Hello sir, My brother Akash Raghav have ordered a product from Flipkart on 16 October 2020, it's been so many days but I didn't get my parcel yet, It is roaming in Gurgaon in same place again and again and again, pbut they are not delivering the parcel, it's been done for the second time with my order... please go through this issue.     Return Pickup

    I had purchased a watch, Fastrack FITOUTs analog, on 18th Oct 2020 from Flipkart and it's return policy is till 17 Nov 2020. I didn't like the make of the product as it differed from the images provided in the site. I have been trying to return the product from 21 Oct, but still the item is not picked up. I have even tried contacting the Ekart personnel who delivers to my place and he said we will try by Nov 4, and still no one has come to...

    Laptop delivery

    I ordered a mixer "maharaja whitelinemixer" with tracking id "FMPP[protected]" and this is shipped by ekart logisticks. the issue is, this is prepaid order and they not delivering me in there promising date and also not giving the next promises date. there is lack of transparency with consumers.

        Tracking ID : FMPP[protected], From Flipkart delivered only one parcel on 01.11.2020 by Mr.Sathish.
        But the ordered item is two. But received only one parcel. I want to know how many parcel items in that delivery, whether one or two?.
        Please clarify the same as early as possible.

            Sir I ordered a tv on Flipkart which has been shipped by 30th of oct & it has been reached to my nearest hub on 1st of nov at 5:18pm it must has been get delivered to customer on 2nd of nov at anytime but with the monopoly of begusarai ekart to deliver the product on promised date its to wrong & its not the first time i faced this earlier in my more orders i faced same thing i request you to please take some actions against them as you can check many of the customers has complaint on google reagrding this type of monopolies there are some complaints on ekart on google it self & sir overall review is also not good but out side of begusarai ekart is very best but here its too bad sir please look into this

                    I'm pavanachari I'm from 4/215 KRISHNAMREDDY palli, Anantapur dist.
                    I had purchased 7 products on flipkart, flipkart shiped the product by usring ekart logistics. Every time without contacting me product sent back and marked as NSS.
                    On 01/11/2020. I asked the ekart incharge of my local Anantapur district, Andhra Pradesh state, he thrown me out side of the ekart and use unparliamentary language, for that I had complained...

                      I have ordered product on Flipkart and of which expected delivery has been changed 3 times yet the product has received at my destination place since 8 days has passed but not delivered. Instead since 5 days it shows out for delivery but not delivered. And with that when I have called they gave rude answers and unsatisfied answers for such irresponsibility

                      I request you to see the matter as soon as possible so that I can get product. As because I need that product urgently. And with that already a huge time period has been passed.

                      With that I don't think that to deliver any product requires such a big period when the product is already at a destination place

                          My product was about to be delivered on 30 of october...message was send by the ekart logistic but didn't even tried to contact even once...and when i tried to contact them their phone was saying switch off...the next day call came i wait and wait but they didn't deliver the product again...again today message arrived that my product is out for delivery but they didn't call me and when i contact them the delivery man said that he is with his friends so he will me later... wow ekart wow are you paying them for gossiping with their friends or to make some delivery of customers parcels...but when i went to their office today the same who was their gossiping...wtf company is this shame on you guys hiring such uneducated people...pincode of place to be deliver 788107...[protected] number of the delivery man

                            As i am busy with something i could not received the phone call of the courrier boy. And when i received his 3rd phone call he rudely told me about the parcel and to take the parcel from where he was.
