I have ordered an item from flipkart on 20march. While tracking my order it shows that your order will delivered to you on 20 march. But when it comes. I don't know what's happen, and while tracking now on mantra it shows your item have been delivered but i didn't receive my order yet. What is this. With out any information the produch is return. My tracking id mync[protected] very very worst service of ekart logistc...

I ordered a protein supplement from Flipkart, tracking no- FMPCO[protected] and its product supposed to delivered via Ekart logistic courier services but delivery men insist for collect product from 2 kms away from my home and they are denied to deliverd at home .Moreover, others all e merchants services deliverd product at my home in past . Apart from that they started to shouted at me and completely denial to delivered, Besides it, they are mocking and out of bearable misbehaviouring which is highly not obliged at any cost, that why i am writing here and hoping may be this complaint might stop this nuisance and get rid of other customers who ordered product by this MANIAC Ekart logistic services..

I raised 1 return request for myntra and flipkart both. And the pickup boy from EKART logistics came to pickup the product. I asked him 3-4 times, whether he came to pickup myntra product or flipkart product. He told that he came to pickup myntra product. Bt I did not get any pickup confirmation message till now. And when I contacted in myntra customer care, he told that no pickup has been scheduled for myntra today. Kindly suggest me, what should I do?

I am gurpreet singh, resident of gulabi bagh [above mentioned address] had ordered 2 things from flip kart on 31st jan 2018.
1. Red tape men leather biker boots for men, size-7, for rs.1285 on cod basis.
2. Fort collins full sleeve solid men’s jackets, size - l, color - brown, for rs.2131 on cod basis.

Package was delivered on 1st feb 2018. My sister recognized it as both items in a package and hence paid the delivery boy from e-kart logistics, courier service, an amount of rs.3650. The delivery boy did not inform her about one package. He took all the money and went away. Now either i want money back or another item as well. Otherwise i will go to the consumer court against courier service.

I had placed an order for MI A1 in exchange for my Redmi Note 3 Phone. I made sure that my old phone met all the conditions for exchange. It was ordered as a surprise gift for my daughter whose birthday falls on 31st Jan. The new mobile phone was supposed to be delivered on 30th Jan but I had to refuse as the phone that had to be returned was with my daughter who was in college. I requested to deliver the phone on 31st after 3 30 PM as by that time my daughter comes home. As soon as she came, I formatted the mobile and removed all personal information. When the delivery boy from eKart "Monu" came to my place, he was shown the mobile, he took it, delivered the new one, went down, kept standing there for 15-20 minutes, saw me going out and then went back again to my apartment and started harassing my daughter saying that the old phone is broken and he will take the new phone right away. When I went down, I told him to give me a call if there is an issue but he went to my flat knowing my daughter is alone. She called me thru the landline number, I came back in half an hours time and asked him about the matter. How come he delivered the new phone, took the old one and waited for half an hour and me to go out and then coming up again to say that he cannot deliver the new phone. I spoke to his superiors, Shailendra (Mobile number- [protected]; Nelvin Mathew- [protected]) as well at Ekart who were equally abusive. Is this the way a professional company works?
When buying products from Flipkart, do the customers need to be prepared for such abusive behavior from their logistic partners Ekart that can be hurled at them at any time? Sorry, I cannot take this and will approach every possible platform to redress my grievance. Mental trauma and harassment at the hands of a delivery boy is too much to handle.

I have received a message from ekart on 9.07 am that your product is out for delivery, but till now the product is not delivered.

And now i call of the courier men he told me that today i will unable to deliver your product.

Clarify that what policy of ekart. I think its a pathetic service of ekart.

I have ordered an item from flipkart on 21st january. While tracking my order it shows that your order will delivered to you on 23rd january. But when it comes. I don't know what's happen, and while tracking now on flipkart it shows your item have been delivered but i didn't receive my order yet. What is this. I have try lots of item your toll free number but it does not exist. Plz mention your correct toll free number. Very very worst service of ekart logistc.

I have ordered an item from flipkart on 4th january.. While tracking my it shows that your order will dilivered to you on 7th january. But when it comes to your hand. I don't know what's happen, and while tracking now on flipkart it shows your item have been dilivered but i didn't receive my order yet

Plzz give my order to me as soon as possible other wise see i will i do

And they told me the order was cancled by you. But sir oredr is not cancled by me. Many others people have the same prolem. They are big frouds sir. Plz take immediatly steps in this matter

I ordered a product from myntra and firstly it was damaged from the inside when i request for a return, i was delivered with an empty broken box. Myntra was nice enough to initiate my refund right away but the problem was with the ekart's delivery boy, calling himself, krishna bal. He clearly denied to my face to tell me his employee id and whenever he has my product, he was calling me to strange places to pick up deliveries. This is disturbing to me as he do this to my friends as well. I am really worried about his intentions. Apart from that, his way of talking isn't just bossy but also very arrogantly abusive. Such people should not be a part of a well-known company like e-kart. He should be fired because if such people are a part of ekart, i will happily shop on only amazon if i had to but no to flipkart and myntra and whoever is reading this just think what if your kids, your girl have to suffer due to such people who calls you to random places and talk arrogantly. Afterall, i am just an engineering student with some ambitions. I can't afford to loose my respect and time to such horrible people.

