Ekart Logistics — Delivery was getting late day by day.

FMPC[protected] this the track id which was provided by ekart. I don't know what was going on my product was traveling from here and there and still not be able to got it. If any one got the product at discount and after a days later their price increases then they do a such type of things, don't know why.
If they not be able to deliver the product at certain premises then don't take take the orders from the flipkart and don't bother...

Ekart Logistics — Delivery Boy

My order id OD[protected] in flipkart.

He must be punished by ekart by terminating their job, because without my permission he enter my house and seat on the chair. In every house mother and sister is present but he didn't care anything. I'm very disappointed with this behavior, please terminate Barun kumar ([protected]) who deliver my product and set an example so that no one can do this type of nonsensed behavior....

    Ekart Logistics — Complaint - FMPP1152339438

    It is regarding the fridge which got delivered to me on 23rd of April with tracking id FMPP[protected].

    The product received was a bit damaged and your delivery executives told me after checking with their supervisor that it is not damaged while delivery, its damaged from the brand so either we can take the return right now or we can provide the 20% discount.

    So they took some photos and confirmed with their supervisor...

    My smartwatch order from Flipkart with tracking Id FMPP[protected] is delayed by 3 days. The reason for unsuccessful delivery is that I wasn't reachable on my phone. Does it even matter because there can be many reason o[censored]nreachability. The delivery executive should visit my premises and ring the bell, and if then also I am not available then it's my fault.
    And after this my product is not rescheduled for delivery. I am totally unsatisfied with your services.

      My order id is OD[protected] . I ordered my product. My product is shipped on 7th May 2022 and reached to Meerut ( Nearest hub to modinagar ) on 9th May 2022 and the promised delivery date is 9th May 2022 but this promised date changed to 11th May 2022. But as of today my order is still in Meerut with ekart. More than 2 days now. What is the issue with my product ?? Why my order is not going for out for delivery?? I am very disappointed with this behaviour of ekart for not delivering the order on time. Please help in this concern. Please help me in getting my order to me. This is too late !!!

          Hi,

          My order was not delivered as I was not available when delivery boy came.So I shared my OTP and told him to deliver my product at reception of my hotel.But no order is delivered there, and when I returned from office I try to call him back but he blocked my number.

          Can I please get the delivery boy number so that I can ask him where he delivered my product before taking any action.

            Ekart Logistics — Fake Order received

            I received a FAKE Order Product.

            I have booked my order in Meesho but the fake order received with same similar to which i have booked Like amount and product name, once i opened that all are used and old products.

            My sister is not aware of that so she has paid the payment. it's not relevant to me so I want to return the order and get my money back.

            Ekart Logistics — I request for return due to missing product but delivery boy did not pickup my order

            I have two product for return from myntra

            Ekart Logistics — Late Delivery of product of flipkart

            I have ordered a product from flipkart account and the product was in my territory from 8 may 2022. But your delivery partner is not deliver the same. I have called the delivery agent for many times but he haven't received my call.
            Kindly do the needful action against the delivery partner of Bikaner Territory so that in future there will be no complaint registered also your customer relationship service will be improved.

            Ekart Logistics — Order status shows delivered without delivery

            I ordered a material from Flipkart on 4th May 2022.On 9th I got a message at 10.38 PM that my order with tracking ID FMPP[protected] will be delivered . On 10th morning received a message that my order has been delivered. No delivery boy /agent called me regarding the order.My order is prepaid and how can anyone deliver the material without calling or confirming the address with the concerned person.Please look into this matter urgently....

            I booked a product and gave my home address and then keart office in my town received the ordr, ut they are not delivering the order . I don't what makes them not to deliver .This is my 2nd order, in which the 1st order canccelled due to same reason, as they didn't deliver to my address. the office is Ekart Mundakayam, 686513

                Ekart Logistics — Return cancelled without coming to my house

                I have return request for myntra products and I got message that ekart wishmaster is out for pickup but no one came to my house and no one called. Then next day they again sent a message around 9:35 that we are out for pickup before 9pm. but again no one showed up. After around 10pm I got a message that return cancelled as the product was damaged. When no one come to pickup the return order, how can they say that the product is damaged....

                Dear sir/ ma'am
                I'm Sashikant Hota . I had a order from shopsy / flipkart order number. Courier partner named Sandip Rout who had to deliver my order, but I couldn't receive the product for some reason, but the courier boy received my product from his side and I don't know anything about this. So I urge to take serious action against him.

                  Ekart Logistics — Delivery of a phone ordered on flipkart

                  Ordered a phone on flipkart worth 70, 000 on 4th of may just because they showed delivery by 5th may 2pm but today its 8th of may 7 pm now still havent recieved my order yet and the representatives call everyday asking to wait till 7pm but yet nothing worked even tried contacting the ekart logisticw yet no response from neither of the sides ! Never ordering anything ever again from flipkart nor will i ever use ekart logistics ! Very pathetic...

                  Ekart Logistics — AC Installation Issue

                  I have purchased AC from Flipkart and they scheduled instalation through Ekart. I have been following up with the number and pin they provided. First day they didn't turned up told be some silly reason and postponed the installation. Second day they said they will come in first he. They didn't showed up and the agent here never respone to call. I lost my patience since it is 10 day I bought my AC and still instalation is not done. Literally...
