I have ordered many products through flipkart on the big billion days. But all my products were cancelled because of the irresponsible teams of ekart logistics. The guy who working with ekart logistics in the kuttiyadi hub located in vadakara, kozhikode he intentionally cancelled my all products, even they have service on my pincode he put my order on to pincode mismatch.. My pincode i have mentioned on my order is 673524 which is under their service area. That's they were agreed when i went to their office. Then i understood this all things happened to me because of the guy who working in ekart logistics kuttiyadi hub (Vadakara, kozhikode) his name is jaffer he intentionally cancelled my 7 orders.. Is it possible to complaint against him? If it's possible where i can complaint against him

Ordered an item from mi.com and awaiting delivery to happen. Tracking data says it has an address pin code mismatch. But its at my place and nearest hub. There's no way to contact the person or no information or calls have been made informing me of the same.

The scheduled delivery is 6th sunday, and today being 5th, i see this error.

Is it going to be returned as i ordered it during offer period.

Very bad experience from flipkart and ekart.. They are not delivering products as per schedule and we don't no how to contact them.. Flipkart is such a waste company and they don't want to hear customer complaints regarding products.. Irresponsible behaviour and no proper response. Between all these days, the packages were shuffled among various ekart sorting facilities in the state but no attempt was made at delivery. The most annoying subject is customer service and ekart doesn't offer any customer service. Nothing on their website. Those numbers picked up from google related to ekart don't work. How can a company that works as an aggregator be allowed to operate without customer service in this big country??? I have only questions and no answers.

I am very disappointed with flipkart service because of i am facing problem after perched honor 9n phone september 16 to till now but flipkart not given any solution even my refund is approved and i have received a massage from flipkart { out for pickup: honor 9n (Sapphire blu... With tracking id fmpr[protected] from flipkart.com, will be picked up before 9pm today by an ekart wish master (Call [protected]). Keep the product ready with all accessories and tags for verification.} but ekart wishmaster not to be come in my given address for pickup after given appointment. I am waiting for pickup phone by ekart wishmaster. Flipkart is a fraud company. They are telling only liye not give solution also customer support is not give proper information and support they are given only date and time. Also senior escalation department have no any information. I am facing a lot of problem.

I ordered a saree of worth 1000 he didn't give the right one n no response from thm too. Whn i tried calling thm no response from thm at all. He is seeing all the messages which i'm sending in wats up but not responding. Whn i tried calling from different numbers again no response. More over whn i booked it was just 899 whn ty gave ty sais 1000 still i paid because i liked that saree very much.

Sir, i am kasomwoshi, would like to write a complain bout my order on ekart. Let me start with which i highly doubt that these company is a fake bussinnes company. Because this is not my first time buying product from ekart. Also weeks ago i order flip 3 jpl speaker from ekart and then when it delivered the product came with different speaker. Which i am very dissapointed with ekart. I tried calling so many no's of ekart office, many they do not pick my call after i received my item. Few people working at ekart pick my call and whenever i tried to explain about how it is, they just cut my call, and never pick my call anymore. So this is what happen. Ive just lost more than 1k in vain. So if there is some other way to resolved this problem and help me out, i will be really grateful to you. Thank you.

I have ordered combo of 3 sarees.on controversy I received a wrong order which was nt been placed by me. So it's a humble request to go through my order nd give my money backkkk. I got a bad order which was not ordered by mee. It's a request to u to please tell me when will my money will be back.the order was with torn cover nd smells very bad. so kindly go through my problem nd take a severe action on it

I didn't get the what i ordered... Product was not at all good.. So i want to return the product the product was having jeans cloth in the picture but it is not at all jeans clothes... I am not at all satisfied with this product.. Accept my request i want to return this product nd want my money back.. Keeping trust upon your project i ordered this product.. But it was not at all good.. Humble request.. Take my order return...

Sir/ mam i manjeet singh waraich order no - pkrc[protected] ordered one kurta and palazzo from your company but you delivered wrong order to me it is not the same product. Quality is really very cheap. My product is ak-01-53. I dont like it at all. So i am not satisfied with this and i ordered first time at your site. Ekart id is ekart logistics - fmpp[protected]. It is showing that on 10:02 am, 10th september, the product is out for delivery. But till yet i. E (18th september) i have not received the product.
When i am calling the delivery person, he is saying me that he has the product with him and he is unable to deliver the particular product.
Worst service with ekart. I have made the payment before too.

