I have order one american tourists bag pack on flipkart product shipped by courier company ekart but delivery time i want to pay by credit card but ekart company employe not able to accept amount by credit card and not delivered product.
My concern is i'm want to pay by credit card but courier company not able that is not my problem i want complain against courier company.
Than call on flipkart but his talking call on courier company.

    Hello team,

    This is about order num[protected]-4287803 which was made on myntra and i have received this order on 26/12/2018 and i tried one of the product from this package i. E. Hrx by hrithik roshan - black active joggers and it didn't fit well so i placed a return request for the same on the same date. The pick up has been scheduled with ekart but since then the pick up request gets cancelled without any reason. Nobody contacts me ever and each time i have to make a new return request. It's more then 20days now and the same status gets repeated on the their site. I have contacted several times to the customer care but i am not getting any appropriate response to it. The return request can only be made till 30days of delivery and soon it is going to expire now because of ekart unprofessional behavior. I request you to help me in this matter as soon as possible. The current return order id is [protected].
    Please help me in this matter.

        This is related to the order od[protected] for asus zenfone max m2. The product should be delivered by 25th of this month.
        The product came to office on 25th. Since 25th is holiday i am unable to take the order and requested to bring them on 26th. They told ok. But the team did not deliver me on 26th.

        When i called to customer care it is not working. Raised complaint to flipkart customer care. They mentioned it will deliver by 7:00pm on 26th. But still did not receive.

        Please send the product by 12:00 pm afternoon today.

            By checking the history i was surprised to see that my order which reached to "hitech city hub at 11:37 am after getting scanned at shamshabad sort facility on wednesday, 24rd nov" was held upfor the whole day and was once again sent back to "shamshabad sort facility at 11:52 pm".
            When contacted the support team non of the team (Even a single person) was able to answer and they were simply going on repeating saying it will be delivered.
            They are not delivering my parcel. When i contact support they say that my pincode was wrong, but my pincode is correct.
            They are playing games with the customers, till now it has passed 70hours but till now it hasn't reached. I have contacted customer care, they are not providing any details, just saying we are escalating. They are not willing to give the courier hub contact number or address to pick the parcel. They are hiding something by simply taking customers money

              Hi team,

              I have placed an order during diwali sale on flipkart.
              Item name : midea 7kg front load washing machine
              I have got discount of 3500 during the sale (Flipkart + bank discount)
              My product was supposed to be delivered on 11th nov, but the order got cancelled by ekart without my notice

              Od[protected] is cancelled with out my notice. When i called flipkart customer care he told "order got cancelled by seller".
              I have ordered 5 days back during diwali sale with 3500 discount, today was the scheduled delivery but the order got cancelled automatically.
              Now i have checked the product price, it has no discount.
              This is unethical and untrusth worthy action taken by flipkart and ekart logistics.
              Please provide the product with the same discount which i have availed during the diwali sale, as there is nothing wrong or mistake that has done from my end.
              Please don't cheat innocent people in name of discounts.

              I mistaken omnitech retail for Ekart Logistics
              My order with tracking I'd MYNP[protected] was shipped with one other order on the same day from the same place. The other parcel have reached but the mentioned order is not showing any transit. Please help me track it as I to leave the place.
              Ekart logistics promised me to deliver my order on 29th November, 2018 but a little while ago, i discovered that my order came to Kolkata today.I don't know how many more days they will take to deliver my order. . .

