Very bad manners shown by the delivery boys in aluva, kochi, kerala. I'll not buy anything from myntra because of ekart delivery. The address is provided to 'look', ask to the customer through phone and deliver it without any further communication with the customer neighbour's and all. Who the hell is he to explain about the delivery to the neighbours. Ekart please take action to maintain good manners between delivery boys and customers.

Maine flipkart se goggles ka order kiya tha. Mera courier ekart logistics se aaj anewala tha.. Abhi mere flipkart account me msg show ho raha ki mujhe courier deliver ho chuka but mujhe abhitak mera courier nahi mila.

Me flipkart aur ekart logistics se request karta hu ki ya to mera courier mujhe do ya fir mere paise mujhe wapas do.

I have purchased a collapsible wardrobe through flipkart. Order id OD[protected].This is scheduled to be delivered with in 13th August 17 Sunday. But when I had called the courier service on that day, they couldnt sure about the d.elivery altough having the confirmation of making the delivery. As the day was sunday and my family had a plan of outing, we wanted to know the delivery time.But the courier service provider could nt tell the time .

As usual they reched the delivery destination at that time after we left just before 10 mintues. We have come with in 6pm and called then several time as the maximum time span of Delivery is upto 7pm . But they were not reachable. We request him to make the Delivery on the next day. But they were not sure about it. On the next day we called several time, but they didnt reachable.
Then we called customer care to know the status. But they rescheduled the delivery on 18th with out solving my problem.

We need the delivery with in 14th . That's why made that order.
Now we want to launch the complaint against Ekart as well as flipkart for my harrashment.

I live in aluva, east desom and my order number is fmpp[protected] i got a message on monday 7th august saying that my phone will be delivered that day... But no one called and no message was received... The day my phone was supposed to arrive was tuesday 8th august or wednesday 9th august.. It's 9th today and i still haven't received any information regarding my order... Can someone atleast give me a contact number so i can find out the details... Please help me out! My order reached aluva ekart logistics on monday but is still not delivered to me... Pls help

I had ordered a smartphone from flipkart and ekart was supposed to ship me to home. But when i received the out for delivery update i tried to call the phone number provide by ekartl sms service but the delivery person never did answered. Its been three days since the promised date of my order no fmpc[protected] phone no. Of delivery boy [protected] is over.
And while i called flipkart customer service helpline they asked me to wait till next two days, again they extended their deadline and pushing further
I have been stressed out and been through huge problem due to delayed delivery.
I expect ekart logistics to be banned.
I am asking for a quick action s on flipkart, ekart logistics and want my product delivered soon.

E kart people have been refusing the deliver the item for the last 4 days. Ekart logistics # empc[protected]. The dedicated person is karunausu chakraborty mob # [protected] on behalf of the ekart service. They are showing many excuses regarding their failure of my item to my location. And also giving me day by day assurances for the delivery. But in actual they are doing nothing. At the same time they are blaming me that i have refused the item for delivery. I never deny the item to receive. I am always eager to the item that i ordered in the flipkart.

Agent call me on my number but in my company mobile is not allowed so alternatively i mentioned official number in address. Agent tried wrong number to dial and he is blaming me. I requested to deliver the product today as it is kind of[censored]rgent. However he came along with product but his behavior was very very rude. He abused with unwanted words which i am not gonna tolerate this kind off words. He said "do whatever u want to" this statement is used by your bugger agent which i am not gonna leave this kind off situation. Please take action asap if not lemme know so that i can do something from my end. Such idiotic service faced ever before in my life damn!!!

I just got delivery from wish master today 21st july 2017 (By name sachin & cell # [protected]).

Tracking id fmpp[protected].

I found hp laptop damaged one & called immediately to wish master about this damage and he advised to log complaint in flipkart not to ekart.

I am raising return request to flipkart now.

Ekart logistic is worst courier service. Delivery person is irresponsible. Most of the contact number does not exist. This courier service makes the customer wait for long time to deliver one product. It never delivers the product on time. They only sent message as product is out for delivery but delivery person never contact the customer and later messages the customer that order couldn't delivered. Worst courier service with irresponsible behaviour. Myntra should not send the product via this courier service but still they sent by this service only and customer faces the problem because of delayed delivery of product.

This is my tracking id fmpr[protected] & fmpr[protected] thease courier service are coming to pick the order but they are refusing to pick up orders and scolding the customers in bad this words are from ekart office people even flip kart is send mail to regarding product issue even though they are refusing to get the product from customers and also rudely speaking to every one i said i just ordered one product but i received different one and even i showed chats recording etc but this guys are taking rudely whatever it may be but we cant pick up your order this is the way they are talking with customers wher ever you go and complaint you cant do anything this words are speak wher by office staffs from center today i spoke with wishmaster he has given me supervisor no [protected] his name is vijay when i calling him he used to disconnect my call often they are telling simply that we didnt receive mail from flip-kart but flip kart people executives are informing that they we have shared everything regarding product issue but that guys are playing simply we feel sorry for that. I ask consumer please take proper action against this people immediately iam having their records and screen shots how they are behaving with customers

Very bad experience with ekart. The order reached the destination city on 10july but still not delivered, i register complaint they prvide the no ofexecutive ie [protected] to get information about my order but instead of providing any solution the person use abusive language after then i asked him to get me contacted with his senior he also uses abusive language and also say u r consumer and you have not purchased our company and also say that when we get time will deliver ur order and also say dont ever call on this no. Very bad experience.

I have purchased one "Lenovo K6 Power (Gold, 32 GB) (4 GB RAM)" from Flipkart site, the product came in Ernakulam logistics office on 4 th July, My house is in Palarivattom, But i can't get my product till now, Several time i try to contact to flipkart and E kart Logistics but customer care service not avilable, No contact phone number, i think Ekart Logistics was fraud company i am totally cheated

The ekart team has delayed it to 8 days and always updates info as received at kolkata sort facility, but it is not yet delivered & update their status. It was going to delivered by 6 th july 2017 as per flipkart delivery schedule. But it is now extended to 12th july as per telephonic discussion with flipkart representative. I am totally frustrated with the situation.

Please do the needful so that i can receive my product within 12th july 2017.

I have purchased two mobile phones from flipcart costing more than Rs 12000. Yesterday they called me for asking the location. now they delivered the item to some one else telling as my friend. Now the message received as item delivered

Respected all ekart team, I want to informed you that I m from Mathura, my registered email ...jagdeep.[protected]@ Gmail .com and banodhahimanshi @gmail.com.you field courier executive continuously misbehaving with me today he asked to me received courier from other place instead of my delivery address, when I have to reached there, he asked me to wait 30 mint, and using abousing words .. courier executive name is - shushil Verma and contact no of that person [protected].
I hope you will take action against that person ..

I have given clear address of delivery. the delivery boy called me and asked to come 1km away from address given .so i asked to bring to the address that is given.then he become angry and saying abusive words rudely.and he said he will deliver only when he wish to do.i was waiting from morning without going to my work for receiving the product. it has not arrived yet .now it is 1o clock