Ekart logictice consignment number aepp[protected]. Is showing that delivery is done at the destination but i didn't got any delivery till date.
I want my issue to be resolved immediately as it is been already more than 15 days of giving order and more than 7 days that it showed delivered... This is ethically wrong from company like ekart, you are creating lot of issue for me. If it is not solved than i may pursue further

I ordered mi a3 phone from mi.com side with exchange offer. The delivery boy came to my office and send the images to his higher authority. They seen the images and told him to reject the phone due to dent but on my phone their is no dent these are scratches. If mi company gave me exchange then how ekasrt reject my phone n is ekart have technical person specially appointed for these type of work. For these type of things i format my phone and clear data, who will give me returns of my data. Shamefull things by ekart. My tracking id is xmip[protected]. Today i hv received a pack of mens shirt. Which one is not ordered by me. I thought may be i forgot about this. But when i opened the packet than i realise that it was not ordered by me. Now i hv received that product for 999 rupees. It was a big mistake by me to receive a product from ekart. Now i cant find any information about this product. From where it is coming and how i return this product.

I buy a double pocket combo offer and pay for this rs 1000. On cod. But in this packet the worst quality shirt and actually change product... Jo. Product hamne magaya tha wo nahi hai. Uske place par ghatiya sa 3 shirt diya hain... Order karte time jo pics dikhaya gya tha wo shirt nahi. Mila... And jo contact number massage me diya h. Uske payment karne ke bad not reachable batane laga... And return ka koi options v nahi h... Please solve it and refund my payments...

With reference to my complaint against adidas raised on 12/09/2019, i would also like to share how terrible a service ekart has been providing as an aggregator. Two adidas packages were scheduled for delivery via ekart on 31/08/2019. Got just one call from ekart saying that they are at some wrong location in the state and hung up. Since then, no attempt for delivery was made and both orders were marked rto on 11/09/2019. I m facing alot of problems Last 01month from ekart given by your courier boy. They are not approaching to me in proper manner and simply submitted remarks customer is not approchable specially chandan which mobile no.[protected] pls requesting you not to send this person to me to delivery the any product, and he is also misbehaving with ladies who went to collect the product. It happens many time.
Once again I m requesting to you pls pls pls not to send this type of person.

The product has reached itpl hub on 5th sep and had received a message that the product would be delivered on 6th sep, but it has not been delivered yet (9th sep). The location is just 5 kms away from the hub and there is no contact details where we can speak to any representative. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

I order from mi.in & the delivery company was ekart logistics. They send me a msg on 22-8-19 at 6:30pm stating that my order will be delivered on 23-8-19. But waited whole day but not yet delivered. Very pathetic company. Even dhl is better than this garbage (Ekart logistics)...

Delay of delivery of my order from ekart logistics. I ordered a sleepwell mattress. Promised delivery date was 14th august, my order was out for delivery from 14 august but i didn't get it. I was called the provided number of delivery boy, he said he will be deliver by same day, but he didnt and when calling him he blocked my number. On 16th august i recieved a txt msg from e-kart logistic, that they will deliver tomorrow means on 17th of august but they didnt delivered till now. When i was called the flipkart costomer care they asked me a time till 19th august to resolve my issue, but they didn't. After that they asked me to wait till 20th august for resolution from their end. I was not recieved any resolution or my product from them till today. Everytime i call the customer care they asked me to wait 24-48 hours. Every time same reply from them. Even i am unable to cancel my order. My order is prepaid by credit card, which emi was converted already. I have sent many mails to them but no reply. Kindly solve my problem and deliver my order as soon as possible. I am so disappointed by this delay of delivery of my order.

Ekart shipment tracker no. Srtp[protected]. The shipment was dispatched from delhi on 03.07.2019 and reached hyderabad on 04.07.2019. As on date i. E. 09.08.2019, the shipment has reached the addressee at hyderabad. The present status is stated as order rejected. I have not rejected the orderplease help and arrnage to deliver my shipment at railtel corporation of india ltd, b block rail nilayam secunderabad 500025. Telanagana or arrange to refund the money.
