Today i hv received a pack of mens shirt. Which one is not ordered by me. I thought may be i forgot about this. But when i opened the packet than i realise that it was not ordered by me. Now i hv received that product for 999 rupees. It was a big mistake by me to receive a product from ekart. Now i cant find any information about this product. From where it is coming and how i return this product.

Uske place par ghatiya sa 3 shirt diya hain... Order karte time jo pics dikhaya gya tha wo shirt nahi. Mila... And jo contact number massage me diya h. Uske payment karne ke bad not reachable batane laga... And return ka koi options v nahi h... Please solve it and refund my payments...

      With reference to my complaint against adidas raised on 12/09/2019, i would also like to share how terrible a service ekart has been providing as an aggregator. Two adidas packages were scheduled for delivery via ekart on 31/08/2019. Got just one call from ekart saying that they are at some wrong location in the state and hung up. Since then, no attempt for delivery was made and both orders were marked rto on 11/09/2019. Between all these days, the packages were shuffled among various ekart sorting facilities in the state but no attempt was made at delivery. The most annoying subject is customer service and ekart doesn't offer any customer service. Nothing on their website. Those numbers picked up from google related to ekart don't work. How can a company that works as an aggregator be allowed to operate without customer service in this big country??? I have only questions and no answers.

        I m facing alot of problems Last 01month from ekart given by your courier boy. They are not approaching to me in proper manner and simply submitted remarks customer is not approchable specially chandan which mobile no.[protected] pls requesting you not to send this person to me to delivery the any product, and he is also misbehaving with ladies who went to collect the product. It happens many time.
        Once again I m requesting to you pls pls pls not to send this type of person.

          The product has reached itpl hub on 5th sep and had received a message that the product would be delivered on 6th sep, but it has not been delivered yet (9th sep). The location is just 5 kms away from the hub and there is no contact details where we can speak to any representative. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

            I order from mi.in & the delivery company was ekart logistics. They send me a msg on 22-8-19 at 6:30pm stating that my order will be delivered on 23-8-19. But waited whole day but not yet delivered. Very pathetic company. Even dhl is better than this garbage (Ekart logistics)...

              Delay of delivery of my order from ekart logistics. I ordered a sleepwell mattress. Promised delivery date was 14th august, my order was out for delivery from 14 august but i didn't get it. I was called the provided number of delivery boy, he said he will be deliver by same day, but he didnt and when calling him he blocked my number. On 16th august i recieved a txt msg from e-kart logistic, that they will deliver tomorrow means on 17th of august but they didnt delivered till now. When i was called the flipkart costomer care they asked me a time till 19th august to resolve my issue, but they didn't. After that they asked me to wait till 20th august for resolution from their end. I was not recieved any resolution or my product from them till today. Everytime i call the customer care they asked me to wait 24-48 hours. Every time same reply from them. Even i am unable to cancel my order. My order is prepaid by credit card, which emi was converted already. I have sent many mails to them but no reply. Kindly solve my problem and deliver my order as soon as possible. I am so disappointed by this delay of delivery of my order.

                    Flipkart and their delivery partner ekart is worst.
                    I have ordered a mobile phone from flipkart on date: 23 rd july, 2019 at 12:53 am.
                    It was 2 day delivery, and the delivery they promised was on wed, 25th july '19. Its been 26 th july, they have not delivered it and not even curtousy to inform the customer.

                      Flipkart ppl are utter fraud!! And ekart courier services too!!! I had the worst experience ever!!! I placed an order for vivo z1 pro on 11th of july in flipkart on flash sale... After 5 days they said they can't deliver the product to the given address and asked me to cancel and reorder so i cancelled and reordered it again on 16th and it was supposed to vlbe delivered on 20th and yet not delivered as promised... And when i spoke with the customer executive they simply asked me to cancel my order again and reorder it!!! It was at begumpet hub on 18th which is only 6kms from the given address so i thought i would receive it real soon and idk y the heck they moved it back to shamshabad hub... When i contacted, they said that the order would be delayed due to "unforeseen issues"... So they asked me to wait till 25 i. E; today!! When i called the customer support team for the info, they said the order couldn't be delivered and simply asked me to cancel and reorder again.. Am i a joke to u flipkart??? I want to take legal action against flipkart and ekart logistics under consumer allegations act... Need someone to suggest me how to go and file against them legally