Delivery address is surendranagar-363001. Butnot delivered on my given address. Imran liyakatbhai chauhan, laxmipara sheri no.05. Dudhrejroad, surendranagar.
But status on flipkart is product delivered.
So where is the product delivered.
Not delivered at right address.
It is delivered at wrong address by your person. Please check from your side

I am the flipkart customer who get my items delievered usually by your courier company at my doorstep.
But last time i faced some issues with your sewree facility courier boy. He expected me to pick up my item by myself by coming down to the street. I told him i already told flipkart customer executive to instruct him to deliver my item at my home. But when he arrive he said come down and get it yourself as we don't deliver to the slum area
. I told him your other delivery boys had deliver to my doorstep. He said no sir we are told by our company to not to deliver to slum area. And plus he told we don't have any business with flipkart. We are just 3rd party courier service.
So how come my previous orders gets delivered to my doorstep? You do realize we paid courier charges while ordering. We are entitled to get our orders at my doorstep not down the street.
So i request you to investigate the matter and question him about why he did that. And please reply with the satisfactory resolution to this matter. Thank you

I am from changanacherry and i have ordered a product denim jacket amount 649 on cash on delivery mode.
When the executive reach the place i am not there and i given him my fiance number to collect and he is also in changanacherry...
When the executive called him he was eating and ask him to wait for a minute... But the executive respond badly and misbehaved through phone.
When i came to know this i called him back and he said me that he can't deliver and if i need the product i should come and collect from the ekart office...
What's this actually we are paying the amount with the delivery charges asking us to collect it... Is it on your company policy...

I ordered oppo f3 in exchange lenovo k5plus, a mobile from flipkart, while delivery shipmaster who will pick up my lenovo mobile nd he will deliver my new order oppo f3, but shipmaster has issued battery was dump (Thats wrong isseued my lenovo mobile battery were good and working properly) and he not providing any information bout his compony and address. So i call to flipkart and flipkart told me that your order is till at parvat patiya surat. So i visit the branch of ekart courier, i told to manager of ekart courier that should this battery is dump or dead?? He told ne no no battery were good but body were damage... So they are cheated to me. M payment already done at 25th oct...in exchange term condition accept some of damage. They have my order but they are not delivering my order to my home.

Ekart executive not picking up the return product from the mentioned delivering address. It becomes a habit that each time they ask to collect or drop our products from the entrance of sipcot it park chennai.

It is regret to say that ekart logistics is doing fake business with the customers. I think they don't have any responsibility to deliver the product within time which is promised. I ordered lenovo k8 plus mobile with tracking number "fmpp[protected]" on[protected]. They promised me to deliver the product on or before[protected]. But in status it is showing that order is not delivered dueto no response from customer. They are telling lies and cheating the customers. No one came are call to me about the product. It is very shameful to flipkart aswell as e cart lagistic services

I bought the new lenovo phone on 16 oct that time they told me your product will be deliverd on 18 oct. But i am still waiting no correct update from ekart, one time he told me today your product will and one he told me your product will deliver, and at the time of booking he take 100 rs extra that time he promised i[censored] gave 100 delivery charge i will be guarantee your product will deliver on 18 oct, but still no any product is recieve, which thing do you charge 100 when you do not have time to give a product on time. Total make fool to guy

My product is in my native town and is out for delivery on 6th oct, 2017 but is still not delivered till date i. E 15th oct, 2017. When contacted i am just given date after date, and promise after promise but all in vain. I wanna gift it to my father on dussera but failed. They have no idea where my product is. They probably misplaced it and harassing me both mentally and financially. I also complained in govt. Consumer redressal and m sure to file case and demand a compensation of 1 crore.

Dear sir,
I had ordered one asus mobile from flipkart. Today i got one msg that i have to keep 15, 000.00. Than i received a call from [protected] and asked me do you want to take your product or i will return it. But i told no i will take it. Than your courier partner told you come and collect it from the road. I refused and i advised him to deliver in my office. Than he told it is impossible and i will return it and he did not give me my product.
Is the way to talk with a customer and i am an old customer of flipkart. I want my product and in my proper place.
Is it possible??? If not give me a mail than i will stop purchase from flipkart.
