Hello.. I ordered sony airpods combo from musicgadgetdeals.com @rs.1599 and i received product on 11 september 2020 from ekart logistics. Unfortunately, i received wrong product from courier boy. After seeing the product, i immediately called to the delivery guy to sop the payment because its cod. I called him many times on that day till midnight to courier boy, he didn't responded my phone call. So immediately i went to ekart logistics physically to the office, but there is no response from the staff because they don't have a proper knowledge about the returns/refunds. The office doesn't follow any kind of covid-19 rules. No sanitizers provided at the office, no masks for the boys, irresponsible staff, especially rude behavior from team lead. None of them are polite except security guard. No proper training and delivery instructions especially for the white labelled packages (Cod) were given to a delivery boys. Fedup with the office staff.
Please help me out in getting back money and should take a proper action towards the lb nagar office.
Totally disappointed and distressed with the staff behavior.
