on Oct 31' 2023. As soon as I received it, I felt quality issues with the product.
                  I immediately placed a return request on the same day (Oct 31' 2023).
                  On the pickup day the delivery executive himself cancel my return request without my consent. He kept on rescheduling the pickup date on everyday until the pickup date mentioned in the App and cancelled the request without my consent. I have raised 3 complaints with Flipkart customer care. However no one tried to resolve the issue so far. This happened to me 3 times till date with the same product.
                  Kindly help.

                    Not picking my flipkart return product by Ekart

                        Six items I have ordered from shopsy on 12th Nov 23 a phone call received from e cart delivery boy by that I was out side Bangalore I told him to go e to by brothers house he asked top I have send it after I came home I asked my brother to give the items which the delivery boy gave he told he hasn't received any items .The delivery boy took all the items back after receiving the otp...Please do necessary arrangements to get those items back from him or from your logistics

                              I got a call for prepaid order and !
                              asked the delivery man to kindly leave it in the shop near my house because
                              was out of town. I trust the shop keeper and since I had to wait for a long time for the order to restock, I did not want to cancel my order. He said he will do it and he will call after some time for otp. I waited for his call the whole day but he did not call. In the evening around 6 pm he called me and suddenly started saying "give me the cancelation code, I will cancel your order" I was surprised.
                              As a customer, isn't it my right to decide whether I want to cancel my order or not? I said to him politely that ! had asked him to leave it in the shop nearby but he said he did not because he does not trust the customer. That I will blame him afterwards. Then I said that I will not blame him for anything because I genuinely respect his job. I am a grown up person living in 21st century and i am well aware that serving the public is not an easy job, its harder than all of our jobs but he started to talk about his salary. I told him that it his his personal information and I did not wish to know that but then he started asking me about my job. I felt like he was questioning my character. When I asked him the reason why he cannot deliver my order, he said 'because I don't want to" I tried to understand him and told him whether I could have anyone else's number so that they can deliver my order but then he started saying that I can call the CEO and all and he will resign from tomorrow. At this point I thought he was drunk because he said it in a very rude manner. He further started saying that I work a government job so I would not understand even when I tried to understand him and spoke to him politely. He said he is going to cancel my order on his own and I can do anything I want. Never in my whole life I had come across this kind of behaviour. This is not the first time. I don't know if I should blame the company Ekart or the person's character but please Ekart do not
                              hired these kind of staffs. We don't order things so that we have to face this kind of behaviour.
                              VERY VERY POOR SERVICE. ESPECIALLY THE WAY THE STAFF TALK TO THE CUSTOMER. PLEASE take strict actions. This staff is from the gangtok branch. I understand that he didn't want to leave the order because he has had a bad experience with the other customers but he should know that all the customers are not the same. He should not judge the customer, it is disrespectful or he should not have agreed to deliver it in the first place. Why call and say that he will deliver but then again refrain from his words? I have lost the trust. I no longer trust Ekart. If the customer service continues this way and if you do not wish to improve then please withdraw from all online platforms because of these kind of behaviour from your staff's, other online services/platforms are getting bad reviews. PLEASE TAKE STRICT ACTION and if you need the phone number of the delivery staffs then I have it.

                                Description: When i called the delivery guy to know about the delivery time since it is OFD, he was very rude and then disconnected the call. This is not the first time; he is continuously doing the same. I want Strick action agist this delivery guy. people are stopping ordering the product from Flipkart because of this kind of delivery guys.

                                  I have ordered HP laptop from Flipkart.The tracking ID is FMPP[protected] supposed to deliver today. At 6.33 PM one person called and told that the person deliver your product is on leave.He will come tomorrow to deliver your product.I accepted. But 21.15 hrs your company sent a message that shows the delivery address was unable to locate. This is 100% lie. The person called from [protected]. Find out that person and asked the reason for his lie.
