I ordered a laptop worth 55000/- from flipkart more than a week ago and the expected delivery date was between 2-3 days. Since nobody contacted me regarding the delivery in expected time, i went to the ekart logistics company myself which is very near my home. They said that there was a delay with the deliveries due to the pandemic issue which is understandable. So i asked them to check on my item and deliver it asap because it was urgent. But they didn't even pay attention for whatever i was saying. They kept on telling that it would be delivered in 2 days. Days passed.. No-one contacted after 2 days and i went to check on the item again because it was prepaid and worried whether it would complicate things being undelivered.
Even after 2 days, they said wait for another two days. Since it was very urgent and i didn't want the order to be cancelled without me knowing it, i contacted the manager of the company and he said the delay was due to containment zone issues, though my place was not a containment zone. However, the manager promised the delivery for the very next day. And when i was eagerly waiting, the order got cancelled the next day. And they couldn't explain further. Very worse experience with ekart logistics. It was like... As if we were begging for our product that we paid for!!!
