My product delivery date is 22 oct. it’s not delivered but it reached my nearest hub Bangalore and left out from that hub to my Dharmapuri hub on 21st oct 12.56am itself. But it still not reached my hub for the past 2 weeks. It’s just take half a day to reach my hub. When I asked them they extended delivery date to oct 24. But it’s not reach the hub. After tat when I contact ekart Dharmapuri hub they said that we didn’t get ur product till now. It’s left from Bangalore hub to Dharmapuri hub on 21st oct itself but it’s crossed more than two week my product not reached Dharmapuri hub. When I contact regarding this through customer care no they just extended time period to 24 to 27, then 27 to 31, then 31st to nov 2, then November 2 to November 3 without solving this problem. I don’t know where it’s gone. After contacting them so so many time they give me a new tracking update as below

When I check this it’s shows the same tracking which shows two weeks before on oct 21. And now said issue will be resolved on nov 12. It’s making me more tension because of worthless response. Even when I trying to cancel the product they it not possible to cancel when ur product is in transit. I think it’s not reach me hereafter. I lost my money nearly 35000 because of this ekart and flipkart fault and service. No proper update or response
