I placed order on 30th of October and delivery was expected to be done before 4th of November 2019.. but it is delayed, . . .today 6th of Nov is over. and no one knows where is my product.. i tried contacting the MaxOnlineFashion customer care but no support.. they said they have given it to Ekart team and i am unable to reach out to EKart team as there are wrong details updated on Website..

i can only track it with the Number- LOIP[protected] but last update made on this was on 4th oif November and after that there is no update..

i regret paying the amount online as i was completely unaware of this Ekart service that they will do this cheap thing with me for just Rs.1400 ..

Very bad experience..

Disgusting service from Maxonline fashion website and EKart team..

now i am not able to even cancel the order..

please dont eat my money and refund my amount back to me, ..

      I had ordered a ralme 5 pro from flipkart and was sent through ekart logistics. The delivery person is very rude and doesn't deliver the product in time. On receiving my calls he makes false promises of the time of delivery but refuses to deliver. Port pathetic delivery servicefrom ekart, vellore. Next time if i'm sent order from ekart i will immediately cancel it. A nightmare.

        I have ordered an item from Flipkart and given correct home address with pin-code. I regularly track the item through the flipkart page . But when the item reached the hub near me, it shows the status as'Out of Delivery Area-Pincode-Address mismatch'

        I dint understand why this is happening. Previously I ordered many things and those items were delivered on time by Delhivery agents. But Ekart isnt at all doing a courtesy of atleast making a call to me. I waited for few days and finally had to visit myself to their hub and pick the item from them before it gets cancelled.

        Again recently I ordered 4 more items from Flipkart. out of those 2 items got delivered to my address by Delhivery agent and the rest 2 are still at Ekart hub near me, and the status in tracking page is'Out of Delivery Area-Pincode-Address mismatch'.

        Someone please explain why this is happening always with Ekart, if they cant deliver anything then why Flipkart is still there courier partner.These kind of courier agency will ruin the name of online mega shops

          I have ordered realme 5 pro mobile on 4th october in flipkart and ekart delivery people received it in hyderabad by 14th october.
          I actual delivery date was mentioned 17th october 2019. But it didn't get delivered. I called flipkart they told it was miss routed by ekart team and mentioned it will be delivered by 19th october 2019 but even on 19th oct 2019 it didn't get delivered. Again it was miss routed by ekart team. I called them flipkart again they told it will be delivered by ekart team by 21st october 019 but even today it didn't get delivered. What you guys are doing? Sleeping with out doing proper work. If i won't receive my mobile in next two days i'm going to raise complaint against you. You can get the notice from where im going to raise complaint.
          They cancel the shipment before attempting delivered to buyer. Shipment already arrived to our state(Mizoram) capital (Aizawl). After 4 days they cancel shipment without trying to deliver. Mizoram Ekart Logistics workers lack of honesty. They are unfaihtful.Lack of loyalty.
          They delivered me the wrong product and i checked then they said i[censored] dont wanna take then how u r opening it and talking abusive language and all

            I ordered two nokia 6.1 plus phone from flipkart on 30th september 2019 and received two phones on 2nd october 2019. One of the phone is damaged on back panel and issued a complaint for replacement for the imei no [protected] and the order no is od[protected] and the return id is[protected]. Today a wish master came to my place and asked for the phone which is to be replaced and later on denied it to do. I want to know the process in which it is to be done. This is the third time am being harassed this way and the damaged product is not been replaced yet. Wish master is putting last three digit of the imei no. On his phone and said that the product cannot be replaced without saying me the reason.
            Kindly see to this this matter and give me a reply as early as possible.

              My tracking numbers were itqc[protected] and itqc[protected]. My packages were from myvcircle was sent through ekart. The pincode for my location is 680004. They returned the package saying my pincode is 680011. My mobile number was also there but they never had the courtesy to call.in this modern world courier company depending only on pincode is silly. Moreover the actual pincode is 680004 and in google maps it is wrongly shown as 680011.

              Change or be left behind.

              All these details i came to know when i called myvcircle. When myvcircle called ekart, they asked me to travel 10 kilometres and collect my package.

              Ekart claims to be no 1 logistic company in india. With this kind of attitude, i don't know how they substantiate that claim.

              This is not the first time. Earlier on an order from medecines mall, the Ekart guy wouldn't deliver to my office on 2nd floor and made me come to parking to collect the package. That too after calling and not coming for 3 days.

