    I received a Parcel with an advice from Flipcart and delivering SMS from Ecart on 28.12.2023 at around 18.30 hours and paid Rs. 999.00 and got the package from the courier guy. after half an hour when i opened the package, i was the worst and the most ugliest cloths inside which are filthy and torn condition which i never booked at all. thinking that my wife / children booked it, it got its delivery. but when i referred the same to the address given on that, they replied through email that i have to complain to ECART only as they dont know anything about it. Now I am lodging a complaint with you dear, please resolve it and refund my amount which i paid to your ECART only through my google pay.

    As my phone does not recognise unknown [unsaved] calls, i started to get many strangers calling me but when i unblocked one number thinking that it might be from flipcart/ecart, he spoke me with a sorry Yesterday but he seems to be some scammer, who called me up [[protected]] according to him, he sent me an payment advice with Rs.2000.00 compensation plus 999.00 my price value and gave me a refund voucher's number RFC2000AZ and asked me to scan the Barcode which he sends. for my my / credit why should i scan his QR? and then i realised he is fraud and scolded him. THIS IS KALIYUG AND ONLY SUCH PEOPLE WILL SURVIVE AND SAIL EASILY FROM HERE, ROBBING INNOSCENT PEOPLE AS BOTH OUR LAW AND POLICE DOES NOT EITHER GUTS OR SPIKE. LESS IS BETTER TO TALK ABOUT OUR POLITICIANS AS 98% OF THEM ARE FRAUDS BY THEIR BIRTH / DNA

      Ekart is doing fraud. I requested for a return on 24 Dec . A guy came and picked up the package on 25 Dec at 12:19 pm ...he kept the product with him and did not update status on Myntra ..in Myntra it is showing as " product could not be picked up" even though he took the product ( I have him in my society CCTV footage also)

        I had placed an order on 16th December 2023 and was supposed to be delivered by 20th but got delayed to 22nd December 2023. The order ID was: 7238.
        During the time I was not available at the recipient address side as I was out of town. I got a call from +[protected] stating that the delivery person is at the main gate with my package. As I was not there, I asked him to deliver the package at security cabin. I even received a call from +[protected] asking for my feedback but I informed them also the same that I am currently out of town.
        On returning on 27th December 2023 when I inquired about the package the security guard said he did not receive any parcel, and no one came for any delivery.
        I need to know where my package is. And if it is lost, I ask for a refund.

          Complaint - The product was delivered with damaged product and also product not been expected what they have showed in product description details.

          My dealer parcel me the packet from Rajkot to Himatnagar. Now they are demanded 1150 for security charges and 1550 for delivery and I paid . Now they are demanding 2850 rs .
          Once I pay 2850 only then I will recieve the courier. And I want refund of 1150 + 1550rs . Also want the parcel.

            Today received a parcel on Cash on Delivery against PAXC[protected],

            Please check the attachment for your reference.
            I have not received the Invoice copy against this delivery.

            I paid Rs.1000 and received the parcel. I ordered T-Shirts -4 nos but I received the waste cloths.

            I know ekart logistics is not responsible,
            please don't pay the cash to the seller.
            And help me or the return of my money

                    I order some items from electronic spices and the shipping got to the ekart logistics so they told on 24 december it will and now 24 they are saying that delivery attempted in next three days this is not right to do likes this my tracking id-SRTC[protected]

                        Dear Ekart team. I am really disappointed with your service. It's been more than 10 days i booked a parcel from Kolkata for Mumbai but it has not been delivered yet. The delivery boy did not even tried to contact the person. They are marking falsely.
                        The following is the tracking number - BGSC[protected]. I have tried to contact the support team for several times but not getting any response. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                          I have not ordered anything from snapdeal but one product has been ordered when I contacted snapdeal they say it’s not able to cancel it bcs it’s been already shipped. I’m try to contact ekart for cancel the order but they are not responding to anything:

                            I have not ordered any items from snapdeal but still some products has been ordered when I contacted snapdeal to cancel the order they are saying they cannot cancel it because it’s been shipped. Delivery company is ekart when I m try to contact them they are not receiving the phone . I would like to cancel the my order

                              After assurance from the pick up office that the parcel will reach destination in four days it took seven days and after that the delivery men obstensibly marked delivery failed due to non acceptence of parcel. They pressurises the receiver to receive to get it collected bt themselves. And there is no proper grievance redressal mechanism customer support number or escalation mechanism, i am more than willing to divulge my parcel tracking id if ekart wishes. It has the worst service in b2b segment.

                                  As discussed on call reference of[protected] order number we ordered " Girls blue embellished sleeveless LED party dress. While tracking status i called on [protected] Flipkart ecart service for update the status but they revert as our executive will call as they are busy.I got call from [protected] number replied me as pincode number not updated for re-registration send us 2rs through your registere what's up and UPI account number.
                                  Today morning i have received message as 3900 debited from my account.

                                  I want to report fraud request & investigate with your legal team to take action.

                                  Attaching my order & transaction details along with contact details from fraud team.

                                  Fraud 1 number:- [protected]
                                  Fraud 2 number:- [protected] from this number we received.apk file to send money.

                                  Transaction details:-

                                    One of the worst services, it has been 3 days now I am following with the team for my delivery. The package arrived near my location on 18th December 2023 and I get the delivery would be today message till 21st December 2023. Everyday I call the number and I get the message it would be delivered tomorrow. Now today when the checked the tracking found that every day even when I followed up the message was Unsuccessful Undelivered. (Rescheduled to:[protected] and today (22nd Dec 2023) it is mentioned as Marked RTO: ORDER_REJECT.

                                    If you guys are not capable enough to deliver, you could have at least informed me when I called to come and collect the package myself. There is not even a proper Contact Us in the official website to call or Escalate.