                I'm a long time customer of flipkart but here after i don't want to purchase only because of ekart logistics customer service very very worst customer service i never ever experienced today 6.50pm onwards ekart courier person came to deliver this product he said the total product cost is 3032 which worth packages of four (1206+844+580+402) so i gave that money to him but he didn't give 844rs worth of product and go i called him after i checked and called him to ask about that parcel worth of 844rs then only he came and give that parcel to me, he said he is a don (Rowdy) so he will do anything for money, he pronounced bad words towards me bcz i corrected his mistakes but he is not apologized for that incident he took advantage over and he used abusive words towards me and hit my compound entrance gate, and try to enter my home bcz he is not in normal state full of abnormal behavior my neighbour's also watched this incident they said to complaint the person to local police station i want to register a complaint against that person, we are three girls only living in this house we are really very scared about today's incident he tried to enter our home but we locked for our safety he even tried to hit the gate i'm not eat i'm not sleep i think about the incident i'm very much afraid about it we don't want to purchase anymore to flipkart if anything happened seriously who will take responsibility??? plz take severe action against this person

                He only missed the parcel but he asks 3032money i will give to him but he didn't give 844 rs parcel then i called him then only he gave the parcel fraud person how dare he used abusive words and hit my gate and try to enter my home at night time who give rights to the person

                  Sir i have booked this product 15 days ago through flipkart. Today i have received a massage from ekart around 2 pm. That today my product will delivery before 9 pm. Today when i received a phone call of your courier delivery boy his name show tru caller abhi he told me where r you i am telling i am not now present at my home address which have been i am given
                  I am asked him please came at my point which is 1 k. M away from my delivery address. He sent me and told its is not is his area. Its ok then i told him please come after 5. Pm because i am on my office. Once again he denied me.. He told he not come 5 p. M. It's ok after 30 minit i am again call him to please come my delivery address which is my home. I am came my home from to collect that product because that product very much nedded for me.. And this time told me he will not come he told me if you want to the product so come my point nd also told he can't find out my address.. I am give him my address fully with land mark.. But he not responded. And told me i will call you back.
                  After 5 minit i have received a massage from ekart that

                  My 2 myntra product was picked up by delivery agent and after few hours of pickup I received a message that pickup is rejected, Ia trying so hard to get this issue resolved but unable to connect with the delivery agent and myntra customer care is marking it as resolved everytime

                  Hi! I'm Monica, this is my first time with ecart and I had the worst experience with them. I'm from dharampur, distt. Solan, Himachal Pradesh. The courier boy was so arrogant and did not have a dedication to his job. As per the true caller, the name of courier boy displayed "Dharmendra".
                  Even when I called customer care, they put the wrong details and fake reasons to cancel my order. After complaining also they are not taking any initiative to solve the problem.
                  After complaining also they are not taking any initiative to solve the problem and without trying to solve the problem again put the fake updates that the problem is resolved, even though I didn't get any call regarding my order or the order status.
                  Jalluwal route dilevery boy behaviour not good. He is use rough language.

                      I had ordered redmi note 5 pro with the exchange of the old phone lenovo k4 note, the order no is od[protected]i ordered on 24.10.18 and i received on 26th oct 2018 the issue is the representative.. Of e kart logistic says that the phone system is faulty on display and refused to exchange unless 2500 rs paid otherwise, he said that it will be send back and we had no choice but to give the money without exchanging my old phone inspite it being in good condition. Please look into this as he had send the image of it to you for approval too. We being esteem customer to you and if this sort of negative minded person sent for the logistic what will be the image of flip kart please look into this matter for a solution by inspecting properly and giving back rs 2500 and taking back the old one,

                        Today a stranger comes at my yome and said that a order placed on my address with name naseeb singh but this person not lived on current address. My address is new housing board colony jind. House no.727-728 behind govt. Girls college. This is a pen in this order and payment made by netbanking. But netbanking not used by myself or my family members. Please take it return your order as soon as possible otherwise i take a legal action for u all. This is a pre planned scheme. I m mentally disturbed from this act. I also attact the screen shoot of text message those come on my no.[protected] yesterday

But the item is misrouted to bhuvaneswar, i spoke with flipkart team to get back my mobile. They said no. Ur order is cancelled shortly & plz book anither mobile. But today its offer price is 15, 000/-. I have purchased that time is 11, 400/-. I need that mobile in the same price which i placed order. And i also need justification for their cancellation with out my consent

                          Resolution demanded: an apology letter from company official, get service/product replaced or fixed for free.

