I buy poco x3 mobile from flipkart which courier number is
FMPP[protected] which yesterday come for deliverd. so check master is delivered new phone and check my exchange phone (old phone redmi 4 )but it mobile have some problem so we request check master(agent) to give me 1 day time so i solve problems and please you reach us tomorow, but agent has very rude behaviour and say that this is only one time delivery chance so either you pay full exchange mobile price by cash or i cancel the ordr from my server and by arrogant behaviour it cancel order and denied to delivery. so i request your team to track my order and deliver my mobile as soon as possible. i also request you to take strict action against your check master

    Address: Flipkart and Ekart

    I ordered Apple Watch from Flipkart and my order was going to be deliver today, but i tracked the order and it shows that it is on farukhnagar hub and just left it, this is bad it was a promised delivery and i really had bad experience, Ekart Plz support and deliver the product fast !

    The distance left is 1000km and i dont know how they will cober it in few hours, Very Bad ! #ekart @ekart

        The delivery man was extremely rude. Earlier he was not answering my calls and was also rejecting it. The delivery was also two days late.
        I ordered a phone with exchange policy on flipkart and he was arguing with me about some other policy and was not ready to clear the issue.
        Such a pathetic service is provided by ekart that I wish I dont have to collect my order through ekart.

          मेरा पार्सल मुझे नहीं मिलने मेरे नुकसान हुवा है

            My complain about Alipurduar ekart courier service. I am kamakhyaguri, a census town of Kumargram block and almost 30km away from Alipurduar. But kamakhyaguri has no ekart courier, we depend on Alipurduar ekart courier. But the service is very bad. I ordered dress on 6th October, 2020 and dress came on 13th October, 2020 in Alipurduar ekart hub but they delivered my dress on 19th October, 2020. We want a courier service in my town. Request

              This freight has already arrived near to my home as per their hub station 2 days back and still it is yet to be delivered. No direct numbers are being provided for Ekart logistics which makes the escalation matrix even more complex and time consuming.

                    You received an order for delivery with ID FMPP[protected].
                    The courier on 19 October 2020 (this is delivery date) you received in dabri hub which is near my delivery address but that is sent to daruheda which is far away from my address and the courier is getting late. Please deliver the courier. This show Your service is poor. Please take the matter seriously and fast your service.

                      Delivery agent is refuse to exchange my old phone without any reason. When I am asking him why you refuse to take this phone, he just says it was very risky so you paid the exchange money or I will cancel your order. Due to emergency only I have to keep my order without any exchange of my old phone. So I request you to kindly look into this matter because o[censored]rgency of people they just take the advantage of it.when I told him, I complaint about this matter to your company but he said do it I don't care about it.

                        Ekart delivery boy Pikup my old phone in exchange Pikup created by Flipkart. At the time of pickup he undervalued my pikup item from Rs2700 to Rs1150. And said your Pikup is final . By at evening I got message from Ekart that my pikup is rejected. Nd also in Flipkart order details they shows that I paid 2700 in cash and pikup is cancelled. So what is the matter?

                              I have faced this problem twice.
                              Delivery agent do not pick call and do not deliver my item the day, showing item is out for delivery.
                              Delivery agent from ekart logistics had postponed delivery of one of my previous item by saying that i am unable to deliver your item so you have to wait for tomorrow.
                              Please solve my issue as quick as possible.
