Got purchased Pinkwhale New Rice, Fruit, Vegetable Washing Bowl Strainer Colander Blue, Pink, Green.On 9th of this month product got received by Ekart service center. On 18th July also they did try to reached me via calling however at that point of time have busy some other work and did not picked the delivery boy call.
I know and hope there is 3 consideration days for one product and they have to re attempt for delivery but they just did return my product. After I make a call to near Ekart service center for asking about my product they just saying that my product got returned. And they say they don't know the reason why got cancelled.
This is reddiculas think that they are providing a incomplete and wrong information to the customer
If they don't know why product got return why they are working over there ...
And this is the taking care of customers this is totally not acceptable thing what u faced today ...
Take a action against the irresponsible personal involving on this ...
Hope this is enough to get what I faced the issues.
