After my product is out for delivery i have received a message on my phone that the ekart logistics has out for delivery the i call to the delivery boy in the given number then the delivery boy tell me that he will deliver the product the next day. In morning i have received a message on my phone that i have rejected the product. I have didn't received the product or call from delivery boy so how can i reject.

I'm still wondering about the deliver boys misbehaviour while picking up the returned product.. We have received a parcel without tag from mantra and also because of size issues... He came on the scheduled return pickup . And while collecting the item he refused to collect as it has no tag. I understand ... But he was raising his voice against us that as if we are saying lies... And manipulating... This is disgusting... I'm a research scholar working for a central govt project... I'm really feeling bad about this issue... Please take action against him asap... E Kart srikalahasti

Regarding delay in my product delivery MYNP[protected]
as per ekart logistics status product is at my nearest hub from 22/12/2020 which is 3km far from my location.. but not delivered yet

The courier service partner was cancelled my order with out informing to me. All ather deliveries also providing home delivery. I ordered one small mixer grinder, in this courier partner said we not able to provide home delivery this particular order. Okk but today morning with out information why the order was cancelled

The agent neither tried to contact me nor anything else. And today i had received a message that your order cannot be delivered as unable to contact you. This type of behaviour is not expected from ekart.

Sallery issue & misbehave with me - I'm work in ekart motherhub company in rewari ...scanning is my work in company in secondary Station. Regularly I'm do my scanning work in company properly . My attendance is very good of the month.., my 1 month complete attendance is recorded by the company. All present no absent there. Bt they give me sallery of the helper/loader they not give me sallery of scanner...and after i tell my issue to the HR of company ..he said that me clearly...he not give me to scanner sallery & he told that i not give you to any solution. Raj sir also that these lines that Hr says me . Please reslove my problem otherwise i complained against ecart company & i F.I R on this company.

I had ordered a double sided Grill Pan but the item delivered was a bread toaster. At the time of delivery I was not present at home so my son paid for the item. Once I got home I opened the package and to my surprise it was not the product I had ordered. I called your delivery guy and told him the product is not the same so not to give the money to the seller. He said he will get back but after that call his mobile was just not getting through or just going tohrough a caller tune. I understand that your company is involved in this scam as the seller is also not responding to my mail.

Your courier Wishmaster not providing delivery my order on mentioned address. and talking over the phone I will not come to your address and talking unprofessional, He said come 2km other place and collect your product.

Order tracking status is same for past 8 days and it is still same as the day the order was placed .

Expected delivery date is 26th December and by the looks of order status not sure when it will be delivered

Inhad ordered a set of coat pant and highneck from facebook " mode for you". Qgen i opened the parcel, i received two used old and torn sarees. And she is not receiving the call now. Please help me to return and refund.

U have delivered wrong product and forcefully taken away the money.kindly arrange for return of the product..my product ordered was double sided grill pan..but they have delivered a small toaster.I have paid 1699/-but the product which is delivered is only 199/-..
Kindly help me ..I have been cheated by this logistic.

Disgusting behaviour for deny to receive order due to money problem.
Is this joke or what ever???

Complaints against :

tracking ID FMPC[protected] from flipkart.com, will be delivered today by an EKART Wish Master (call [protected], PIN 126).

Disgusting behaviour ...till now this is 3 times disgusting behaviour...what the hell are going on?
I have order something.. and what about if I cancel to refused to receive it.. that's my issue..what the hell he told me that he will block my account.
If is there any problem with my account I will see you.

Courier executive came to pick up Nd take my product, when I didn’t get any confirmation message which usually come after 5 to 10 minutes of pick up, I called him up den he said your product is rejected due to mismatch.said will return it tomorrow.now I m still waiting for my product Nd myntra team is also harassing me for pick up receipt which is not provided by the courier executive.

One of Ekart delivery boy picked up my product.and after that he didn't give me the right proof for picking up my order . After few hrs they message me your order has been rejected, and after that they kept my products, , +[protected] he's neme is Rahul and he aslo abusing me on phone

As no one come for pickup the return and message shows to me that your return has been rejected due to product missmatch,
What all this going on...
Kindly deal with this issue otherwise i am going to file a serious complain at higher level

But 1 day before it is out for delivery on that day I am not available at home
My wife said to please carry tomorrow because I don't have money and my husband also not there tomorrow he available so any time u can bring brother

Then he courier person said with my wife take today otherwise I will cancelled ur shipment also he cancelled...

What is this sir or madam delivery executive doing very wrong please take action

Please send it back my shipment because I am waiting that persol in 10 days

I'd like to know when my order will be delivered whose waybill number is (NMBP[protected]), its been more than 25 days..how much more time is it gonna take to get delivered or u people playing your games of accepting and rejecting. What's happening in there, or do i have to speak to your higher authorities relevance to my order. Plz do let me know asap. I'm sharing screen shots so u might understand clearly that what's going on and how to deliver the stuff at time. And let me know when will it be delivered? Given is my contact number ([protected])

I got a message from EKart in the morning of 18/12/2020 that my three Myntra Returns bearing the following Tracking IDS shall be picked by 9 PM yesterday:

However no one turned up for Picking up the items from my address. Instead, in the afternoon, I get three smses from Ekart that my Pickup has been cancelled as I have decided to keep the products. This is shocking as it is a blatant lie as neither any Ekart person has contacted me or come to my address to pick up the items nor have I said anywhere that I am going to keep the items.
Soon after getting these messages, I contacted the phone number given in the smses and the Ekart person on the other side of the phone apologised for the error and said it was a mistake and that the items will be picked up today.
But today also nobody has come to pick up the items and when I again tried to contact Ekart through the same number, the automated line did not let my call pass through. I also find that a similar erroneous update has been given in Myntra against the Products i.e. that the customer has decided to keep the product.
So please look into the matter urgently and send your person to pick up my items immediately and rectify the update shown in the website.
