Ordered on 21st july was supposed to be delivered max by 3rr august and still it is there imat mother hub _ gor since 23rd august, when it will be delivered, there is bo response from your team, i am following up from last 5 days

    Actually we ordered the Item (Saree) i.e., pure chiffon handbrush paint saree 1700+$ on 29-July-2020.

    Tracking ID: SRTP[protected]

    Shipped by: Lokyasri Collections. (Vendor Contact: [protected])

    Today we received the wrong item i.e, Dupatta. Immediately contacted the supplier. Vendor said that we have shipped the correct item and might have misplaced it with the courier.

    Please re look on the order and replace the correct item.

    Here I have attached the shipment copy details.

      The courier boy (Not know his name) refused to deliver the item at my home. Instead he insisted to take delivery at the land mark (Maruti suzuki show room) on the other side of the road. I had to take the item from him not at my doorstep of my home but at a repair shop on the other side of the road. Also he talked to me (A senior citizen) rudely denying my age. He should be taught some classes on good behaviour. This is the first time i have encountered such an uncomfortable situation. May take it seriously to avoid any long term effect.

            Dear sir / madam,

            I did an online purchase from the hatke mobile accessories. They send my shipment via ekart from delhi to kerala (Kannur district). Shipment tracking number is srtc[protected].

            As per my request my shipment reached in kannur hub on 24 th july. Until now they did four times out for delivery. But didn't came any delivery to my area. Last on 29th july evening 4:38 they called me and informed that delivery boy reach here, he is near by my area. I was waiting until 6 pm. No one came here for delivery.
            This company have no any customer service contact number or any enquiry number or any toll free number.
            When they contacted that number, we cannot callback that number. Its not connect directly. As per their instruction i added my number and pin followed by their number. But it cannot reached. I will add that number here.. Please check. ‭+[protected]‬. This number not located in my district. Connect call from their hub.
            I have complaint against their kannur hub. I will give pictures of their office location and address. Today i reached their and check with them. They said that shipment rejected and rtn. I saw many people came there with so many complaints like this. Please take any action immediately.
            I think no need that hub in future. Very bad experience in my life.
            I trusted consumer complaints section.
            So i complain with you.

                    Flipkart arranged the pick up on 31 july, main issue different brand, already mentioned by flipkart. But purulia ekart office/in charge (Mob-[protected]) denied that, please i request to you do the investigate and take necessary action.

                    I have ordered "naughty ninos" frock for my niece birthday gift on 16 july 2016. And expected delivery date was 31st july 2020 at the time of orderig. Also the item has received at ekart ThalasseryHub_THL on 29 th july 2020 at 7:13 AM. The ekart Hub is situated 20km away from my delivery location and it is the very last ekart hub for my item's transit (Next step is out for delivery). But they are not puting it out for delivery. My niece's birthday is today (2 Auguest 2020). So that I have visited the eakrt hub yesterday (01/08/2020) to collect the iteam from there and told them about my urgency. But even without asking the order id or tracking details they have started arguing me that my item is not there and it is at Bengaluru. They have shown very much relactens to check my order transit on their database. At last they have checked it and asked me to come again tomorrow (02/08/2020) at morning 8 o clock and promise me the delivery. Then I again visited the ekart hub today morning after 20 km drive. Now the security guy told me that this sunday shop is not open. Still now my item is not delivered. One another thing is that these guys are not updating the transit details in myntra. So that I cannot see any update regarding my order after 23 july. But also these myntra ekart all belongs to same mother company.

                    Still the item is not delivered to me. I couldn't present the birthday gift to my niece so that she was sad and it was ridiculous among my family members. I had travelled two times, 20 km up and down to ekart hub (total 80 km) which is big ecnomic loss for me. The ecart staffs in ThalasseryHub_TLY harrased me there and used abusive words.

                    I need to get my delivery as far as possible (without any delay). Also I need the componsation for my economic, time loss and defamation. Also I whish none of the customers don't face this issue in future.

                        Am facing a bad experience from ekart.staff is talking in a rude and unprofessional way.My order is stull not delivered and when asked they are replying in a way that they are not planned to deliver me.I request to take some actions against these people who doesnt know to respect customers as soon as possible.The incident happened in palakkad, kerala.My shipment ID is MYNC[protected].

                          We have chose Ekart to ship to khammam.
                          Tracking ID : SRTP[protected]
                          The parcel has not reached on time . We have been trying to track continuously, in spite of calling for delivery they update the status as RTO, ORDER REJECTED.

                          This is an extremely important parcel and the customer service is so sick.There is not customer support, both the emails of customer support we have been mailing are invalid.
                          There is absolutely no way that we can trace out the courier or contact them.

                          We need the parcel to be delivered at any cost.It has valuable items in it. Waiting for a month and not getting product delivered is highly dissatisying service.

                          I would never recommend ekart delivery to anyone nor I would chose again

                                      Hello ekart logistics. I didn't received my order yet as it was mentioned on the site of myntra that i'll get it on 29th of july but its 31 july today. I've noticed that the parcel is reached at your location (Ekart logistics). Can you please notify me when i'll get my order. Because i need it before 3 august. I understand the covid situation but it's been so long. There was so much gap between the date i ordered. I hope you'll understand my situation too. So please make sure that i get my parcel before 3 of august. Thank you. Stay healthy and calm.
