      I have not received this order and not even a call from any of your team executive. How did you cancel this order by your own and blaming customer for cancelling it. I just want to know how courier partner can say that this order was cancelled from my end

        I have ordered on 22 march 2020 it has to be delivered by 26 march 2020 but its almost 2 months and i haven't received my order. There are just changing the delivery dates. But if you make a new order they make delivery within 2-3 days.

            I ordered my phone on 20th march.
            The product reached my nearest hub on 22nd march. Ever since the deliveries where stopped due to lockdown. I waited for 2.5 months and now thay the deliveries have resumed, my product hasn't been delivered to me yet. Also the customer support from flipkart is the worst. They never gave any proper reasoning and just kept pushing the delivery date. I also went to the hub on 19th but they refused to give me my product. Please look into the matter and deliver my product.

              The product has reaches twice on the facility. But they dont made a query about that and the product has returned twice to bangalore. (Screenshot is adding). There is showing that a mismatch in address,

              But i had also given my two mobile numbers. They have not made an attempt make a call. When i track the order its seems in bangalore

              Item is reaching to aluva flipkart facility but during both these time they dont responded
              I have been made many order using this address but now they are showing mismatch if they found any mismatch in aluva facility i have given my two numbers they can able to ensure the way by calling me. And they don't show this problems during i placing the order. Still it is reaching near to aluva but it is returning without informing me.

                I have purchased
                Realme 6 (Comet white, 64 gb)
                White on 21 march 2020 which was supposed to deliver on 26 march 2020, but due to covid 19 it didn't. Please deliver my order tomorrow because its reached to my near hub 12 days back and didn't reach to me. And i don't want to exchange my old phone with this product, please deliver my product tomorrow i will pay full amount of this product i don't want exchange offer.

                  An item ordered with order id fmpp[protected] on march 21, 2020.
                  It recieved at motherhub_blr on april 21st, 2020. Since then no update on delivery. Expected delivery date was march 25th 2020 and changed it to may 15, 2020 which is already passed. Even the item price has increased. So, i will be at loss if i cancel and reorder the item. Almost 2 months passed. So please deliver it fast as soon as possibles

                    Missbehaviour of rbl logistics staff with customer, i have many orders by e kart logistics through flipkart i have feel free to take a product the the delivery boys who are delivering the product but from past 6 months f e kart product is delivering through a rbl logistics, they are not responding to the customer,,, they missbehaviour with the customer they, they are ruthless, kindly resolve the issue,, i trying to grievance about e kart there is not option, i believed in e kart logisy that they can take action,, order id is 0d[protected]

                        My parcel is in raigarh. And see this my parcel shipment is near hub. And i know my parcel is in raigarh.

                        The ekart logistics raigarh hub is not delivered my parcel. Today 16th may is my promise day and they don't delivered my parcel.
                        And when they know they can't delivered then suddenly they change the delivery date 20th may.
                        How they change the date with their own mind. If they cant delivered my parcel then say it. I will not waiste my time with him.

                        Close the fraud ekart logistics raigarh hub. If not close then say it to talk with me. I want to know that they delivered my parcel or not. If not i am cancel my order.

                        Tell me the address i will go and take my parcel because your ekart courier service have no mind to delivered my parcel. So i can go and take my parcel from the office.

                        Please give me fast reply on behave of my complain because your ekart courier service us not undestand my problem.

                          I ordered a product from flipkart which was supposed to be delivered on 14/05/20. On 14th i received a message that my product is delivered successfully. But i didn't receive the package. I am trying to call on various numbers of ekart but none of them is responding. I think that the delivery boy (His registered name is srinivas chundru chundru) is a fraud, and he has done some scams as the product was prepaid. I have also registered a complaint regarding this on flipkart, but no reply comes from them.

                            Havn't reciver the product after 2 months of waiting, even after the relaxation on lockdown, flipkart customer scervice is not helpful either. It seems that the computer is just giving more posponed dates, and is starting to feel the whole flipkart if fake, the product has reached our locality for a month (15th april).

                            Flipkart had also chrger 2 month of emi, to be fair the emi shoul be charged frome only june, othewise we are paying for someting that we are not having or using.

                              My product flipkart order id no. Od[protected] reached at my nearest hub on dated 09/05/2020 but the courier staff is not delivery the item at my home address if my orders has been shown to shipped by flipkart and show location & ekart logistics received the product. When i asked to him regarding delivery status than he say we have no permission to delivered the product he said that you cancel your product and order again through amazon. Kindly take action against company or staff like non responsibility behavior... Help me and please delivered my courier as soon as possible & our area in green zone due to covid-19.
