I ordered the laptop in the first hour of big billion day from my Flipkart plus account !
The promise date for delivery was 22nd October and now it has been delayed to 1st November
This is to request E kart logistics to kindly deliver my product before 26th October as my online exams are scheduled from 26th October
It is extremely urgent !!!
Please understand and give me an update ASAP

    Odered on 16 th oct 2020 from flipkart BBD sale my product is still not with me on 23 rd .. product was shipped by flipkart seller even before time but still i don't know what's wrong with this ekart they are delaying it without giving any proper reason.. very much disappointed by ekart... it's not first time ekart delaying product delivery even in other locations too they used to delay and disappoint the costomers.

      I ordered so many items items but still I did not received any items. Ordered has shipped and reached nearest hub and then massage come sorry for the delay it will be deliver next 3 days but still not deliver my order and different location showing no further update. Kindly deliver my order.

        Sir,
        Out for Delivery: POCO M2 Pro (Two Shade... with tracking ID FMPP[protected] from flipkart.com, will be delivered today by an EKART Service Partner (call [protected]).

        2. Supposed to be delivered on 22 Oct 2020 and not yet delivered.
        3. Not even able to connect to the phone of the delivery person provided through SMS.
        4. Please do the needful and send me the item at the earliest.
        5. They do the same thing every time, I think you guys need to do some action against it.

          Courier making late continuously

          I have order an item with Order ID - OD[protected] which was to be deliver on 19 oct 2020 but did not delivered and sent msg one to three days for delivery but again same happened while 18 oct the courier show its position near my address dabri hub but sent to daruhera then next uttam nagar now no updates show. Please deliver the courier within next 24 hrs else i will do legally action against flipkart and ekart logistics. I am mentally...

          Delivery person called me on 17/10/2020 for delivery of product but till today 22/10/2020 he is not able to deliver it every time I called his mobile was switched off very worst logistics I had ever seen please improve the delivery percentage and serve the customers well in this pandemic situation

            I had made a return request on myntra whose tracking ID on Ekart is MYNR[protected]. The pickup was made by Ekart delivery agent. He picked up the product on 18th Oct, Sunday evening around 7 pm. He said he is not able to find the product code to be entered. He said he will return it later. But he did not return the product. I do not have the product and it was also not returned. Please look into it and find out who was responsible for my pickup and where is my product now.
            Please return the product back to me.

            No response from Ekart even though I wrote the complain in their feedback as well. Do they only collect the feedback and not read it?

                  I ordered iphone 11 pro from Flipkart on 16 October and it was shipped by ekart logistics on 18 October and the promised dilevery date was 20 October but my order is showing that it is in Gurgaon and was uploaded on 18 October and is stuck there and now it's 22 October and I haven't received my product yet how terrible can a reputed site like Flipkart can be.I made a huge mistake to order such a expensive thing from Flipkart I regret my desicion plz help me to get my order as my order is too expensive.

                          I have order my Mobile on 16th Oct 2020 and the item has to Hyder on 19th and on 20th reached the nearest hub. today on 21st i see the item has been in transit to different location in the same city where i stay and they have change the delivery from 21st oct 2020 to 5th Nov 2020.

                          Which really not acceptable to delivery an item taking 10days with in the city.

                            I have placed a order on 9th Oct 2020, and its promising delivery date was 21st Oct. On that I received a message that your parcel is out for delivery (2:38 PM) along with a contact number . I tried to call him but his phone was switch off and I kept trying and at 5 PM ; luckily his call connected . I asked where are you and when you will come ? He said, I am on the leave, I am not coming today ; then I said if you are on the leave then why I got a msg along with your number ; I want my order by today under any circumstance . Then he threatened me " I will not come today what will you do ?" ( Nahi aaunga aaj kya kar lega tu : same words)

                            PS : It was my third consecutive order from flipkart having same issue.

                            1st order : Promising date was 8th Oct . but did not got my order they only told me to wait they will deliver by today - tomorrow but at the end they asked me to cancel my order on 17th Oct.

                            2nd order : Promising date was 19th Oct and the delivery boy was same as I mentioned above, I contacted hime on 19th oct then I said there is one more package then he said he will deliver both the package by 21st

                            3rd order : Main paragraph

                            conclusion : Delivery boy threatened me " nahi karunga aaj deliver kya kar lega tu "

                                      I ordered Motorola one fusion plus mobile on the 16th of October from Flipkart it was expected to be delivered on 20 October but it did not. Somehow through lots of calls, they manage to send the delivery boy on 21st October. I got the exchange value of my old Lenovo k4 note mobile phone which was valued 1750 rs, with other discounts on sale and the exchange value I prepaid the remaining amount 12913 with a credit card. When the boy came he saw the mobile and said it is damaged, the damage was less than a half-inch cut on the side body then he told me you have to pay 1000 rs for this. I did not understand what he said because I already paid the money for the new mobile. I asked him at least let me see the new phone he refused and talked very rudely. He called his senior and told him that everything is fine it is just a minor scratch but what I know that he already processed my mobile with damage in his application and then he was asking his senior how can I cancel this and then his senior told that we can't cancel if it is processed ask a customer to pay the money. It is one of the worst services I have ever seen in e-commerce. I don't know about others but nobody informed me not even a single follow-up was provided. I myself called the customer care number more than 7 times everyone just told me that you have to wait, no email no contact number no information was provided. I already faced issues with Flipkart still Motorola was available on Flipkart only I had no option to buy it from there. It is the worst customer service. The name of the delivery boy was Hemant Nishad.
