Someboday from ekart delivered completely different item what i ordered he took cash from me when i said it is mine he file a complain someone else will come and pick up for return his scooty number is PB11 CH 3090. Please refund my money take your garbage back

        I got a call first from ekart delivery guy asking for address and after I confirmed it I got a message saying my order is our for delivery.
        Then after few hours i got another message saying delivery failed and same thing happened the next day.
        I registered a complaint through Myntra(where I bought my product from) and after that I got another call from delivery guy reconfirming my address and he asked for my registered mobile number.
        After I gave it, I got a message saying my order will be delivered on that day and soon after I got another message saying order is already delivered.
        Now I can't call back the delivery guy because of the stupid number and code thing you have, the one I got through the message is not working.
        I don't know how he was able to contact me and I can't call him back to check.
        Now my paid order is God knows where.
        Action needs to be taken on these delivery agents and I hope I get my order.

          Few days back, i got a message from ekart logistics in WhatsApp regarding an order, I placed is on the way, track your shipment, with my name and address. But I had never placed such an order and I was thinking someone who was very close to me ordered something for me. I was eagerly waiting for such a clothing . Today I received and the delivery man said I have to pay COD. I was not expecting such thing. And to view it, I have paid and got a torn dirty dress and was regretting my payment has gone. I need my payment back. Kindly take immediate action against such orders. Please make sure that people have placed orders.

            Refer below tracking I’d the delivery boy confirmed delivery today evening 4-dec’23, when I called him around 7:30 PM, then I got a message that consignment is out for delivery and will be delivered today 4-dec’23, around 10 PM I again called delivery boy, now his version changed and said he cannot deliver today as he don’t have my consignment, which is totally wrong as earlier he confirmed that he will deliver it today, then he said you can collect it from Dali agh warehouse, but when I told you should pick and deliver then he again changed his version and said this is not possible as he cannot find the package
            This has made a big loss to me as I have to gift this to someone today, it is a big loss to me
            Pls take strict action against the delivery boy and should compensate my losses

              I have ordered clothes from Myntra and today mail received as it is delivered and I dnt receive any parcel, so on immediate basis I am raising this complaint . The Ekart person was very rude when asked for the matter and now the phone is not available.

                The product I ordered on flipkart wasn't delivered. The delivery guy had asked for otp in a hurry without confirmation, he cheated and stole my product.

                  Last two days morethan 4 days I am directly going hub..

                  But service person not ready to give product also talking bad manner worst behaviour

                  Never suggest any person to this courier service very bad experience worst team management

                    I had ordered a mobile phone through Flipkart with exchange of Poco M2 mobile. Due to product quality, exchange price was reduced and hence we cancelled exchange and kept the new product and paid the differential price.

                    Delievery guy just confused us and smartly he took away the old device and now he is not picking up the call. We have tried calling him multiple times (atleast 50-60 times but he is not picking up the call) M.No + 91 [protected]

                    Flipkart also is not responding to us.

                          I received a Cash On Delivery parcel on 2 December, 2023, and it had nothing but a torn cloth inside. It was supposed to be a replacement order but my sister was not aware, and she paid the requested amount (Rs. 992). The parcel had the Flipkart order ID but in the app it shows that the parcel is still in transit. I've already raised this to Flipkart and they have escalated further. But this needs to be investigated strictly.

Then on the second day of December the same experience happened. The delivery person was called this morning on the 3rd of December but has not been delivered yet.

                                  I have ordered a salwar suit set of 3on 18.11.2023 for 599rs and opted cod option but at time of delivery on 25.11.2024 i have paid 640rs to delivery boy and after recieveing the parcel the product was used one and completely old. I have tried to contact customer care number provided in ekart logistics websites but if no use the numbers are invalid and I have sent mails to many mail id's provided on ekart consumer complaint module. But the mail s were not delivered as there is no such mail I'd, I kindly request you to refund my 640 rs. And please don't bluff another customers to buy these type of cheap products. And don't cheat people.

                                    I have ordered for pack of 3 salwar suits for 599 rs in 18.11.2023 and I opted cod option and at time of delivery I ahev paid 640 rs and after opening the packet, the product was completely used one and old one, I have approached to all customer care numbers provided on ekart logistics website but thise were not in use and I have sent mails to mail I'd provided in site for customer service but mail was not delivered as the ID does not exist, and I also called over Flipkart customer care number, they told to enter my registers mobile number followed by pin, but that is of no use after entering mobile number and pin it is displayed as pin invalid, now i want my refund and i kindly request to take action on such fraudsters and make them to never repeat the issue with other customers. I want my money back as refund.