                My product with tracking id-fmpp[protected] out for delivery on 15th october but that day i called delivery agent 10 time but every time he replay that i deliver it at 1 hour or two hour at last he did not delivered after that already two days gone where is my product and what is delivery time
                I am unable to track my product current situation. This type of behavior from e cart did not expected

                  Online purchase of sari dated 29/09/19 #165078 order number and amount 1049 with tracking ID ITQC [protected].
                  The product delivered on 07/10/19.
                  The colour of sari is ordered is red and the delivered item is marked red but in the packet the colour of sari is blue and a very low quality.
                  A complaint put their site adress and also whatsup number but not get a replay .
                  So please do needful
                  I don't want this.. Size is too small for me I want to refund.. Please do something

                    As the subject is already cited above i'm here to state that i was being abused verbally and physically by the ekart delivery guy, forcing me to take the package at the very moment, i denied as i ran out of money at that particular time and told him to cancel the parcel but he was not ready to do it and being argumentative. Please take strict action regarding this fellow, customers does not expect this kind of nonsense. For more detail i'm sharing contact number of the person ([protected]) please resolve this.                         I have ordered many products through flipkart on the big billion days. But all my products were cancelled because of the irresponsible teams of ekart logistics. The guy who working with ekart logistics in the kuttiyadi hub located in vadakara, kozhikode he intentionally cancelled my all products, even they have service on my pincode he put my order on to pincode mismatch.. My pincode i have mentioned on my order is 673524 which is under their service area. That's they were agreed when i went to their office. Then i understood this all things happened to me because of the guy who working in ekart logistics kuttiyadi hub (Vadakara, kozhikode) his name is jaffer he intentionally cancelled my 7 orders.. Is it possible to complaint against him? If it's possible where i can complaint against him

                          Very bad experience from flipkart and ekart.. They are not delivering products as per schedule and we don't no how to contact them.. Flipkart is such a waste company and they don't want to hear customer complaints regarding products.. Irresponsible behaviour and no proper response. Between all these days, the packages were shuffled among various ekart sorting facilities in the state but no attempt was made at delivery. The most annoying subject is customer service and ekart doesn't offer any customer service. Nothing on their website. Those numbers picked up from google related to ekart don't work. How can a company that works as an aggregator be allowed to operate without customer service in this big country??? I have only questions and no answers.

                          I have ordered new mobile phone and I have checked using pincode and I showed 3 days delivery.. But the product was not yet delivered and its almost 7 days ago.. Hence no response for the same.. kindly take an nessacary action..

                            I am very disappointed with flipkart service because of i am facing problem after perched honor 9n phone september 16 to till now but flipkart not given any solution even my refund is approved and i have received a massage from flipkart { out for pickup: honor 9n (Sapphire blu... With tracking id fmpr[protected] from flipkart.com, will be picked up before 9pm today by an ekart wish master (Call [protected]). Keep the product ready with all accessories and tags for verification.} but ekart wishmaster not to be come in my given address for pickup after given appointment. I am waiting for pickup phone by ekart wishmaster. Flipkart is a fraud company. They are telling only liye not give solution also customer support is not give proper information and support they are given only date and time. Also senior escalation department have no any information. I am facing a lot of problem.
                            I had Oder my phone 2 weeks ago but still i didn't get it and even they don't update any proper status abouts delivery. They had show promised delivery dates is 25 September but still i didn't get my parcel.

                                Sir, i am kasomwoshi, would like to write a complain bout my order on ekart. Let me start with which i highly doubt that these company is a fake bussinnes company. Because this is not my first time buying product from ekart. Also weeks ago i order flip 3 jpl speaker from ekart and then when it delivered the product came with different speaker. Which i am very dissapointed with ekart. I tried calling so many no's of ekart office, many they do not pick my call after i received my item. Few people working at ekart pick my call and whenever i tried to explain about how it is, they just cut my call, and never pick my call anymore. So this is what happen. Ive just lost more than 1k in vain. So if there is some other way to resolved this problem and help me out, i will be really grateful to you. Thank you.

                                    Sir/ mam i manjeet singh waraich order no - pkrc[protected] ordered one kurta and palazzo from your company but you delivered wrong order to me it is not the same product.                                       Ekart id is ekart logistics - fmpp[protected]. It is showing that on 10:02 am, 10th september, the product is out for delivery. But till yet i. E (18th september) i have not received the product.
                                      When i am calling the delivery person, he is saying me that he has the product with him and he is unable to deliver the particular product.
                                      Worst service with ekart. I have made the payment before too.

                                        Ekart logictice consignment number aepp[protected]. Is showing that delivery is done at the destination but i didn't got any delivery till date.
                                        I want my issue to be resolved immediately as it is been already more than 15 days of giving order and more than 7 days that it showed delivered... This is ethically wrong from company like ekart, you are creating lot of issue for me. If it is not solved than i may pursue further
                                        I got late delivery from ekart many times, this is very bad, they should strictly minimize late deliveries and get better delivery man .
