My shipment is to be delivered at Sandila under Hardoi District but I entered pincode 241001 in place of 241204 due to which i visit the delivery center at Hardoi for picking up my shipment but the operator of the delivery centre marked ITO intentionally me. I reached to delivery centre before dispatch but He completely denied. So kindly arrange to deliver the same to my address i.e.

    Hello ekart, my product was to be delivered by 26 september but it was then increased to today, 29 spetember, but it has bot delivered yet. It is at motherhub_jks, gurgaon till now also. Please dispatch it from there and deliver it. Its urgent now. Please look into my complaint and resolve it as your store is too good, so please resolve my complaint.

      Hi, I got delivered wrong product from myntra, the product was delivered by ekart executive, when i placed return request the product was accepted by ekart executive the one who delivered product. Due to mismatch in serial no return request canceled and the product was suppose to be return back to me, , any how it still pending with ekart they didn't returned.

        this side rajesh chandra. I paced a order from flipkart. Which refferance of your company is fmpp[protected]. This parsual is first time out for delivery is at 19th september. But dilivery agent not called me or not picked my phone.
        When i reaced at your center excutive denayed and saied this parsual is still is in the way. And when it arrived they diliverd at given address. But after that on 23rd september again parsual is out for delivery and i call the excutive the given ph no is swetch ed off.
        Than i again i reached at your counter than your excutive said that sir your parsual is missed some where. So you pleases cancelled the order and again order it.
        I said that i want my parsal find it and give it to me. And i left.
        After that again parsual is out for dilivery on 27th and 28th september . And again parsal nit arrived. And excutive give remark custumer reject the parsual.
        I reached your counter again i said who give this remark custumer reject the parsual. After that your excutive saied that sir this remarks come from flipkart we can't do any thing.

        What you think. That i am fool.?

          I orederd from flipkart but it didn't get yet and delivery date is 3 days ago. I checked tracking id and it showing received at gangakhed hub but in office worker's are misbehaving and they lastly one of they giving me reviling and said get lost from here. Is it your customer policy to speaking. He is like a #. I may sure you can take action on it.

                Hi

                This is to inform that i need to search for a night stay to receive my flipkart order from ekart delivery systems.

                Exchange was scheduled @11am 26th sep 2020. The delivery boy was late by 1hr and he took support from another guy to check phone. Out of knowledge he chose wrong options during his pickup and he was charging 600rupess for that. I denied to pay for that anyway. Same day i spoke to his tl expecting some positive response on the thing that happened and even his response was not up to the mark so i am writing this mail. That tl was not willing to talk to me and he cut my call.

                Although my phone was in a good condition to exchange they simply wasted my time making me wait throughout the day.

                I'm not expecting a positive response from your end. But expecting the same thing not to happen in future

                      Sir, i am a regular customer of flipkart from many years and have not faced any problem regarding the product and delivery at my place.
                      But today i m disappointed not from the product quality but the man who delivered the product his behaviour was rude and harsh. He talks badly without manner to a customer also he dont delieverd the product at my place. He ask me to collect the product from 3 km from my place.
                      The product is always delivered at my doorstep and there is no issue of connectivity it's road upto my doorstep.
                      I want the company to take some action against him. And don't want him to deliver the product nxt time to me.

                            Tracking i'd: aepc[protected]

                            Hi team,

                            Today the delivery was scheduled and the delivery person came in and shared the product box which was received by me.

                            I asked him that the product is not the one which i have ordered. He told that product has been opened and he can not take it back as my salary would get deducted if i will take the opened packet. He took the cash of 1000 rs and went back without taking the product.

                            I checked with the supplier. He is claiming that the delivery is not showing in his data base and the fraudulent has been done from the delivery person. I have received the wrong product which is with me and handed 1000 rs to the person who delivered it. I am not sure who is correct. But cheated by any one of them. Writting you to pls check your data base and if possible please let me know your findings so that i could take appropriate actions.

                            Attached is the msg received from ekart. Kindly look into it and do the needful.

                                My flipkart parcel was supposed to be delivered on 22nd sept. I got call from ekart that i should come and pick the order from their office. I refused to do that as it is supposed to be delivered at my home.

                                Later that evening the parcel was marked as delivered, without actually delivering it.

                                Today i went to the ekart office and my parcel is in their office. They are saying that they could not find my house address. Thats why they marked my order as delivered

                                      My order detail is FMPC[protected].

                                      As my address is pre- mentioned. Still the delivery agent from Ekart Logistics Mr Sohit Kumar (Cont: [protected]), is saying he does not delivers in this area and calling me to a place almost 2km away from address. So, the delivery charge which flipkart has imposed on my order is unauthorized.
                                      Does Ekart has Flipkart and Ekart has given this instruction or condition in product information?
                                      This guy always do the same thing for the nearby area, and does not deliver the orders. He is making inconvenience for customer and earning losses to the company.

                                        Akash jain from ekart logistics picked up my myntra parcel - mynr[protected] on 21st september. The parcel was supposed to be marked as "return pick up completed" and i was supposed to receive a message saying the same but none of that happened. I contacted him again today with a lot of difficulty and he said that he will mark the pick up completed today by evening. I called him again at 7:30pm as the product was still not marked, he received my call and cut the phone as soon as he realised it was me. I truly believe he has some personal grudges against me. I do not understand why anyone would do that. I am scared he has either lost the parcel or stolen it. This is the second grievance i am raining for the same issue. Kindly understand that time is sensitive here. I can't wait for more time as i don't know where my 2400/- rupees parcel is. I wish if any strict action could be taken on this guy. Kindly provide help.
