My order no is fmpr[protected], i have ordered wellberg griller from flipkart, which has been delivered to me on 6th june'2020, due to the missing product i initiated for return, i also talked to flipkart customer care on 6th june, 20. On 7th june, 20 ekart has called me to pick up the returned item, they come with tempo can, i returned the product to ekart with same box packaging. But till now ekart has not updated the return product status to flipkart, and that is why flipkart has cancelled my refund status. So i am considering that ekart has theft my product, because i talked to ekart executive physically, they don't provide any receipt copy to customer when they pick up the returned product from customer. I will go to consumer forum against ekart, because ekart is providing pathetic service towards their customer.
