I received damaged and faulty, item. Pod#1237 from nexaship.in was delivered by natwarlal darji. On 08/09/2020 at 4:55pm.

The item delivered is not in good condition and damaged from inside

The tracking id :-ssgp[protected].

Iwant to return that items.

Pls do the needful at the earliest and take corrective action.

          My parcel is rejected by delivery partner

          Sir delivery boy call me to receive my parcel in 10 kilometers distance form my house. But i am ignore because my pin code is under delivery area. Delivery boy use bad language and rejected my order. Please sir solve my problem. Why delivery boy use bad language and rejecte my parcel?

              One cod parcel delivered at my residence and taken rs 1599 as amount. Post delivery when parcel was opened and found that this is completely different items and it is not a combo as well. I called delivery boy to intimate this immediately and he told that we can't do anything. My complaint is that as you are involved in cod then you should have information of seller which should be provided to customer for filing a formal complaint and also arrange to return money and take item back.

                I ordered a saree from ontheshop thru ekart. Whivh was grey colour of rs 1000. But i got a very low quality red colour saree of around rs 200. But in the cover they mentioned as grey saree with black blouse. I need my cash back and return the item. Please provide the solution and customer care number

                  Hello.. I ordered sony airpods combo from musicgadgetdeals.com @rs.1599 and i received product on 11 september 2020 from ekart logistics. Unfortunately, i received wrong product from courier boy. After seeing the product, i immediately called to the delivery guy to sop the payment because its cod. I called him many times on that day till midnight to courier boy, he didn't responded my phone call. So immediately i went to ekart logistics physically to the office, but there is no response from the staff because they don't have a proper knowledge about the returns/refunds. The office doesn't follow any kind of covid-19 rules. No sanitizers provided at the office, no masks for the boys, irresponsible staff, especially rude behavior from team lead. None of them are polite except security guard. No proper training and delivery instructions especially for the white labelled packages (Cod) were given to a delivery boys. Fedup with the office staff.
                  Please help me out in getting back money and should take a proper action towards the lb nagar office.
                  Totally disappointed and distressed with the staff behavior.

                          The delivery boy asks the customer to forward the feedback sms to his number so that he can give the feedback himself. In order to ask to forward the feedback sms link, the delivery boy explains the customer that its a company protocol to forward the sms to the delivery partner.

                          This is totally a fraud by the delivery partner. Its a cheat. They don't behave well with the customers but they want good feedback.

                          They need proper training on how to behave with the customers. I am totally unhappy with the behaviour of the delivery boy asking me to forward the feedbank link to his contact number so that he rate himself. When I replied saying that I've already given the feedback, he disconnected the call very rudely.

                          Please look into this matter. This is not acceptable. They should not feedback themselves.

                            I order a product in Flipkart. On the delivery day no delivery person contacted me till the evening. Then I contacted him to know the order delivery status. But he is so irresponsive. He didn't even listened to me. And product also not delivered.

                              Made an online order on flipkart and when the item was to deliver, the delivery boy refused to deliver it to my address. He was forcing me to reach to his location according to his convenience. Even i had mentioned the full address including landmark still i had to receive very rude behaviour from his end. He was not at all professional while talking to me and was very rude. Till now i did not receive my product. The delivery boy's name is gokul barman. I want apology from that mannerless fellow. Please do the needful.

                                  Ref: shipment srtp[protected] (From thane to trivandrum)
                                  My business associate shipped me a box from thane/maharashtra through ekart surface (Booked via shiprocket). The tracking number showed that the item reached the trivandrum pattom ekart delivery center on 4th september and delivery was to be on 12th september. Now apparently the website is showing that a return has been booked to return the package to the seller. On what basis is this return booked? Nobody even bothered to contact us to deliver the item despite telephone numbers being clearly mentioned in the documentation. We are at home 24 hours due to the lock down and nobody came home to delivery either. This is downright cheating. I am placing this complaint online in order to record the complaint. There are no local phone numbers or customer service numbers listed for ekart and their robot based online support is useless. Regards.

                                  Update: This is ridiculous. The sender of the courier informed me that EKART is now demanding return courier charges or they will not return the package. They dont call, come or attempt to deliver and now they refuse to return the package. Downright cheating. Will be consulting with my lawyer.

                                      Dear team,

                                      It is highly disappointing that on 09-sep-2020 I got my order, and it is damaged product.and now I am trying to scheduled the return for the tracking id FMPC[protected] and however no one called me for the same and today I cannot see any information about return policy from morning i have been trying to reach all the ekart customer care numbers [protected] but they are not valid that is what ivr voice message says.
