Fraud in shipment pkrc[protected] & at the top or as my order of combo3check shirts, only one plain shirt&one old wore out oilstained shirt were in pack but no sign taken of me& delivery boy with mobile no[protected]/[protected] fled taking advantage of dark *but i have cctv footage of all incidents*. If it's not exchanged duly i've to take recourse of criminal complaint of fraud &damage with the court, police &consumer court.
This sinister modus operandi marr online shopping.

        I had ordered an item via flipkart which was scheduled to arrive on a particular date, however it arrived early and on that date i would not be at home, hence i told the ekart delivery man to deliver some other day, however he did not behave properly and kept saying to the customer that i know items are delivered before, i should accept and etc. This is highly disappointing approach since the item is not being delivered on time and there is nothing wrong in what i did and said, however he was unwilling to come on some other day and hence i cancelled my order. My request is to please give an exact date and if not possible the logistics service should cooperate with the customer instead of harassing them, everyone has work, its not possible to sit waiting for an order. Highly disappointed.
        The E-kart advisor did not deliver the product on time and also then when called multiple times made excuses not to deliver..

          I ordered saree and the cost of saree is 1500 and i received 100rs saree and i called him and he is answering in a wrong way and we said i'll complain but he is talking in a rash manner and disgusting manner and he dont know how to talk, he is talking in hindi and he says he don't know hindi, and he is saying you do what the hell you want 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

            I have given order for a set of 3 shirts through ekart service. I have paid an amount of 1099 through hdfc credit card ending with number (Xxxxxxxxxxxx2116) at payupaisa47779 on[protected] at 15:01:24.
            Please cancel the order and return back my money. The product that was sent is entirely of worst quality and also entirely different product. This is a fraud.
            So take action immediately and retrn my cash.

              The E-kart advisor did not deliver the product on time and also then when called multiple times made excuses not to deliver the product on that day when spoke over the phone.This is the first time had a very bad experience with the delivery advisor in E-kart and also when checked for a customer care number online, it says all the numbers are either disconnected or does not connect to an executive wherein you can check or lodge a complaint with E-kart. First of all they need to update their correct customer care numbers online and also need to have executives who are delivering the product on time as had to leave for an urgent meeting but missed as had to get the mobile delivered.

                Order placed with delivery charges on 20th jan' 2020 with assured delivery of 24th jan 2020.

                Tracking shows the package moving in circles. Upon raising a written complaint to tata cliq, i was assured that a query has been raised and it will be resolved in the next 48 hrs. Nothing happened.

                Sent a reminder and this time a representative called asking for reconfirmation of my delivery address and alternate phone number. All this is delaying tactics since after passing of 2 more days, another representative called and asked the same details. My order has all the details and still they are asking.

                Sent another reminder but no response. Tried to contact ekart logistics but no contact point available. Wrote to tata cliq once again and awaiting their response.

                I am completely fed up with this experience. It is high time, these people correct their work approach and service.

                Can anyone help me please?

When i called and asked he is saying there was lot of delivery so he was not able to attempt it so he simply cancelled... That too i had already paid for it... That delivery boy phone number is [protected]... He was very lethargic

                    When ever i'm ordering from flipkart for the particular address always they are delivering very late. Main issue is everytime they are shipping the product to another place again they are taking back to the mother hub then only they are delivering. Lots of time i registered the complaint to flipkart about that. I couldn't able to find the contact number for ekart customer care. Yesterday (2.2.2020) i called to flipkart to ask about my product shipment bcoz it has to be delivered on (1.2.2020). I called them almost like 7-8 times from 28.1.2020 still i didn't get the product. When i'm explaing about the situation one of the customer care executive from flipkart blamed me that you knows that you are facing the issue in delivery the you are giving the same address again and again. I asked him thati can give the address where i'll be available you should deliver it right?. But he is not ready to accept that. My question is if i give any local address are very remote are address it's difficult to find the address but i given the address of one of the well known mall in bangalore located in koramanagla. But they couldn't deliver it they are blaming me. I don't want to be quiet anymore. I need answers for my patience till the date. I you want all of order details i'm ready to provide that check that where i made a mistake why should i wait for a too long time

