I have called delivery guy several times he didn't even pick up once and lies yo me continuously thay he is coming but he never came

I purchased a Bluetooth device from www.nexaship.in. Its price 1599/-(shipping charges included). I booked on 16th February 2021, received the product on 22nd February 2021.
Product received as cash on delivery, shipped by "Ekart logistics". My order no is SSGC [protected]. I got a different product.
Sir, I am very dissatisfied with that product.
I tried to call them (Phn No. [protected]) to return the product, but the phone no is not working.
Please help me to return the product and refund my money.

I am Pankaj plus customer of flipkart. I have ordered a watch from flipkart on 4th feb I got a duplicate watch and I complained about it to flipkart. They accepted their mistake but your Ekart wish master Ishwar and Ajay abused with me and harassed me mentally. They are wish master of Barwala Hisar(125121). Source delhi - destination purnia bihar

Its been 9 days that have been waiting for my parcel which contains plant saplings. From 3 days its in purnia and the courier service is not delivering it to my location.

If the plants will die who will take the responsibility of the amount i have to bear the cost of.

I am trying to contact Ekart services and no proper care is taken by the ekart officials.

Local courier service is keeping the parcel for three days and still not delivering it to my location.

This is Prabhat kumar sahoo from salipur cuttack...sir i have ordered something from FLIPKART. Flipkart send this parcel through EKART LOGISTICS Which tracking id is -FMPC[protected]
The delivery boy didn't deliver this parcel and marked deliver in systeem and everyday he told me that i will deliver it tomorrow.Some time he don't receive my call.The delivery boy name MIHIR RANJAN BEHERA and his contact number is [protected] i want strong evidence against him and also i want my parcel as soon as possible.

I am not satisfied with your service. Delivery agent name is Guna and his manager Kumaresan, Idappadi, Salem, Tamil nadu. Actually i requested exchange and he does not even see my product properly and said we cant take this product. I spoke to his manager even he also supporting him and not listening my concern. And also peoples are not coming to home to deliver most of the time.

Saree damage

Hi iam a seller on flipkart i got an order for refrigerator compressor, i did pack and it and ekart logistic picked it up from my shop now after few days it was returned to me as customer cancelled the order when i received it the outer layer poly bag was ripped and the parcel was opened when i checked my original compressor was replaced with an old used one ...
Now i got cctv camera recordings when i packed the parcel and when i received the parcel..I can proof that i send an original compressor and i got used one ...
Someone from ekart logistic replace my product as each compressor is sold for more than 3000 Inr
I tried to claim SPF but i got rejected without giving me any explaination..
This is what they wrote to me

His behaviour is so rude..
He don't even delivered my products at delivery address. He calls the customer at his home to deliver the product.
When I asked him why not deliver at address. He said that if you want to take it then it is okay otherwise you cancel your order.
It's really unjustified
Please look after this matter...
