      Ordered realme 11x from Flipkart bbd sale on delivery date 11th October. but suddenly it got changed to 14th October. and till now no update from flipkart/ekart about delivery.delivery agent also not picking my call and one time he say I can not delivered ur location what can u do.also refuse to reject my order.i have already fully paid.

        I place a order on flipkart .My shipment id is fmpp[protected]. Two days no courier boy call me for deliver the parcel. When i go ti the ekart office where they say some technical issue in system we deliver your parcel tomorrow. Yesterday call me a courier boy he say i delivered your parcel tomorrow. And in this night your team cancle my order without any intimation. In the office staff behaviour is very poor and rude. They have no mannners how to talk with coustmer and satisfied them. He say you can place a order with our permittion. It means when i will p[lace a ordeer i will take the permission with your staff. What a behaviour. A poor sevice by your company. Its a my big mistake i place a order on flipkart without permittion of office staff.

            As I got an out of delivery message on 13 Oct from Ekart i called to the delivery agent he were saying that to reach their office to collect the order.
            taht day i was not able to reach their so tomorrow when i reach to the office they are not providing any information about the order and not even to provide number of delivery agent also.

            Today is 16 Oct but till now i didn't receive any message or call from Ekart.

            so i request you too please look inti this and try to resolve ASAP.

              As i can see on 13th oct order reached our city. but from 13oct everday i am able see out for delivery message in morning and not able to deliver message in night. when i call delivery he insist me to come to office if you want your order. when next day i again call him he denies my call.

                Product not delivered but showing delivered in the app

                I have placed an order with Myntra on 09 October 2023. I received the tracking number MYNP[protected].
                On 04 October 2023. I received a message from VK- EKARTL saying your product is out for delivery.

                The delivery executable called me around 20:00 but I was unable to receive the call. Around 22:00, I got an mail from Myntra, notifying me that the product was delivered.
                After 12.30 pm I started receiving messages...

                  ILIP[protected] : Ecart Nizampet, hyderabad delivery guys creating lot of nuisance frequently, They just giving a missed call and updating customer not responding ..if we try to call back it says invalid number.. what a fraudster company is Ecart, they don't any customer care number to complaint.. what a Cheat ..becareful guys never book E-cart

                    I have ordered a iPhone 14 plus through Flipkart and it has to be delivered to me by 13th but was postponed to 15th although it is in my nearest hub I don’t know why it is taking Soo much time to deliver. I spoke with customer support many times but no proper response from their end too.

                      In order to deliver my Flipkart order (mobile) on 13/10/2023. Your delivery boy Mr Kushwaha Rakesh Mahto said "I have spent a lot of petrol so I have to pay him five hundred rupees more."
                      When I refused to give him a bribe of Rs 500/ he misbehave with me and got my order cancelled by forcely as 'not expected by costumer'
                      Please take necessary action against this delivery boy and do not get delivery from such unprofessional people.

                      Today the same person again asked for bribe for a pickup of MINTRA and when I refused, he became rude and refused to take me pick up.

                        Hi Team,

                        My tracking ID number is FMPP[protected] My product was supposed to be delivered on 14/10/2023 when my product was out of delivery I called delivery agent he told me the delivery will be done in next half an hour, after calling him half an hour he stopped answering the call and marked the the delivery as undelivered, I was being promised by EKART to deliver next day on 15/10/2023 I have been calling him and he answered the call in Nineth attempt & clearly said he doesn't have any delivery for me, I don't understand what's going on and when will I receive my product. Please check the attachment. Resolve it ASAP.

                          Delivery boy named Rahul bhosle came to pick up the return product from Flipkart but on spot he refused to take the product and was arrogant and abusive towards the customer. Is this the way delivery boy talk to their customers.

                              My Shipment was not delivered on the expected date of delivery i.e. 9th Oct, 2023. It's still in the same hub.

                              It's stuck. Today is 15th October, 2023. Still, there is no update regarding this shipment. Please deliver it as soon as possible.

                                I ordered Sektchers, dress materials from Myntra on 7th Oct'23 & 1st Oct respectively Order IDs-OD[protected] tracking ID are MYSP[protected] & MYEP[protected]. My orders reached the nearest hub – Kalyaninagar, Pune on 13th Oct'23 and it is still lying there since then, they are not attempting to deliver nor responding which is very near to delivery point. There is no proper explanation being given for the delay and Myntra Grievance redressal Officer is not responding to emails and Myntra Contact centre is not supportive even after multiple calls.

                                Kindly request you to assist in immediate delivery of the products. Else, I will have to officially raise questions on Internal controls and transparency of the company as same issue is being faced by multiple customers across the country. This needs to be spread across social media as well.

                                  I have ordered a product from Flipkart with an order number OD[protected] on 08 October 2023 which was supposed to be delivered by ekart logistics with tracking id FMPP[protected] on 14 October 2023.

                                  Irrespective of reaching out to me on 14 October 2023, the delivery agent has falsely updated the status as rejected by the customer by evening around 07:00 PM IST. Later in Midnight around 12:30 AM of 15 October 2023 the order was cancelled by putting remarks as Cancelled by the customer which was not done from my end.

                                  In the whole process no one has reached out to me from the delivery agency but they have done fraud and falsely updated the whole status.

                                  At the same time, I was trying to coordinate with the flipkart support team in order to get my order delivered on at least 15 October 2023.

                                  Being at the customer end, I have suffered a lot for just receiving my order for which I had already paid in advance to Flipkart.

                                  By the whole mess, I am ending with reordering the product whose price has been increased now.

                                  Kindly look into the issue and provide me with the solution as soon as possible.

                                      I saw the order details in the Flipkart order section and after seeing that my order has reached the nearest hub of Ekart Kampur. So I called the delivery boy named Shantonu. But he replied to me with loud voice that he can't deliver the parcel and asking me to go to office for collecting the parcel. I have requested him many times but his response was not changed. I wish I could give him minus -10 star for his neglected service...
