    Date of incident : 25-june-2020, afternoon at around 12.50 pm

    Item : stealodeal double lens magnifier 65mm 4x:6x magnifying glass (Orange, green)

    Full description of incident :

    (1) the courier fellow has charged rs.300/- in place of rs.239/- only which is the total cost of the item. This is nothing but out & out cheating by the ekart representative.

    (2) verbally the boy said, it is rs.293/-. There was no change of rs.7/- with the boy. So, i repeatedly instructed the boy the put this seven rupees in my wallet. But the ekart boy has cheated me by not doing so.

    (3) i have all the records of having paid the money by debit card.

    Hope justice will be done to me by

    (A) refund of the extra money charged - rs.61/-

    (B) punishing the ekart fellow for cheating a valuable customer.

    Very bad experience from Ekart..it seems your delivery boy has stolen my product. I had ordered two items from max clothing and I haven't received the items yet. But ekart has messaged me my item is already delivered by their delivery person named Shajith

            Product i'd number is - od[protected], this is portable car fridge. This car fridge not working condition, so i cancel my order and apply for refund but the delivery boy is very inresponsible and not attend my call i called him 5 to 6 time and he disconnected my call, and cancel my request himself. Delivery boy is cancel my request 2 time.

                  Many a time we have found this difficult from ur service only.. Other courier servicers deliver at our door step... As its a bit difficult for us to go and buy somthing so we order online.. Still we have to travel kms to get the product.. As u people don deliver it to home.. So please do consider

                    I ordered a laptop and its promised delivery date is june 23.. And now it's showing address mismatch relating to pincode.. But i entered correct pincode.in past i faced the same issue. Delivery guys keep ven didn't call me and cancelled the order and now also i have fear about the same. Can delivery guy cancel the order with out intimation. E kart is one untrusty service. Im getting the deliveries for same address i provided on amazon

                        Hello, on 7 june 2020, i made a order for avro chairs cost rs 1099 which were to be in pair of 2 and a study table from sugandha cost rs 1899 according to flipkart policy due to covid-19 they wanted online payment so that is what i did. On 17th june i received the product delivery from ekart but when i check them instead of table there were beds and only one chair came so i instantly called the wishmaster and showed him the mistakes he talk with his superior and the superior told me to return the product to the wishmaster and he will cancel the delivery and i will get a refund but from 17 june i am waiting and i have called flipkart regarding this and what they are telling me that i made a mistake by returning the product before contacting flipkart and they will try to help me with the refund.in flipkart the products are showing undelivered and in my account of flipkart they are showing delivered. I need help i can't contact ekart neither flipkart is helping me. My 3000 rs are at stake please help me.

                            Still not received from such a big reputed company response and favourable reply.
                            I came to knew that the item is not related to flipkart then why you people are taking responsible for delivering such a misleading products and ads. Please look in to this (Flipkart big day) portal and people are cheating, this will loss you brand images.

                                    Dear Team EKart

                                    I am highly disappointed with the services of ekart logistics.

                                    I placed an order on June13, 2020 with a promised delivery of June 15, 2020 not only did i not received the order yesterday there has been no update from the CS team. All they are updating is that there is an issue at logistics department it will be resolved by June 22, 2020.

                                    I want to understand why should i face a delay of even a day when the status is showing shipment arrived at the nearest hub that happens to be around 2-3 kms from my delivery address.

                                    It was supposed to be a birthday gift for someone in the family and the pity fellow has been asking me since yesterday about the delivery, I have been embarrassed a lot.
