    I see that the product has reached my nearest hub (Mahadevapura) on aug 16 sunday 6:21am. The product is not yet out for delivery and the status is same for the last two days. We want to take that to native and have travel plan for wednesday, 18th aug evening. Please resolve this asap and get this delivered at the earliest.

      I had ordered a Boat 261 wireless Bluetooth headset for 1240 from flipkart on 09.08.2020
      But the same is not being dispatched from the Ekart Logistics Motherhub Gurugram till yet I. E. 18.08.2020
      It is still showing ordered product is at Ekart Gurugram. I had already complaint to flipkart but no step is being taken by them to resolve my issue they just delaying it.

        I purchased a laptop from the Flipkart and it has some defects so I filled a return request which was accepted by the dealer and they assigned ekart the pick up the server
        But on a daily basis, I am getting the message that your order will be picked up before 9 pm but till now no pick up is done the last date of pickup is today but still no response from ekart side.

          Dear Team,

          Need your urgent attention to this.

          Recently I bought an MI A3 phone, kind of grey, 6 GB, 128 GB. I got the wrong product. In MI box the phone which i got was an old Samsung duos phone and also it was completely broken phone.

          I placed a return request which got accepted and i was told that on Monday, 17th August 2020, wishmaster will pick up the phone. Also i was told by flipkart executive that since you got an old broken phone there shall be no verification of the same and they are mentioned the same in the complaint as well.

          So on 17th August 2020 I called the wishmaster on the number mentioned in the SMS. The wishmaster (delivery person) said they didn't get any email regarding this.

          Then later on the same day around 2 PM i got an SMS that return pick up rejected due to product mis match.
          But the wishmaster (delivery person ) never came to my place.

          How come a delivery person will come to know what mail has come and what not? Isn't his work just to delivery the product?

          How can he reject the pickup without even coming to my place?

          When flipkart has mentioned in complaint that no verification to be done while return pick up then how come product mis match is the rejected reason?

          Please help me over here.

            My Product was stop at jks hub of gurgaon from 8th of august

            I have placed an order of Asus vivobook gaming laptop on 5th of August and it was packed and shipped on 6th of August my order tracking ID is FMPP[protected] .
            It was arrived at jks mother hub of Gurgaon on 8th of August and the arriving date is is 12th of august .
            Now it's 16 August but still my product was stop at the jks hub of Gurgaon it was stop at that hub.
            I want my order...

            I am ordered poco x2 on 8th August and it was packed and shipped on 12th August and it's delivery date was given me is 15th august but today is 16th August and product not delivered yet..and Flipkart customer care not taking any action on this..and my old orders are cancel even my product is in nearest hub.
            Plz I am requesting to ekart delivered my product plz...

              Sir,
              L am barun sarkar, 58 years old service man, had ordered a sony's bluetooth head phone from ekart but i today on 16.08.20 i get a china made airpods combo. Also the product is not in good condition. But there in the website of e cart i can't found any return option.
              If i fail to return it through the website i have to complain through consumer forum.

                  Hi my order id is fmpp[protected]. I have placed this order on 6th august 2020. The expected delivery date was 11th august then it got delayed and then the delivery date given to me was 13th august. But still i haven't received any update on the order. I have no idea what is going on and what is the issue that is causing this delay. Please help me with this issue.

                    Late delivery and change in delivery date

                    Fmpp[protected] is my order i'd. Order dispatched by seller to pune hub. Order reached at pune hub on 10th august and from pune hub to my native place it takes 2 days according to them delivery expected date is 14 th august but they changed the order delivery date.. Please deliver the product within 2days up to 16th august...

                    Regarding above massage from you
                    You are giving wrong reson for rejection. Product is not mis-matched, it is de-valued by your person. Value of phone desided by flipkart is more than your person. Hence i had decided to pay money and pick up phone. There is some hidden cause behind this. I already make complent about this to flipkart.

                      I have seen this product in facebook. Mene sony ka yek head phone or yek pair of earbud mangaya tha jisme head phone ke sath earbud free tha 1599 ka. Lekin ye jab deliver hua or jab package khola tab isme kuch aur nikla.
                      Or ab jab me is order ko cancel karna chahti hu or apna pura paisa wapis chahti hu. We are very very very very disappointed to saw the wrong products.

                        To whomsoever it may concern.

                        I had a bad experience with ekart for my product (Fmpp[protected]) which was shipped on august 05 and reached my location on aug07. The ekart team did not contact me as the product reached my location on august07 and held the product at the facility till aug12. On august 12, i got a message that the product could not be delivered on aug12 and they have rescheduled it to aug13. On aug13, i got a message at 03:10am that the product was cancelled.

                        I went to the ekart courier center on aug13 and the product was still there. They have pushed the cancellation without any reason and not even contacted me about it. The seller had refunded the amount on that day morning itself. If they had any delivery problems and it was informed to me, i could have reached the ekart center to collect my product. But, in the case they just cancelled without any intimation with me.

                        I've already complained about this to flipkart and i need that laptop whatsoever. That model was very few available on flipkart and it took more than 1.5 months to get it on stock. When i ordered and got everything set, your team cancelled without even thinking about the customer side.

                          I have order a product on 8th august 2020. The estimated delivery was 14 august 2020. Today is 15th august even didn't recieve the parcel and the product tracking is pause from 11 august.. Plz take action on it and plz as early as possible delivered my product.. Im egarly waiting for this..

                                I purchase a belt on brand scharf through myntra. But unfortunately this size is not perfect for me. Thats whay i return this product. But my return request was cancelled by myntra. Your delivery boy was not delivery my product. So please i kindely request to you please deliver my product as soon as possible.
