In order to deliver my Flipkart order (mobile) on 13/10/2023. Your delivery boy Mr Kushwaha Rakesh Mahto said "I have spent a lot of petrol so I have to pay him five hundred rupees more."
When I refused to give him a bribe of Rs 500/ he misbehave with me and got my order cancelled by forcely as 'not expected by costumer'
Please take necessary action against this delivery boy and do not get delivery from such unprofessional people.

Today the same person again asked for bribe for a pickup of MINTRA and when I refused, he became rude and refused to take me pick up.

    Hi Team,

    My tracking ID number is FMPP[protected] My product was supposed to be delivered on 14/10/2023 when my product was out of delivery I called delivery agent he told me the delivery will be done in next half an hour, after calling him half an hour he stopped answering the call and marked the the delivery as undelivered, I was being promised by EKART to deliver next day on 15/10/2023 I have been calling him and he answered the call in Nineth attempt & clearly said he doesn't have any delivery for me, I don't understand what's going on and when will I receive my product. Please check the attachment. Resolve it ASAP.

      Delivery boy named Rahul bhosle came to pick up the return product from Flipkart but on spot he refused to take the product and was arrogant and abusive towards the customer. Is this the way delivery boy talk to their customers.

        I have exchanged my old mobile for new mobile, i have got a link from flipkart to pay 1400 but delivery agent demanded 1800, i have paid via phone pe.

          My Shipment was not delivered on the expected date of delivery i.e. 9th Oct, 2023. It's still in the same hub.

          My shipment tracking id:- FMPP[protected]

          It's stuck. Today is 15th October, 2023. Still, there is no update regarding this shipment. Please deliver it as soon as possible.

            I ordered Sektchers, dress materials from Myntra on 7th Oct'23 & 1st Oct respectively Order IDs-OD[protected] tracking ID are MYSP[protected] & MYEP[protected]. My orders reached the nearest hub – Kalyaninagar, Pune on 13th Oct'23 and it is still lying there since then, they are not attempting to deliver nor responding which is very near to delivery point. There is no proper explanation being given for the delay and Myntra Grievance redressal Officer is not responding to emails and Myntra Contact centre is not supportive even after multiple calls.

            Kindly request you to assist in immediate delivery of the products. Else, I will have to officially raise questions on Internal controls and transparency of the company as same issue is being faced by multiple customers across the country. This needs to be spread across social media as well.

              I have ordered a product from Flipkart with an order number OD[protected] on 08 October 2023 which was supposed to be delivered by ekart logistics with tracking id FMPP[protected] on 14 October 2023.

              Irrespective of reaching out to me on 14 October 2023, the delivery agent has falsely updated the status as rejected by the customer by evening around 07:00 PM IST. Later in Midnight around 12:30 AM of 15 October 2023 the order was cancelled by putting remarks as Cancelled by the customer which was not done from my end.

              In the whole process no one has reached out to me from the delivery agency but they have done fraud and falsely updated the whole status.

              At the same time, I was trying to coordinate with the flipkart support team in order to get my order delivered on at least 15 October 2023.

              Being at the customer end, I have suffered a lot for just receiving my order for which I had already paid in advance to Flipkart.

              By the whole mess, I am ending with reordering the product whose price has been increased now.

              Kindly look into the issue and provide me with the solution as soon as possible.

                I ordered 2 cargo pants but they delivered a completely different item (old 1 jeans) and the delivery boy said that the he has updated the delivery but I didn't get the delivery confirmation because of this I am not able to return my order the order price was 899 please I want my refund

                  I saw the order details in the Flipkart order section and after seeing that my order has reached the nearest hub of Ekart Kampur. So I called the delivery boy named Shantonu. But he replied to me with loud voice that he can't deliver the parcel and asking me to go to office for collecting the parcel. I have requested him many times but his response was not changed. I wish I could give him minus -10 star for his neglected service...

