    Reference id - meo09jan647, order i'd - 9101271, i ordered gear s3 smart bluetooth watch. I got the courier from e-kart my product totally different worth 1719/- with cash on delivery. But i received two poor quality watches. Lcall the customer care, but phone switched off. Please co-ordinate and refund my money or deliver the exact product which i ordered. It is highly disappointing and my complaint needs to be resolved as soon as possible...

      My awb no-pkrc[protected], order no-df6889. I booking three shirts on 02.01.2020. Delivery this products on 06.01.2020. I cannot get original products. Get very rustic products. Pl return this products. Pl solve my problem. Delivery boy cannot solve any thing. I booking casual comfortable shirts for men pack of 3xxl. But not get original shirts. As a result i get 3 very common rare shirt. But all these shirts are very bad not reliable. Pl help me.

      The parcel was opened wen it was delivered to me. He sticked it with a tape and delivered it

      Instead of the Saree he replaced it with a piece of cloth.

      Please take a serious action against this person since he s stealing others colthes
      I order form flipcart but flipcart send me my order though ekart logistic courier service while my order delivery promises date was 13.1.2020. But till i haven't recieved my order. And delivery boy not pic my call.

        Since I am not getting a way to resolve Rangin fradulent online shopping company, I am complaining about e-kart courier services. Why do they even provide services for such fake online shopping company? I actually wanted to send back the product to same courier guy who delivered but he refused to even take the courier. I don't understand from where they collect the courier from when the address, contact is all fake. My another concern is, if e-kart is also associated with such fake online shopping company and cheating money?? See the delivery bills attached
        Ihave purchased a kurthi worth Rs.1000 through EKART portal. I have received very cheap quality but not one i have purchased. i want to return this. The customer care number provided is not either receiving the calls or is switched off most of the time.

              I have ordered something from flipkart and a guy called me to come and pick the courier. I have chosen for home delivery and he needs me to go and pick that up. I couldn't go that evening and later that day i checked my flipkart, and it shows item have already been delivered. Wtf. Even without receiving the item, the courier service has made the status delivered.
              Ordered a kurta and palazzo set from ‘Stylose clothing’ through an ad I saw on Instagram. Received a different kurta of cheap quality and no palazzo.. Unable to find the site of the brand now so unable to return or ask refund. Found similar comments on the facebook page of the store.

                I have placed an order bearing number[protected] with PepperFry on the 15yh October 2021. The shipment was handed over to Ekart logistics as on the 25th of October 2021 with tracking number PFYP[protected]. When used the same to track the details it shows it is in the nearest hub since 28th October 2021. The shipment never reached me till now. It has been showing as looping between the mother hub and the local delivery but it never got delivered. Hope some one resolves this at the earliest.

                  Ekart failed to deliver my order [protected] coveritupstudios private limited of tracking id pkrp[protected]. Ekart official didn't even contacted me and now they are sending the message me rejected order. Now money and order is also lost. I already payed for the order i placed and now money is gone and i have no information about the product i placed. Government of india should completely ban these kind of online fraud companies. And the the behavior of ekart officials to the customers are really bad. I know they get payed minimum wages still treating customers like nothing is unacceptable. It's the corporate behind scenes the one who blamed. I need you to consider this issue soon and solve my query.
                  I ordered 3 checked shirts for Rs.1099 but instead got printed small prints.The website also has no return option on it's page.

                    It's been 10 days since i ordered on december 5 and my order was reached in my near hub pendra on the morning of december 12th, so my product should be delivered in the evening on december 12th. It's too late today is 14th december its totally disappointing... I faced same issue many times... I am also attach my previous order screenshot. Many time when i have received notification from ekart for out of delivery the delivery boy not contect me and they return my product... After 2 - 4 days and when i call delivery boy they ignore me..

                    this is the worst delivering logistics i have ever seen, they dont even call or msg about delivery, they just send the msg like "we are unable to deliver your product due to wrong address mentioned in your flipkart. even if you give the correct address with your contact details.

                                The saree i ordered was supposed to be a silk saree but what i got looks like a mosquito net as its quality is too bad. The colour is not the same. The fabric is not the same. It should've been how the details were given about it. How can the whole product change all of a sudden from my order to the product i got?! This is unacceptable. My money is wasted on this.

                                    This is with reference to the courier with the tracking id: fmpp[protected] (Destination: hyderabad)

                                    I have not received the item but the tracking webpage is showing the status that it has already been delivered to some nearby shop of a family member. There are several shops around here and i have no family members in any of the shops. Moreover, some shops around here have dishonest people. It is not possible for me to locate the item. It is quite possible that someone from the shops around here must have lied about being our family member and dishonestly taken the item from your delivery person. It was the negligence of your delivery person to hand over the item t a shop instead of delivering at my house directly.

                                    Please ask your delivery person to pick up the item from the wrong person as soon as possible and deliver it directly at my house.
                                    Plzzz send My parsel information.

                                      I have ordered puma shoes from flipkart after it got delivered i have to exchange it to a bigger size i. E uk9 as the ordered product was smaller in size ie uk8. When the exchange product was delivered to my home i was not present at the moment. My mom has dealt with e-kart executive, the e-kart guy found my product is dirty as it was a white shoe, my mom cleaned it and said him to take the product. But being rudely he said i'll come tomorrow to pick the same product and then he left. The product was not dirty at all i have just worn it to check the comfort, white shoe surface easily gets some dirt on it. Then the next day e-kart executive has canceled my exchange request. I have again processed the exchange request so it got accepted and the product expected delivery was 18th nov 2019. Till 18th nov 2019, my product was not delivered, the next day on 20th nov 2019 my sister got a call from the e-cart executive (She received a call because the product was ordered from her phone or flipkart app). The e-kart executive said the product is out for delivery and will be delivered to you by afternoon. Till afternoon the product was not delivered. My sister called him again and he said he is not coming today as your product was dirty. Till evening the guy not came and said we cannot deliver the product to you and we are canceling your exchange request. Without seeing the product on the second request the e-kart executive has canceled my request. This delivery guy doesn't have any authority for doing the same. Now, i have only concern is why my exchange product is not being delivered before seeing the original product. This e-kart service executive is being so rude to my family members and speaking lies and wasting their time.

                                      I request you to kindly find the e-kart executive contact details or flipkart shipment hub chembur address. I want to talk to him or visit their office to clear this issue.