                            I am employee of corporate company & my orders no.FMPC[protected] delivery executive no.[protected]. The delivery executive didn't pick up the phone when i called him several time in office hours but 7 P.M i checked online Ekart tracking details shown in data base status Delivery attempt failed(No response from customer) such as wrong information provide against of me. Please never send this type of executive.
                            As per my house members response previous order no.FMPC[protected] Ekart executive never come to my door for confirm on physical address and delivery.
                            I am disappointed from EKART logistics service.
                            The parcel was already torn/opened/ and the product was checked by ekart services.
                            Then again it was packed using Cello tape
                            So the product is delivered very early in the morning without informing in order to avoid rejcection.
                            This is very very disappointing and disgusting.

Even if you give the correct address with your contact details and also Ekart Logistics haven’t provided any contact on their site as well. Really disappointed 😞

                                I have purchased a jean pant from flipcart and i have given my office address for delivery. Delivery person contacted me for delivery on sunday that is today. As my office closed a asked him to come tomorrow but delivery person asked to go there to receive other wise it will be returned.                                 I ordered a lint remover from flipkart, the delivery boy came for deliver and handed it to gatekeeper. there is clearly written that the address on package is of someone else, the item i ordered is comletely different, the delivery boy even without getting signature from me. handed the product to gatekeeper.

                                  Good evening sir, myself dr. Sumit rawal, sir i am feeling being fooled by your ridiculous courier serviceman, i needed this product (Airtel 4g dongle) and after waiting period for 15days after booking it on flipkart (Order id - od[protected], i received a call from your courier person from ekart (Mob [protected], name as on true caller is rahul k) and i told him to bring card swipe machine for debit card, he said ok sir ;then on 30/09/2018 at 2pm he did visited me, but he forgot to bring the card swipe machine, so he said sir i would come with it after 1hour, but as of now he never came back and i had called him after one hour he picked up the phone at about 3 pm on 30/09/18 and told me to visit his office to collect the product but i refused, then he said he will come after sometime, thereafter i called him several times (About 30-40 times) but he never picked up my call, and today i came to know my order is cancelled by him without any consent / contacting me! Wow what a service by ekart couriers to a first time customer! Sir i request you to take strict action against such an irresponsible courier person so that he should never behave irresponsibly, and my product be delivered to me at the earliest. Thanks

                                    I have been facing a lot of problem with the delivery. I neither receive msg nor phone call regarding the out for delivery. Even if I receive a call sometime my order doesn't get delivered. And all of my order from myntra, flipkart are getting returned. This is highly disappointing and if this kind of service continues then it won't take long for ekart to shut down. Pathetic delivery service.
                                    No respect on customers and root behiver and deliver too late, the most important office system boys r soo in responsiblity on customers .

                                      I had ordered for a mobile phone from flipkart and it was to be delivered to me via ekart. I had called talwaar 25 times to the hub as well as the office of which i was given then number but no communication has been made from their side. This is hopeless service on the part of such courier services. I also got a false message stating that i was not available at the given place at the tome of delivery that being the reason why it was cancelled. Disgusted by the service provided by your custer care employees who do not care to listen to what the customer has to say and hang up without adhering to the issue. Disgusting courier service. Hopeless employees.

                                        I had ordered SoundPEATS Q12 headset on 15th Sep 2018 with Myntra service and product was delivered on 18th Sep 2018 with Deliver ID MYNP[protected].

                                        I find my product been tampered and stolen product form the box.

                                        I had raise complaint with Myntra but they reverted back mentioning that "After conducting investigation, we found that product was dispatched from our warehouse in properly sealed condition and we have also received a confirmation from our Logistics (eKart) team that the package was delivered in sealed & pristine condition."

                                        I am aware what has happened in this transition in your delivery service and i regret to inform you that your system has stole my product and delivered an empty box.

                                        Kindly look into this.
