    I ordered multiple order from flipkart which are dispatched through ekart.One of my order is stuck at a location .Other order had reached out to me from same location .The ekart not the flipkart customer care is resolving my issue

      My product was not delivered on Nov 2 aa they said and iam not getting any updation. Very bad quality. Government should take action for cheating thier citizens.I ordered a pretige product they didnt give any respond

              When i tracked these order id in ekart site, i found that the delivery agent attempted but no response from customer but i ensure you no call was made to me from delivery agent and i from my side called [protected]-Amit dash(True caller id), this no i got from message sent to my mobile as "your order is out for delivery". How ridiculous this is! Delivery agents in hubs are not responsible to their duty...

              Respected sir,

              I was doing job in ekart for some days ago and I spent many amount in petrol
              In my job time all day I work to giving parcels and after that they leave me for 1 or 2 hours then call again to hub and doing work for all night, without sleep and doing heavy workload my health feel bed.

              For this reason my health feel bed for more than 1 week so I leave this job now hub or your company not give me amount of my work and petrol also .

              Please give me amount of my petrol and amount of my work. I was work there for 18 to 19 days . I have all proof that I work on ekart.

                Inspight of regulars complaints I am not getting any response from your side. I have been cheated and got a fraud product I want to return it back and want my cash immediately. Kindly look into this asap Or else a bigger step will be taken by me . Hope you solve my problem as soon as possible I have ordered a car vacuum cleaner of rupees 1999 INR.

                    My product delivery date is 22 oct. it’s not delivered but it reached my nearest hub Bangalore and left out from that hub to my Dharmapuri hub on 21st oct 12.56am itself. But it still not reached my hub for the past 2 weeks. It’s just take half a day to reach my hub. When I asked them they extended delivery date to oct 24. But it’s not reach the hub. After tat when I contact ekart Dharmapuri hub they said that we didn’t get ur product till now. It’s left from Bangalore hub to Dharmapuri hub on 21st oct itself but it’s crossed more than two week my product not reached Dharmapuri hub. When I contact regarding this through customer care no they just extended time period to 24 to 27, then 27 to 31, then 31st to nov 2, then November 2 to November 3 without solving this problem. I don’t know where it’s gone. After contacting them so so many time they give me a new tracking update as below

                    When I check this it’s shows the same tracking which shows two weeks before on oct 21. And now said issue will be resolved on nov 12. It’s making me more tension because of worthless response. Even when I trying to cancel the product they it not possible to cancel when ur product is in transit. I think it’s not reach me hereafter. I lost my money nearly 35000 because of this ekart and flipkart fault and service. No proper update or response

                        I ordered a product on 29.10.2020 and it's delivery date was 4th November, 2020. The ID is FMPP[protected]. But I am sorry to say that till now I have not received my product. It is a very bad experience to me.

My 4 order pending in Ekart Logistics hub since from 10-18 days but till date Ekart Logistics have freeze my orders in his delhi hub.                                       I placed my order with the brand dermitecture on 8th October. You received it on 14th and it has been with you since then. The tracking page has no updates about my parcel after 24th October. According to the tracking page, my parcel is stuck in Daruhera and there's no update after 24th. The delivery date was 24th and it is 3rd November now and still there's no update from your end about my parcel. Kindly look into this matter my tracking ID is SRTP[protected].
