I have a package coming to me from flipkart with
Tracking id: fmpc[protected]

The ekart team has delayed it to 8 days and always updates info as received at kolkata sort facility, but it is not yet delivered & update their status. It was going to delivered by 6 th july 2017 as per flipkart delivery schedule. But it is now extended to 12th july as per telephonic discussion with flipkart representative. I am totally frustrated with the situation.

Please do the needful so that i can receive my product within 12th july 2017.

I have purchased two mobile phones from flipcart costing more than Rs 12000. Yesterday they called me for asking the location. now they delivered the item to some one else telling as my friend. Now the message received as item delivered
I don't have any contact number to talk with the clint. They are calling from a land line number[protected]

Respected all ekart team, I want to informed you that I m from Mathura, my registered email ...jagdeep.[protected]@ Gmail .com and banodhahimanshi @gmail.com.you field courier executive continuously misbehaving with me today he asked to me received courier from other place instead of my delivery address, when I have to reached there, he asked me to wait 30 mint, and using abousing words .. courier executive name is - shushil Verma and contact no of that person [protected].
I hope you will take action against that person ..

I have given clear address of delivery. the delivery boy called me and asked to come 1km away from address given .so i asked to bring to the address that is given.then he become angry and saying abusive words rudely.and he said he will deliver only when he wish to do.i was waiting from morning without going to my work for receiving the product. it has not arrived yet .now it is 1o clock

With such employees i am afraid your company may run down and already you are the least rated service.

I have ordered an item from Myantra and the same was received at Ekart Logistic office at Jhunjhunu on 15 May 2017. The Ekart Executive Mr. Naresh Saini (96556) called me to collect the shipment from their office. I was direct him to deliver the same at delivery address, but he denied to do the same. Now on tracking the shipment, the status shown at Ekart Logistic falsely as “Delivery attempt failed (Customer rejected)” whereas I have not refused to take the shipment at delivery address. This is the ridiculous and extremely worst service by Ekart Logistic. Ekart Logistic may please be directed to educate their Executives placed at Jhunjhunu (Raj) as to how give consumer satisfaction who are giving their valuable money to Logistics. On 18 May 2017, they have again called me and compelled to collect from their office only. The Myantra shipment holds by the Ekart Logistic at Jhunjhunu almost a week for which I have already paid to Myantra including its delivery charges.

The complaint against ekart delivery guy (Ekl). Disappointed with the fake service, fake promise and fake messages from the ekl. Please find the below product details and the issue faced.

The order was placed on may 11th and promised date for delivery was on sat 13 may.
Issue: - the ekl guys have not even bothered to deliver the product, has not visited the delivery point and have sent a fake message stating we have tried contacting you since there was no response the product has been returned. When contacted the ekl number the ekl person responded stating it's their off on saturday and sunday. For retaining the customers they call and send and message stating they will deliver the product on monday. Since it was a birthday gift insisted the ekl guy deliver the product. The ekl guy promised that he will deliver by 4 pm. As per the request waited for the delivery guy till 4 pm. But it was a fake promise. When tried to call back the number there was no response. Fake service, response, and a promise from ekl. Request you to take the necessary action and revert back with the action which was taken from your end.

Is saturday is nonworking for ekl? If yes why the fake delivery date if given to the customer?

Hey Guys,
I have ordered one mobile phone from flip-cart and expected delivery was 21st Apr 2017. Looks like delivery boy has called me but unfortunately I was in a meeting and could pickup and I have received sms saying failure delivery. I have called him with 40min and tried atleast 20 times rest of the day but he never picked. Now I need my parcel by tomorrow at any cost and here is the tracking ID FMPP[protected], Please help me send the boy tomorrow.
I have clearly mentioned my home address then why he didnt went to home and delivered? Please keep some professional guys in the business instead of so illiterate and fools.

Looking forward to get my parcel in due time.

