I have ordered online Kurta which was delivered on 30/09/2023 (Tracking ID SRTC [protected]) shipped by Zaayra (#79, kailashdham soc, near chhitu nagar society. sitanagar chowk, Surat, Gujrat), with Invoice number: Retail01085 and invoice date- 25/09/2023.As kurta was size less than required, it was placed for return on 02/10/2023. While placing the return, a phone call was received from [protected] which inquired if return is being executed, to which i replied positively. Thereafter, man speaking from other end of the phone call, said that a link would be sent to my mobile number, for completing return related formalities. Upon opening of the link sent by SMS, a form was filled in which I provided my details and at last of the return form there was payment link of Rs 5 which had to be opened for making return. since that was not opening, i again called at above number and he sent me a UPI link through SMS. Upon opening of that link, i executed Rs 5 payment from my Gpay .Even then no one came for return, then I called at above number and person said that soon it would be returned. Hell went loose on 05/10/2023 when at 5;47 PM an amount of Rs 99, 999 was deducted vide UPI transaction no:[protected] .I had already lodged a complaint at cybercrime cell with acknowledgement number [protected]