                      I ordered an orange and brown color design saree which looked really good in images. Once delivered i found that it was a duplicate pink and purple saree of very poor quality likely to be in range of ₹200-300 and to think it cost me ₹1099.00! I demand complete cashback, all of my 1099 rupees! No excuses, nothing. I want my money back right now. That's it.
                      I'm really dissatisfied with ekatr.
                      I have ordered orange saree with blouse but saree colour is diffrent and no blouse and saree also defected

                          The delivery man refused to deliver my products even after charging rs50 as delivery charge. I ordered from flipkart supermart. I live in the 3rd floor. He asked me to come to the ground floor and open the gate whereas my gate was already opened and i know that because i have a cctv camera there. I called him several times to say that ask somebody else around you to open it and i won't be able to go down and get all those heavy products by myself, afterall what's the purpose of choosing hone delivery then. But he ignored, didn't picked up my phone and very rudely answered me through the balcony that i am talking to the company and i won't be able to deliver your product. That time i seriously didn't knew where to complain and the worst part is i didn't got any call from your company ecart about this issue. As why they are canceling my order!! What is the problem!! Do the customer really need the product they ordered or the customer is cancelling?? That # delivery guy simply cancelled it telling it to her owner that i cancelled it. It shows that your company dont care a # about the customer's views, why then i should choose your services??

                              Ekart logistics delivery person took me on his office. Also he told me give your old phone, i will go to office, checked by manager & return back then handover your new phone. This type of stolen activity by ekart logistics.

                              His manager intentionally denied the phone, because i lodged a complain. Also threatened me.
                              This is illegal activity.
                              Answer me how dare ekart took me in his office forcefully? You have to answer. You have to sac the manager from his position.
                              His executive intentionally remove body portion from side & told phone is dent & send this picture to flipkart for reject the phone.

                              Also this manager call the police, & threatened me.
                              This type of behavior not acceptable.
                              If phone is dent then why wish master not indentify that when he 1st check the phone on 1st delivery day, 22 january?
                              Phone was rejected 1st time due to body discolored not body dent.
                              I lodged complain so he deny it by intentionally dent the phone. He removed body so in phone so his nail spot on it.

                              I will take legal action against that. Have to sac this manager else i will go with my lawyer.
                              Also lodged complain against flipkart & ekart logistics in national consumer court & consumer forum.
                              Also escalate this issue in social media.
                              See flipkart image will damage.

                              I have contacts in news channel, this issue come in media.

                              For this harassment i want refund of ₹2100 in my account else it will too much painful for flipkart

                              Not call me today, i will busy in office work. Call me on tomorrow between 10 am to 12 noon.

                                  I have ordered this item and its still not delivered on expected date. The courier company ekart has updated the tracking status twice to "delivery attempt failed (Customer rejected)" without any intimation to me or my family.in-fact i am trying to contact delivery and flipkart [incident: in[protected]] since 2 days. I have also told them to inform my alternate number [protected] to delivery person. Same problem was informed by me through your twitter handle

                                    I have booked watch fossil gen 4 from some app but it was delivered by ekart does ekart deliver fraudulent products. More than 100 complaints has been registered on the website but ekart is supporting that app and delivering the fraud products. If i don't get proper response from your side i will post this in social media and i will share with my friends so that they will share it others and we will give worst and negative review in google play store and share this as much as possible so that flipkart will be effected

                                      I ordered a pink saree on[protected] from pretty saree (Order id[protected] however a black saree was delievered to my address as i was out of station at the time of delivery my staff received the parcel and paid rs 1150/- on opening the parcel now i find a black very sub-standard saree in it. I therefore request you to please get my money refunded asap and cancel this order. My mobile no. Is [protected], address h. No. 865 sector 11, vasundhara, ghaziabad near sun rise mall.
