Look at the delivery date. There was no lockdown within the state. I think ekart should change the agent at LUNGLEI

    Hello, on 7 june 2020, i made a order for avro chairs cost rs 1099 which were to be in pair of 2 and a study table from sugandha cost rs 1899 according to flipkart policy due to covid-19 they wanted online payment so that is what i did. On 17th june i received the product delivery from ekart but when i check them instead of table there were beds and only one chair came so i instantly called the wishmaster and showed him the mistakes he talk with his superior and the superior told me to return the product to the wishmaster and he will cancel the delivery and i will get a refund but from 17 june i am waiting and i have called flipkart regarding this and what they are telling me that i made a mistake by returning the product before contacting flipkart and they will try to help me with the refund.in flipkart the products are showing undelivered and in my account of flipkart they are showing delivered. I need help i can't contact ekart neither flipkart is helping me. My 3000 rs are at stake please help me.

      I have ordered the product from flipkart and it going to deliver by 19 june by ekart logistics. But they are failed to deliver on promised time. Since the product is reached to nearest hub by 15 june. The order id is fmpc[protected]. U can check it on ekart logistics official website. Please help me to get my product delivered. Thank you

        Still not received from such a big reputed company response and favourable reply.
        I came to knew that the item is not related to flipkart then why you people are taking responsible for delivering such a misleading products and ads. Please look in to this (Flipkart big day) portal and people are cheating, this will loss you brand images.

            I have ordered a product from flipkart. It was sent to me through ekart logistics. Parcel was to be delivered on 14.06.2020. It was sunday. My office (My delivery address) was closed that day. Due to holiday i can't receive my parcel. Now it's status shows delivered. You are requested to solve this.

              The expected date was of my order was 12th of june. Then i complaint the flipkart customer care, then ekart have sent me a sms that yesterday i will get my order but i was busy yesterday... Then the dilivery bod had cancelled my order without my permission.
              I just need my order.

                Dear Team EKart

                I am highly disappointed with the services of ekart logistics.

                I placed an order on June13, 2020 with a promised delivery of June 15, 2020 not only did i not received the order yesterday there has been no update from the CS team. All they are updating is that there is an issue at logistics department it will be resolved by June 22, 2020.

                I want to understand why should i face a delay of even a day when the status is showing shipment arrived at the nearest hub that happens to be around 2-3 kms from my delivery address.

                It was supposed to be a birthday gift for someone in the family and the pity fellow has been asking me since yesterday about the delivery, I have been embarrassed a lot.

                      This is the trackingid provided, but it is not working and says as invalid tracking id.

                      They use come sort of code in the tracking site. Centralhub_mdk1 - the item is here from 11th june. Today is 15th june and there are no movement yet.

                                Today i received my courrier and i was upset after watching the item. I never experienced with this kind of fraud things as i have a long relationship with flipkart.. I ordered redmi smartphone but received some local ordinary mobile phone. I went to ecart hub at kerala calicut mankav office and i didn't received helpful action from their side, simply informed
                                That you will not get the refund or product.
                                Kindly look into this issue, i booked through flipkart big sale page and i never expected this kind of cheating will happen. Such a big company this will affect your brand image also.
                                I expect your valuable reply or else i will move for legal actions.

                                    My order no is fmpr[protected], i have ordered wellberg griller from flipkart, which has been delivered to me on 6th june'2020, due to the missing product i initiated for return, i also talked to flipkart customer care on 6th june, 20. On 7th june, 20 ekart has called me to pick up the returned item, they come with tempo can, i returned the product to ekart with same box packaging. But till now ekart has not updated the return product status to flipkart, and that is why flipkart has cancelled my refund status. So i am considering that ekart has theft my product, because i talked to ekart executive physically, they don't provide any receipt copy to customer when they pick up the returned product from customer. I will go to consumer forum against ekart, because ekart is providing pathetic service towards their customer.