I m order micromax canvas nitro2 mobile from flipkart at 9th April 2017. they send it through Ekart logistics courier service.
when i order my product i check first its availability at my place using pin code and they show its available at this address.
but at 11th April 2017 when i track my order they show “8:22 am Received At Aluva hub” ” 11:09 am Out Of Delivery Area (Pin code-Address Mismatch)”.
my question is only that if they are unable to deliver product at pin code then why they show its available at their site.?
i m very upset for that after waiting 6 days for my product i have to face this kind of rubbish problem from flipkart and their Ekart logistics courier service.
my pin code is 683562 and i request you to check this on flipkart and they show its available.

I hv tried to cancel the order through the voonik app. Or to refund the amount.
But it said many times the order was initiated. I request you to change the colourmof my stole as they shown me a blue colour n has sent a pink one.

We are facing some problems.
I cought ecart logistic team with their fraud and cheatings. they have a network of this type of frauds.
The ekart logistic stole my many parcels and they send that parcels to flipkart by dublicate stamp and sign.
And still i didnt get any claim amount from flipkart.. i shoot their videos..
What was done on 20th october 2016 that i already sent videos to you. the incident id of that is[protected].
And i m sending that videos again now. because of this incident, this ekart logistic team try to trap me wrongly.
. the names are here who involve in this. 1) mahendra bhargav 2) sarfraaz saikh 3) umesh ingale 4) jayesh shelke 5) gnaneshvar nikunde and
They are also two members of flipcart team. 1) manash shahu 2) pradip kumar. manash shahu and pradip kumar came to my office yesterday and
Told me that "i will close your account by anyway". and with the support of ekart logistic they wrote my and my brother's pick up address same..
This is totally wrong.. everybody is cheater and now they try to trap me. and now my account is on hold by flipkart team.
I am requesting you that take action on all these cheaters as soon as possible.. otherwise i will take action with the help of f. i. r. and police..

I ordered a hp laptop and i was said that it will be delivered by 4. nov.2016 and i got a text on 1. nov.2016 stating that the product will be deivered but after waiting the day long the product wasnt delivered. if they cant deliver the product on texted date then why do they send such text messages and trouble the customer if i was asked to rate ekart i wouldn't even give a single star for there fraud service.

My address is qtr no 686/111/c, b. V. F. C. L colony, namrup. I had ordered some items from myntra. The items is at dibrugarh, which is the district in which my place. I. E. Namrup is located. It always shows that my order is out for delivery but it is in dibrugarh so i couldnot get it. They provide a contact number with the delivery message bt the contact number is either switched off or it doesnot exist.

I am too disappointed with the with the behaviour of delivery person.
I stay alone and i wanted my product to get deliver before 10 or 11.
But delivery company ekart spoke in a rude tone and and denied they wont be giving me delivery and deliver according to their mood and ease. If i had tl gl out and take the parcel. I would have purchased it locally. I returned the product and hence never will use flipkart again.
Losing a single costumer wont affect you. But it would affect me.

Ekart Logistic saying that it is out of delivery area, but already got many products on the same delivery area with flipkart, that hub will be Hardly 1 km far, flipkart is not giving contact no and address so that i can get my product manually and Ekart courier service is dead with their Call service . Resolve the issue soon and help to get it delivered...

I ordered 6 products on flipkart from which yesterday evening i received 3 through ekart service. Those 3 products amounting Rs.1063 and i wasnt even aware about how many products i have received as it was packed. So, delievery boy asked me to pay Rs.1530 rupees instead of Rs.1063. He was cheated and fraud. I am gonna take a strict action against ekart service now. He took Rs.1530 from me. Single paise is hard to earn today and ekart fraud service gets money like this.

I had ordered a product (mi redmi 3s prime) on flipkart and they sent me the product through ekart logistics courier, but this courier service had kept the product with them for 3 days and lastly they had returned it saying incomplete address.

Everyday delivery boy used to call me and told me that he will deliver the product till evening but later he didn't picked up the call and when i complained to flipkart, there they told that it was address issue.

Whole issue was fake, they had sold my product to anyone and made fake excuse. If it was incomplete address then how delivery told me that he will come at evening.

My order from Jabong was given to EKart Logistics for delivery. When I track the order the status is displayed as Attempt to deliver failed from 3 days. The address is clearly given along with the order and in this age of GPS why are the courier companies facing so much issue in finding the delivery point. The address is not in any remote place and is in the city which is easy to find.
