Inspight of regulars complaints I am not getting any response from your side. I have been cheated and got a fraud product I want to return it back and want my cash immediately. Kindly look into this asap Or else a bigger step will be taken by me . Hope you solve my problem as soon as possible I have ordered a car vacuum cleaner of rupees 1999 INR.

I ordered a product from flipkart order Id: FMPP[protected] on 16th October .Still haven't received any updates please deliver as soon as possible

My product delivery date is 22 oct. it’s not delivered but it reached my nearest hub Bangalore and left out from that hub to my Dharmapuri hub on 21st oct 12.56am itself. But it still not reached my hub for the past 2 weeks. It’s just take half a day to reach my hub. When I asked them they extended delivery date to oct 24. But it’s not reach the hub. After tat when I contact ekart Dharmapuri hub they said that we didn’t get ur product till now. It’s left from Bangalore hub to Dharmapuri hub on 21st oct itself but it’s crossed more than two week my product not reached Dharmapuri hub. When I contact regarding this through customer care no they just extended time period to 24 to 27, then 27 to 31, then 31st to nov 2, then November 2 to November 3 without solving this problem. I don’t know where it’s gone. After contacting them so so many time they give me a new tracking update as below

When I check this it’s shows the same tracking which shows two weeks before on oct 21. And now said issue will be resolved on nov 12. It’s making me more tension because of worthless response. Even when I trying to cancel the product they it not possible to cancel when ur product is in transit. I think it’s not reach me hereafter. I lost my money nearly 35000 because of this ekart and flipkart fault and service. No proper update or response

My iPhone SE delivery was scheduled for 29th Oct 2020, still not yet delivered. Showing out for delivery since Monday, 26th Oct 2020. Please resolve it ASAP.

I order and women copper sandal.i received and different designs then i selected replaced on Flipkart app and today is delivery msg i received.your delivery boy his name tipun biswal he come to my home but he not delivered and not pickup received an different why i received and different item its not my fault its your fault ok.and change.out this person from e-cart i requested ok

Ekart Logistics service had changed order delivery date 2-3 times. I have seen this type of ### courier service in my life. My 4 order pending in Ekart Logistics hub since from 10-18 days but till date Ekart Logistics have freeze my orders in his delhi hub. My orders tracking number is FMPP[protected], FMPP[protected], FMPP[protected] and FMPP[protected]. Please help to delivering my above said orders.

I have a order from flipkart. The delivery date mentioned on 01 november 2020.
Still not delivered on today 03 november.
And i met the nearest ekart office and they not responded for this.

I placed my order with the brand dermitecture on 8th October. You received it on 14th and it has been with you since then. The tracking page has no updates about my parcel after 24th October. According to the tracking page, my parcel is stuck in Daruhera and there's no update after 24th. The delivery date was 24th and it is 3rd November now and still there's no update from your end about my parcel. Kindly look into this matter my tracking ID is SRTP[protected].

Hello sir, My brother Akash Raghav have ordered a product from Flipkart on 16 October 2020, it's been so many days but I didn't get my parcel yet, It is roaming in Gurgaon in same place again and again and again, pbut they are not delivering the parcel, it's been done for the second time with my order... please go through this issue. I ordered a mixer "maharaja whitelinemixer" with tracking id "FMPP[protected]" and this is shipped by ekart logisticks. the issue is, this is prepaid order and they not delivering me in there promising date and also not giving the next promises date. there is lack of transparency with consumers.

They refused to do door delivery... Always refused

They r telling extra chrges...

But the ordered item is two. But received only one parcel. I want to know how many parcel items in that delivery, whether one or two?.
Please clarify the same as early as possible.

Sir I ordered a tv on Flipkart which has been shipped by 30th of oct & it has been reached to my nearest hub on 1st of nov at 5:18pm it must has been get delivered to customer on 2nd of nov at anytime but with the monopoly of begusarai ekart to deliver the product on promised date its to wrong & its not the first time i faced this earlier in my more orders i faced same thing i request you to please take some actions against them as you can check many of the customers has complaint on google reagrding this type of monopolies there are some complaints on ekart on google it self & sir overall review is also not good but out side of begusarai ekart is very best but here its too bad sir please look into this
