I dosent know why e kart is delivering the products from this type of people who are absolutely frauds. If e kart is delivering just for money it should also have ethics i believe. Please do not encourage such type of fraud just for money who are delivering wrong products to customers which are not even 25% of the product ordered. Be ashamed of yourselves

    I'm located at pendurhty, visakhapatnam, and the products what I ordered were delivered to my nearest location simhachalam, the promising date to be delivered is 11th august, but today 12th August even though the product is not yet delivered, I went to the nearest location that is simhachalam, the products were shipped there, but they didn't open the seal and they said they will deliver by next working day so 2 days delay, is that the way to speak arrogantly with customers? I'm regretting to ordere on flipkart and useless ekart logistics management being happened late delivery and arrogant people

      But i got simple analog watch.
      I gave money at the time of the order.

        Sir, it is almost about 5 days and my laptop is still not delivered by your staff. On 7th aug, it reached on bamnoli port centre, dwarka but after that there is no status of my laptop and my tracking id is fmpc[protected]. Please help sir.

          I've got a ad in instagram. From a fraud website supereme gadgets. First i'm not aware of that. The product i've ordered is different from what they delivered. Also a damaged and less rate product is delivered

            Im from visakhapatnam, i bought 2 mobiles realme x2pro and a mi smart band4 which worth total cost 62000 from flipkart, the order to be delivered on 11th august and it is not delivered, as it is delayed from ekart logistics they must have updated and responsible towards customers, today 12th august and is not delivered, please take an action on it

              I ordered a 86000 laptop from flipkart on 1st august. The promised delivery date was 7 august. I haven't got the laptop yet. I need it urgently as my online classes have stated and i being a engineering student seriously require the laptop. I looked up the courier tracking page and found that it is stuck in ludhiana for the past 9 days.

                My order no is fmpp[protected]. Earlier its delivery date was 08 aug 20. Now it's changed to 12 aug 20 but my order is still struck at delhi hub since 04 aug 20. Pls do the needful.

                    Hello,

                    Today rs. 2868 was collected from me & a small packet delivered. The packet did not contain the products i ordered and i have been calling the delivery person continuously since evening today to report the issue. He received the call but kept saying he will check n get back to me but never did.

                    Please help & return the cash collected from me or deliver correct package

                      I have purchased a laptop on 30 july, during the time of purchase it showed me 3-5 days delivery, so i was expecting ot before 4th august. But they didn't deliver it. They are not even updating the tracking status. They rescheduled to 10th august and promised me that they will deliver it before 10 august, but today is 11 august and still no response from them. Whenever i talk to flipkart executives they always tell me to wait without doing anything from their side, third class customer service of flipkart.

                      I have order realme 5i from flipkart on 29 july 2020 and tge expected date for delivery is 10 August but tge order did not get delivered and the next the i have waited because the next date of delivery is 11 August but still today i have not received my order. and i am not able to get in touch with any of your person
                      I am not able to track this order it says invalid tracking id, order id OD[protected], is it going to delivered me or will it be cancelled like my earlier 3 laptop orders, your representative suggest to wait till delivery date, earlier order also didnt got delivered post delivered date, my online classes are started and I want this order asap

                        Today is delivery time and delivery boy is out for delivery i got message but delivery boy is too rude.. He didnt bring my package today.. If i can give that delivery boy point i'll give him 0.. He cant deliver my package then give to others

                              I ordered 4 itmes from flipkart and you didn't even attempted delivery of 3 products and cancelled from your side automatically and another one order for which i have asked to deliver next day also got cancelled from your side. Can you please explain me why did it got cancelled without any information.

                                My ekart ref no. Fmpp[protected] which was expected to be delivered to me on 6th of august 2020 but it didn't happened and i got a call from delivery boy on 7th stating that it would be delivered early morning on 8th and he gave the feedback o[censored]ndeliverable. I gave my feedback accordingly but on 8th at 6.42 am i received a threatening and abusive call from the delivery person ([protected]) and his associates assured me that they will not deliver the item. It was harrasment for me. The product is still not delivered to me. And all the norms of ecommerce has been violated. I was left speechless and annoyed after this call and my entire family had to feel the trauma very early in the morning. Please do take any action as i am willing to go tot he utmost limit for the wrong and harm done to me.

                                      I have ordered iphone xs on 6th august 2020 at 12:06 am. The shipment was done by ekart logistics with their awb no.- fmpp[protected]. The delivery was going good as it reached kolkata from gurgaon on the same date at 11:59 pm. But from 6th august and now 8th august it's been two days and i didn't receive my order whereas kolkata is just 180 kms away from my house. When i visited the ekart logistics of my hometown suri, they said that its stuck in motherhub snk and will be delivered soon. Neither did i could cal anyone at the motherhub snk nor i could get the ekart logistics' contact no. Of my hometown. I, henceforth need the order by tomorrow or i must appeal to higher authority or i need compensation on my order.

                                      I'm based in Kolkata. On 5 October I had ordered a HP laptop which was to be delivered on 16 October. However till date the item has not been delivered. Initially I was told that the issue would be resolved by 17 to 19 October. Thereafter it was changed to 23 October. And now I'm being told to wait for resolution till 26 October. And surprisingly the product is lying in your Kolkata facility since 14 October.
                                      Are you a professionally managed company or a bunch of novices playing games with customers sentiments? Please have my product delivered IMMEDIATELY and henceforth I'll ensure that I do not trust any site which has Ekart as it's delivery partner.
