I ordered a product from myntra and firstly it was damaged from the inside when i request for a return, i was delivered with an empty broken box. Myntra was nice enough to initiate my refund right away but the problem was with the ekart's delivery boy, calling himself, krishna bal. He clearly denied to my face to tell me his employee id and whenever he has my product, he was calling me to strange places to pick up deliveries. This is disturbing to me as he do this to my friends as well. I am really worried about his intentions. Apart from that, his way of talking isn't just bossy but also very arrogantly abusive. Such people should not be a part of a well-known company like e-kart. He should be fired because if such people are a part of ekart, i will happily shop on only amazon if i had to but no to flipkart and myntra and whoever is reading this just think what if your kids, your girl have to suffer due to such people who calls you to random places and talk arrogantly. Afterall, i am just an engineering student with some ambitions. I can't afford to loose my respect and time to such horrible people.

Updated by AtShaurya I have registered a complain to "Myntra" against this disturbing issue. The complaint number is[protected]. They are saying that the issue will be resolved but only time can tell that. Till then, I hope my voice will be heard and raised on this depressing event by E-Kart Logistics. PEACE.
