I had ordered an item via flipkart which was scheduled to arrive on a particular date, however it arrived early and on that date i would not be at home, hence i told the ekart delivery man to deliver some other day, however he did not behave properly and kept saying to the customer that i know items are delivered before, i should accept and etc. This is highly disappointing approach since the item is not being delivered on time and there is nothing wrong in what i did and said, however he was unwilling to come on some other day and hence i cancelled my order. My request is to please give an exact date and if not possible the logistics service should cooperate with the customer instead of harassing them, everyone has work, its not possible to sit waiting for an order. Highly disappointed.