                        Trust you are aware that i'm a plus member in flipcart however, today i'm feeling very unhappy with the service given by ekart delivery person and his tl. Very worst type of response i have experiend from a world class company. I've ordered samsung s10 mobile and i've placed an exchange request on my iphone. Pickup person who came to my offfice looks irresponsible. His approach and attitide towards a customer is very bad. My has rejected my request with a silly reason and when i demant an explaination he couldn't able to do that. After 10 mins of conversation he took a vedio of my mobile and said he'll show it to his boss and confirm back. Since i did not felt comfortable with his reply i asked him to call his boss and had a word with him. His boss is ready to accept my mobile however delivery person was adament. He told me repeatedly to come to their yard to exchange my mobile. Just explain me why should i go to their yard leaving all my work for an exchange. Does it sounds rediculous?? Can somebody teach these people some basic manerse on behaving with customer. I demand an explaination on what happend to me today. I'm ready to raise any type of coplaint or to reach any level for escalation. Also it wonders me when store people (Poorvika, chroma) are ready to take my mobile what is the problem for these ekart people. I need a valid reason. My phone has no dent, no damage, no software or touch issue. I've even checked with cashify.com and they are also ready for exchange. I need a solution for this. I've been waiting for this mobile since1 week and in the meanwhile ive lost all the other offers given in amazon and store for this

                          It is highly disappointing that on 16th july'19 the reverse pick-up was scheduled for the tracking id aepr[protected] and however no one called me for the same and today i can see the status as “reverse pick-up cancelled”. Even since morning i have been trying to reach all the ekart customer care numbers[protected] /[protected] but they are not valid that is what ivr voice message says.

My order was out for delivery from 17 july but i didn't get it till now. Even they mentioned that the consumer didn't reply or give response but it didn't happen. I have called them on costumer care number but i got no response. I have sent message and i also mailed them but no reply. Kindly solve my problem and place my order as soon as possible.                             I have ordered a product in Flipkart. Yesterday it was Out for Delivery, The delivery agent came and he asked for an OTP and I shared the OTP provided by Flipkart with him but he said the OTP doesn't match an d he re-sent an OTP to my registered number and that OTP took more than an hour to generate So, the product was not delivered.
                            Please don't do an online transaction with Flipkart Its just [censored]...

                              My orders have been delayed for a long time now.. Earlier also it was sent to origin without any attempts being made for delivery or contacting me... Full address info with phone no is already given but still my order is delayed or cancelled on its own.. If delivery is not possible at my place then it should be made ear at the time of ordering itself... Why am i spending money and then getting half refunds later for ur bad service... Kindly look into the matter...

                                I had ordered a phone which was expected to be delivered by 8th july, 2019. I had an exchange coupon for which my phone was to be exchanged. The delivery boy came and asked for my phone. Without correctly examining my phone he simply rejected the exchange coupon and went away. Today i saw that ekart changed the status of my order from undelivered to rejected. It is extremely disappointing for me. Kindly deliver my order or i cancel it out on my own

                                  Today i had a discussion with that courier boy. And according to the discussion he was just within 10 km radius from my house. I had even told him to deliver the product to my mom. He told that within 2 hours he will deliver the same. Then why it was holded from his end??? I need to know why i was not given any intimation regarding my product in eod.
                                  N who had given that particular courier boy to hold a prepaid product that also without the proper consent of a customer.

                                    Im a seller on flipkart. My current ekart facility is - chhatarpur_del_pl. The courier return packets are opened by them and items were stolen many times. Earlier they used to open my packet, steal the product and put anything inside that. But now they become so daring that they open the courier return packet and steal item and apply tape. Nothing inside. They have no fear that empty flipkart cover can easily be noticed. Apart from that they sometimes ask me shipping label. They say that there is some problem with the label and we need another shipping label from u. I noticed that after providing the shipping label they make different packet and deliver that to me some days after. The item inside is also missing. Complete fraud things are happening. Today i received ne another packet which was empty. I did not receive it and i wrote that on their sheet. I have attached the images of the packet that i received and the i also shared what i wrote on their sheet. Apart from that i am attaching another pic. This pic was provided to me by pickup boy and he asked me to provide him shipping label of that order number. That was an excel sheet. There are names of some other sellers also. I guess those sellers also provided him labels. After giving him labels, inspite of prepaid order that order id was delivered back to me in next few days. But the packing cover was not mine. Also there was different item in that. This ekart facility is making packets by their own. So kindly have look t images and provided me solution. They are not even picking my phone.
                                    Delivery took otp from me but did not deliver the product to my neighbour.
                                    Same day one item on my order says delivered but I have not received item. I did not share any otp with the delivery man.
                                    In one go I lost 2500/-
                                    Very disappointed with flipkart delivery.
                                    Will not order from flipkart henceforth

                                        I am here to lodge a complaint against your service actually your employees rude behaviour against the your valuable customers

                                        I have done a phone call to your service area 496224 bagicha, chhattisgarh, india regarding my order no. Fmpp[protected] but the no. Was switched off till 12 in the afternoon and after that at 1 o'clock i ranged again and an employee received the call and didn't say a thing, i call back again he just cut the call repeatedly twice and at last he picked up talked in a rude manner i'm providing. His no.[protected] i asked his name but he refused to tell the name

                                        In an era of positive reviews this employee is ruining your company brands name by their rude behaviour

                                        Just a suggestion from your valuable customer that either take a strict action against this type of employees or see your company's downfall