                  Order number FMPP[protected] was to be delivered on 14th October but has not arrived yet. Ekart website shows no update. We have to go out of station for some work but can't due to delay in delivery. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                      I received an open box delivery product 2 days ago.. But after the product was opened, it wasn't what i ordered.. I asked the delivery boy. He told me that since it is an open box delivery it cannot be immediately returned. So i accepted it with cash on delivery. Now flipkart is not accepting my return request as they are saying its an open box delivery.. But the delivery boy said that i have to accept it then only i can return it. Pls resolve my problem

                        I was about to receive the order MYSP[protected], MYSP[protected] and MYSP[protected] from Myntra on 12Oct. I even got message from JM-EKARTL that this delivery boy phone no [protected] will deliver the item, but later I only got the message that item was delivered around 8 30 PM. I went home and after dinner I asked my mother where is the Myntra order and she said its not delivered. And no call no OTP came to the registered number. Till date I have not received my order and I hope positive response will come from your side.

                        The Logistics company called me on 16th Oct around 8 PM and said that it was sent to another person of same name near my address because surname was missing on the parcels. Next day i.e. 17th Oct evening they took photo of my Aadhaar card for verification purpose and handed over the three items to me. Thanks everyone for the help provided.

                          Fake product delivered/ ekart scam

                          Dear Sir,

                          I have received a fake product order from ship rocket and delivered by Ekart logistics.

                          I have ordered for Summer cargo pant (two Nos) and today received through Ekart, where packet was not packed intact. I have received totally wrong product either it was done by Ekart delivery team or Ship rocket factory Hut fake team. Under my packed cover few more Ekart delivery covers and packed as appropriate.....

                              The products order are delayed without an u reason and even after giving time to them they are not delivering the product and giving priority to others...

                              Spoke to SAYAN DAS, Bishal Gupta And Ayon Mukherjee from Laketown Ekart HUB and had been mis guided continuously..No resolution at all...Worst experience..

                                I ordered Poco F5 from Flipkart in BBD sale on 10th Oct. in exchange of my old Oppo Phone.
                                it was supposed to be delivered on 11th Oct. but due to some medical emergencies i had to reschedule it on 13th oct. but it is still not delivered till today 14th oct.
                                there is no update after 11th oct, on flipkart website abt the product.
                                flipkart cust.care is not able to track my order.
                                they are not providing the address or any contact number of Ekart Logistic in Mumbai.
                                a raised a complaint and resolving date given by flipkart is 18th Oct.
                                i have to travel on 15th Oct for12 days.
                                now what do i do ?

                                ihave paid thru credit card. its bill will be raised in next few days.
                                if i cancel my order, the refund will be initiated within 4-5 days after my credit card bill is generated.
                                so now, i will have to pay the amt in my credit card.
                                refund will reflect in next billing cycle, which i cant withdraw in cash.

                                i am stuck from both side

                                product not delivered
                                amt have to paid, cant convert in cash .

                                what do i do ?

                                pls take very strict action against flipkart.

                                  I recently came across a product via Instagram ad and it offered two cargo joggers at 899 through COD and I placed the order later during delivery the delivery boy said to accept the order at my own risk as it was not elegible for return and unboxing. and post receiving the package it turned out it was something differnet then what it was shown on the website. instead i received a torne jeans of some small kid.

                                    I ordered a phone on 8th Oct 2023 and was supposed to be delivered by 12th Oct but not delivered yet. On 12th Oct the order status changed to out of delivery at 6.22 pm and the OTP was sent. The delivery agent called me on 12th Oct and told me that he will deliver the item by 11pm. I waited but he didn’t come. Next morning I saw 3 missed calls from a number and got to know that the delivery agent came to deliver at my location at around 1.30 am that too to a female customer. As per policy Flipkart is supposed to deliver by 11pm so there is definitely a security issue involved. After sometime on 13th Oct I received a sms that 2 delivery attempts were unsuccessful (one attempt at 3am and one at around 4am) which was not the case in reality. Since then I have been following up with Ekart and Flipkart but not getting any active actions . Also, the delivery boy is not picking up my calls. I have all call records as evidences. Please act ASAP and get my order delivered.
