      Its about jitan kumar das a ekart delivery boy, he has no manner to talk and lying and cancelling the product without calling me even i called him but he disconnected the call by telling the wrong number...i also call day after but he said it was not me what ever you want do or go to the office or wherever.

        @Flipkart Your Delivery service is so bad and your management also because i ordered mobile on 17th October and delivery date is 21st October then you said some issues happened so your product delivered next day and next day you say on 2nd november.my product order no.OD[protected] and tracking id is FMPP[protected].If you not able to deliver on promise date then why you promise.your service is totally shameless

          I ordered a parcel to the flipkart. They choose ekart logistics for delivery the expected date is 5 day but it takes more 5 days to deliver the product.Thik it which service they provided?

            Hello ekart,

            Iam chris from kozhikode district Kerala
            I got a bad experience from your delivery hub because I ordered many items from Flipkart and courier was done by ekart . my area is a covid containment zone so your delivery boy didn't come to my hometown because of the contaiment zone . Then, I went to the delivery hub in thamaraserry, kozhikode .when I reached there I asked to the officers to handover my courier, then those 2 officers in the delivery hub suddenly started to yell at us . They even treated as like as if we have corona And they refused to handover my order because they were not ready to give my order. The behaviour of the 2 office persons in your respective hub towards the customer was really unsatisfactory. And there behaviour was really terrible . They don't even how to respect customers. Please take necessary action towards this .

              Ekart service is pathetic almost all person in e kart service in Shalimar city is very poor in all aspect. Their delivery service is too bad and behaviour of all person of e kart is manner less including delivery boy named HARUN of Shalimar city near Shiv chawk. Kindly change this HARUN (delivery boy)

                My order was scheduled to be delivered on 22 Oct but now the revised date shows it to be on 28 Oct
                I need it urgently as I am shifting to a different city on 25 Oct
                The order is shipped on 21 Oct but no further movement is done after that

                  I orderd FMPC[protected] this tracking id product..and it was unable to reach me from the given promised date..i am flipkart plus member . And taken help many times..i ordered many times but Ekart of Banda Hub is worst.. they are not delivering product at time ..and even i am not getting updates that it has reached to my city hub.

                    Delay in Delivery despite being Out for Delivery

                    My order was scheduled to be delivered on 21st October. It was going great but guess what, the delivery boy was not in a mood to deliver so he said that he won't deliver and I will get the order by the next day. The next day, I tried 20-25 calls to the delivery executive but he didn't pick up. And when he did, he said he won't be able to deliver today and I can get my order the next day.

                    FMPC[protected], I have ordered LG G8X mobile in Big billion days sale, which I already paid with my credit card. The shipment left Bangalore to Nizamabad Via Hyderabad on 18th 0ctober-2020, today is 23rd October 2020 and it still has not reached Nizamabad Via Hyderabad. where is it?? I've made several complaints to flip kart but they never gave me clear cut answer, I was told to wait till 24th October. Where is my shipment, why does it take so long to reached Nizamabad Via Hyderabad, was it lost or something??
                    1st Expected delivery date is 20.10.2020 and then extended to 24.10.2020. At this time, 23.10.2020, 4.30 Pm also shipment shows same status/location. How can shipment reach within 1 day to Nizamabad.

                      I have ordered Infinix hot 10 from flipkart big billion days sale on 16 oct . First they showed delivery date on 20 oct but got delayed to 23 October now my item stuck at ekart motherhub jks gurgaon and today is 23 October but yet no details of where my package is
                      I paid them by debit card and now I'm feel cheated.
                      What to do somebody help me

                        I ordered phone from flipkart.the product arrived in alipurduar on 20 of oct even delivery person called me to recieve it but I refused to recieve it as I was not available on that day.i just request him to deliver it tomorrow evening.but he denied and said we can't deliver it, u have to come n recieve ur phone in our office..till now means 23 of oct there is no information abt my order.please resolve it as soon as possible.
                        This is very unjustified moment I facing from ekart logistics.

                          I ordered the laptop in the first hour of big billion day from my Flipkart plus account !
                          The promise date for delivery was 22nd October and now it has been delayed to 1st November
                          This is to request E kart logistics to kindly deliver my product before 26th October as my online exams are scheduled from 26th October
                          It is extremely urgent !!!

                            Odered on 16 th oct 2020 from flipkart BBD sale my product is still not with me on 23 rd .. product was shipped by flipkart seller even before time but still i don't know what's wrong with this ekart they are delaying it without giving any proper reason.. very much disappointed by ekart... it's not first time ekart delaying product delivery even in other locations too they used to delay and disappoint the costomers.

                              I ordered so many items items but still I did not received any items. Ordered has shipped and reached nearest hub and then massage come sorry for the delay it will be deliver next 3 days but still not deliver my order and different location showing no further update.                                 Sir,
                                Out for Delivery: POCO M2 Pro (Two Shade... with tracking ID FMPP[protected] from flipkart.com, will be delivered today by an EKART Service Partner (call [protected]).

                                2. Supposed to be delivered on 22 Oct 2020 and not yet delivered.
                                3. Not even able to connect to the phone of the delivery person provided through SMS.
                                4. Please do the needful and send me the item at the earliest.
                                5. They do the same thing every time, I think you guys need to do some action against it.

                                  Courier making late continuously

                                  I have order an item with Order ID - OD[protected] which was to be deliver on 19 oct 2020 but did not delivered and sent msg one to three days for delivery but again same happened while 18 oct the courier show its position near my address dabri hub but sent to daruhera then next uttam nagar now no updates show.                                     I had made a return request on myntra whose tracking ID on Ekart is MYNR[protected]. The pickup was made by Ekart delivery agent. He picked up the product on 18th Oct, Sunday evening around 7 pm. He said he is not able to find the product code to be entered. He said he will return it later. But he did not return the product. I do not have the product and it was also not returned. Please look into it and find out who was responsible for my pickup and where is my product now.
                                    Please return the product back to me.
