We just received a courier on dated - 21/7/24, time - 4;15PM
packet from one of your Delivery boy with
Track order number - TOPC[protected]
ORDER ID - FSL17367
We paid rs 699/- through UPI
We need to refund the packet as the items in the packet are not those which we ordered.
It looks like a big fraud by Fashion Life store

I found the number somehow in the google
[protected] - someone asked the FLS number - But he is saying he is from EKart customer care, if he is from E kart customer care why he is asking the FSL number
Actually it has a FSL number -- I feel FLS means Fashion Life Store, so it has a number in the packet Order ID as mentioned in the trail mail
Order Id - FLS17367
And he shared a APK file to download to make a complaint, That file he sent with a different number - =91 [protected]

When downloaded they keep asking few details about the packet and asking to type the Debit card number, Expiry date . and CVV
I said who will share the CVV

Its completely a fraud company. How Ekart is onboarded this kind of company.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of proper customer support. I recently made a purchase from Fashion Life Store, a vendor on your platform. After paying, I discovered the store does not exist, and I need to return the package.

There is no customer care number or email provided, and comments are disabled on your page. The only contact is an address in Bangalore, which is impractical for resolving this issue.

Please provide immediate assistance to resolve this matter.

    I got delivered 2 atomberg fans on[protected] by ur delivery boy and it was open box delivery i wasn't at home at the time of delivery so my mother took the delivery and after telling OTP ur ajent didn't gave open box delivery and denied to do so and told it's not opened box delivery to my mother and after 2 days when I opened 1st box it's was with all accessories and 2nd box fans blades were missing and I took it and went to ur office and informed them about the delivery boy and they told to replacement so I raised replacement and at the time of pickup ur ajents are asking blades which I didn't get now it's been rejected three times and ur delivery ajent are cancelling my pick up by themselves without my knowledge so kindly solve the problem and take action towards the delivery boy and solve my problem

        I received a shipment with a box yesterday worth of Rs 1000. I opened the box and its full of broken plastic. There is no sender name on that box.

        I would like to file a complaint to local police on how I was scammed. I need the sender details from Ekart facility in this regard.
        I also need an explanation on why the box is delivered to me without any sender details.

          My product reached the nearest hub and showing out for delivery daily and the end of the day I get message that product is not delivered. This is fraud by the delivery boys updating the status with out trying to deliver the product.

            Product has reached nearby location 7 days back but from there its not delivered. While tracking it's showing "Unable to attempt pickup due to operational issues" from 7 days. No update.

              This is regarding my product- Faber Coffee maker for the above order ID, I have not received the order yet but while checking over the tracking ID I noted my order status is showing delivered. I have dropped an email to the concerned team of ekart but could not get any response. Also, there customer care numbers are not mostly invalid to contact. WIthout order pin or anything how they can show over portal that product is delivered. Requesting immediate solution for my issue.

                I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Flipkart regarding the non-delivery of my order with shipment number FMPC[protected].

                On 28/06/2024, I placed an order through Flipkart, and the delivery was scheduled for today, 01/07/2024. I received a call from the delivery boy while I was on another call. Immediately after, I returned the call multiple times, but he did not answer. Subsequently, he started rejecting my calls.

                I have made numerous attempts to contact the delivery boy at the number provided by Flipkart ([protected]) without success. It appears that he is deliberately avoiding delivering the package today, which is crucial for me.

                Despite my repeated efforts to reach out to Flipkart customer support and the delivery boy, my issue remains unresolved. This negligence and unprofessional behavior have caused me significant inconvenience and distress.

                I request the consumer court to intervene in this matter and ensure that Flipkart fulfills its obligation by delivering my order promptly. I also seek appropriate action against the delivery personnel and compensation for the inconvenience caused.

This is deliver to my home by your team members in night time @ 7.51 pm Rs 722.00. this is not our order and next day morning I am return the same packet to your office by hand. still I am not received the refund from your office.                     I have been facing issue with the delivery of the order as wish master denied to deliver at door step and asking to pickup the parcel from far location I have already raised a complaint today also he called m from another number asked to give 50rs extra for door step delivery or he will cancel it by next day please look into the matter as its the main issue while ordering because of that many people are switched to another platforms this behavior of delivery person is not tolerate able.

                        Even I provides full address details delivery boy not coming to my address for delivery.he call and tell me to come far 1-2 km to take my parcel and when I go there and asked why don't you come to my address he misbehaved me and didn't gave my parcel and told me to not order anything, if I order anything he will not deliver this

                          I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Ekart Logistics regarding their consistently poor delivery service over the past year. Despite placing numerous orders through Flipkart, Ekart Logistics has repeatedly failed to deliver on time, sometimes not attempting delivery at all and falsely updating their system to indicate my unavailability. This has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.

                          Moreover, Ekart Logistics has made it exceptionally difficult to locate their contact details. They have omitted any such information on their website, and the few contact numbers I managed to find were out of service.

                          This pattern of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Ekart Logistics' commitment to customer satisfaction. I urge immediate attention to this matter and expect prompt resolution of these issues.

                          I am prepared to escalate this complaint further if necessary to ensure that these ongoing issues are addressed and prevented from recurring in the future

                            I ordered an item from individual seller via ekart logistics, I was tracking the shipment multiple times daily, but today suddenly they cancel my order and shows RTO : order_rejected, they haven't even called or noticed me, I have paid 17000 to the seller already and the shipment is don't know where, now it won't reach to me and I am confused what to do with this.

                                I ordered a product from flipkart and I saw on the delivery tracking it reached the nearest hub but then it was rescheduled for 2 days later.

                                while placing the order it was under "Express delivery" and it was showing that it would be delivered the next day but I am still waiting and it's not getting delivered...

                                    Have ordered a watch from Tata cliq..I didn't liked the watch due to that I have returned the original product..EKART Was the returning pater to return to the merchant..

                                    After delivery boy checking the product I have shared the OTP to him..here the delivery person changed the original product I returned to a dummy watch it is not under the condition as well..

                                    I am fighting with tata cliq team from the last one..after that one of CS management team has mentioned that merchant received wrong product that I have returned original product but merchant received wrong product so in between only delivery person has option to change the product...

                                    Please take a serious action on that delivery person because of this kind of cheap tricks with the customer..

                                    I fully gor frustrated from last one month between those services..please help on this..
