Today, the courier person called me around 1pm for delivery. I wasn't present at home at that time so I asked him to ring a bell for delivering the item to my mother but when I came back home I found out that the item was never delivered at all. So please look into it and either re-deliver it or refund my money.

    I ordered a phone from flipkart and i paid in advanced, after 9 days of booking and doing payment, still not get my product yet and they don't explained me a reason of late delivery, plz help me.

        SRTP[protected] our order tracking id.This courier was placed for khamnore but it couldn't reach the destination and you guys have rejected the same but this return courier is taking to long to reach source place. We have been in problems since long as it contains clothes which we were supposed to wear in wedding of my brother. This is a very wrong way to do this kind of esteemed business. And even the customer care personnel are not good enough to reply to querries. We are Very Disappointed with this kind of behaviour.

          The delivery man did not deliver the order to me and we did not reject the order. The delivery man did not stand for a while when taking amount for package he went without delivering.

            I have ordered for a packet of almond from Flipkart.It shown delivered on 16.11.2020, but it was not.Here after feeding the tracking no.FMPP[protected], showing product delivered.We received the message with the name of the delivery boy prasanta sardar coming for delivery, but he didn't turn up.It is causing unnecessary problem.The product was prepaid.Kindly arrange to deliver the item within next 24 hours or else strict action may be taken.

              As per site item reached to city on 15th Nov but still it is not delivered and everyday only promise is made that it will be deliver.

              Talk to customer care multiple time but they are also not able to help.

                    Todays is last delivery date of my order after 12 day it's not deliver. First You take 12 day where Amazon give that in 3 day and after 12 day it's not deliver. That's very bad

                      I ordered a camera on 30th October and it was shipped by the seller on 9th November. The delivery was supposed to be on 13th November and its 18th November and till now it hasn't reached to me. The product has been out for more than 3 times. No one contacted me and are mentioning " no response from customer" on their tracking site.

                          I had booked a product on flipkart its expected delivery was on 16th November 2020. The item had reached to the nearest delivery hub on 13th November till 16 th is was not delivered but on 17th when I went to ekart logistics Gudivada they told that the baggage of 30 mobiles from Vijayawada which was arriving on 13th November the baggage was missed. Then I asked when will it reach. They ge told very rudely I don't know go. Is this the was to treat a customer.

                            The person who was assigned the pickup, Called for the pickup, when i went to give the product he was not present there, upon calling him he said that he already left from the location, and is not 4-5 km away. He did not stop for the pickup even for 2 minutes.
                            and when i tried again calling him him he did not even respond.
                            Disappointing service received.

                                I ordered a pressure cooker. It's delivered date is 19th November 2020. The delivery boy tried to called me on 16th November 2020 but it's not connect due to network problems. He didn't even arrive at my given address and then he cancelled my order. After i called the delivery boy he refused to come to my address and ask me to come to their office to pick the delivery. Why do you hire lazy of delivery boys???

                                      My product did not deliver at the due date. Delivery date postponed by the ekart. There is the fault of the Mother hub. My product reached 12/11/2020. At the mother hub but they are not sent the product at my nearest hub till now. They give the date 19th November. But I want today my product that sit.
