I have ordered from PAYTM for fastag BUT still not received....

I have ordered a nivia football from Flipkart but it didn't deliver by Delivery agent. He ask me cancel the order but I want to receive. The delivery agent cancelled my order .

The delivery date is today, so I called the courier to find out where my purchase was and how long it will take to get to me. and he replied me. ( Delivery executive) : im not your servant just wait and he end the call.

He calls the delivery person to come to a certain place and get the goods. And when he comes, he asks to bring a bag in his hand.Very very worst service in Ekart.

Vide Airway bill no SPMC[protected], I received a Cash on Delivery Product, Maruti Brezza RSA Card of Solution Breakdown Service India Bearing Serial Number[protected]. I paid Rs 3500/- for this package. When I am trying to reach the numbers given on the card; [protected] and +[protected], these are unreachable and not in use. I request that the Company should be asked to return my money and they should be advised to stop accepting any further packages from the concerned merchant to avoid proliferation of this scam.

I had ordered 2 cargo pants but this fraudster company has delivered me a baby carrier.
Now they aren't picking my calls or isn't taking my parcel back.
I want my 899 rupess back asap

Sir i will be the most happy if the executive gets his punishment for what he had done to me firstly he refused to come to location or my home address and i was following up im guiding the executive on call and location also shared and he spoke rudely and i disconnected the call later after delivering the product he called me again to my personal number and he was very rude saying “aap kisi ko complaint karlo koi kuch ni hosaktha “ thanks alot for the service and the behaviour flipkart gave me kudooss aur bhiya ji itna sure h ki muje bol rhae h aap kisi ko bhi complaint karlo koi kuch bigad ji saktha thats the plus point na to the agents are like this i need a justification otherwise I’ll escalate this issue in twitter soon contact me back for more details

Someboday from ekart delivered completely different item what i ordered he took cash from me when i said it is mine he file a complain someone else will come and pick up for return his scooty number is PB11 CH 3090. Please refund my money take your garbage back

5day delay. But not yet delivery

Ordered with myshop above article on first dec.received at mother hub csk chennai on 7th dec at 9.32am.prduct I'd 2642myshop.

I got a call first from ekart delivery guy asking for address and after I confirmed it I got a message saying my order is our for delivery.
Then after few hours i got another message saying delivery failed and same thing happened the next day.
I registered a complaint through Myntra(where I bought my product from) and after that I got another call from delivery guy reconfirming my address and he asked for my registered mobile number.
After I gave it, I got a message saying my order will be delivered on that day and soon after I got another message saying order is already delivered.
Now I can't call back the delivery guy because of the stupid number and code thing you have, the one I got through the message is not working.
I don't know how he was able to contact me and I can't call him back to check.
Now my paid order is God knows where.
Action needs to be taken on these delivery agents and I hope I get my order.

Few days back, i got a message from ekart logistics in WhatsApp regarding an order, I placed is on the way, track your shipment, with my name and address. But I had never placed such an order and I was thinking someone who was very close to me ordered something for me. I was eagerly waiting for such a clothing . Today I received and the delivery man said I have to pay COD. I was not expecting such thing. And to view it, I have paid and got a torn dirty dress and was regretting my payment has gone. I need my payment back. Kindly take immediate action against such orders. Please make sure that people have placed orders.

Refer below tracking I’d the delivery boy confirmed delivery today evening 4-dec’23, when I called him around 7:30 PM, then I got a message that consignment is out for delivery and will be delivered today 4-dec’23, around 10 PM I again called delivery boy, now his version changed and said he cannot deliver today as he don’t have my consignment, which is totally wrong as earlier he confirmed that he will deliver it today, then he said you can collect it from Dali agh warehouse, but when I told you should pick and deliver then he again changed his version and said this is not possible as he cannot find the package
This has made a big loss to me as I have to gift this to someone today, it is a big loss to me
Pls take strict action against the delivery boy and should compensate my losses

I have ordered clothes from Myntra and today mail received as it is delivered and I dnt receive any parcel, so on immediate basis I am raising this complaint . The Ekart person was very rude when asked for the matter and now the phone is not available.

Please look into the matter as soon as possible

The product I ordered on flipkart wasn't delivered. The delivery guy had asked for otp in a hurry without confirmation, he cheated and stole my product.

I have ordered mobile via Flipkart

Delivered date 04 dec product also rec'd hub & delivered person hand.

Last two days morethan 4 days I am directly going hub..

But service person not ready to give product also talking bad manner worst behaviour

Never suggest any person to this courier service very bad experience worst team management

I had ordered a mobile phone through Flipkart with exchange of Poco M2 mobile. Due to product quality, exchange price was reduced and hence we cancelled exchange and kept the new product and paid the differential price.

Delievery guy just confused us and smartly he took away the old device and now he is not picking up the call. We have tried calling him multiple times (atleast 50-60 times but he is not picking up the call) M.No + 91 [protected]

Flipkart also is not responding to us.
