We have shipped percel to customer via Ekart Logistics (Tracking Id: SRTP[protected]). Customer has not recived the percel but tracking is showing it has been delivered.

Please help in resolving the issue, so that percel reach to customer.

    I ordered from Flipkart, the ekart guy is just giving misscall and not delivering the order and he is doing this knowingly, he is doing fraud and this is a serious issue pls look into this, he is cancelling order on his own by saying I am not receiving the order

      I ordered Iphone14 from Flipkart on 7th Oct'23 (Order FMPP[protected] [protected]. My order reached the nearest hub - NIGDI on 11 Oct'23 and it was out for delivery twice (12th and 13h Oct). On both days it went undelivered due to operational issues at Ekart's end (tracking ID FMPP[protected] . The delivery agent number is not reachable whenever out for delivery. There is no proper explanation being given for the delay and Flipkart is not supportive even after multiple calls. The nearest hub is just 3km away from my location and the product is still not being delivered from 4 days.

      Kindly request you to assist in immediate delivery of the product. Else, I will have to officially raise questions on Internal controls and transparency of the company as same issue is being faced by multiple customers across the country. This needs to be spread across social media as well.

        My order from has reached to ekart hub from Monday 9th Oct expected date to deliver was on 11th Oct but it postponed on 13th Oct that is today and still I haven't received any kind of communication from them. Totally disappointment.

          I've ordered a product from Flipkart during BBD sales on 7th of October 2023. The product started shipping from the same day and reached from Malur-(near Bengaluru) to Hyd mother hub by 8th Oct 2023. The initial delivery date is 10th October 2023. I've been tracking continuously then found that just a day before delivery it went back to the Hyd mother hub from the Kukatpally hub. I didn't know what to do and I contacted customer care (Flipkart). They said your product will be delivered by today. But it didn't. And the date changed from 10th October 2023 to 13th Oct 2023. And today is 13th October 2023. But the product still didn't reach to the nearest hub. So as per my knowledge, if the product don't reach to the hub by early morning, the chances of getting delivered on that day is zero. I was worried of the delivery because there are two reasons. One is I ordered it with an exchange offer. And the second one is that I'll be travelling to another city on 14th Oct 2023. I still don't know what to do. I couldn't find Ekart logistics customer care number.

            Hi I've ordered a mobile on 8th oct '23 tracking I'd (FMPP[protected]) and it got reached my city kakinada on 10th. However the delivery date is on 12th so I waited till the date and the item status changed it out for delivery but the item did not get delivered and there is no proper response from the team. I went to the logistics godown where they gave me an excuse and told they will deliver the next day morning without fail. So on 13th i've waited till afternoon and after trying multiple times and unable to reach them I once again decided to go and collect it from them. This time their answer is like they will deliver whenever they are free it might be tomorrow or the day after in rude way and they are not at all respecting the customers who are travelling to their godowns instead of the other way round. I was shocked, i mean is this how it's being done ? We are losing our valuable time and they are not even concerned a little bit . Can we normal people can't do anything on this . Hope some one takes strict actions against them and this will be taken care of

                  Shipment has reached the hub nearest to you but not delivering the item from last 2 days.

                  My name is Sumit Kumar Singh, and I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent order with Order ID ODOD[protected]. On October 10th, I ordered an Iphone and its adapter and I received the adapter only on October 11th, not my phone as per the date.

                  I've purchased Iphone 14 mobile on 10th October around 2:00 a.m. and it's delivery date is 11th, it has reached to my nearest area hub on 11th in the early morning but they failed to deliver on time and I contacted flipkart support team and they promised me to deliver that product on 12th and again they failed. They didn't even tried to deliver the product both times.

                  Now I called the flipkart customer care that I want assurance from there side that they will not cancel my product from there side and I will get the product. but they are not giving me assurance as well taht means, flipkart is nowadays making fake promising for prepaid delivery customers, not giving true information even, charging so much extra in term of packing charge, handling charge, but not able to handle the product on time.

                    I want to tell you about the fraud done by the one of your delivery agent with us. I have ordered Samsung galaxy F34 5g phone with the replacement of my old phone OPPO F5.And at the time of delivery, I have exchanged my OPPO F5 with the new one. As your delivery agent said that I have to pay 1100 rs. As the condition of the phone is not good. But I have received a message from flipkart that I have not replaced my phone and cancelled the replacement.

                      I have ordered iphone 14 via flipkart on 7th Oct 2023. and the expected delivery date is 12th oct 2023 [Thursday] It was reached to my nearest ekart hub on 9th Oct 2023 .It has been in out for delivery state for past 3 days. Also the tracking details also showing that the order is unsuccessful/undelivereed. No delivery agent is reached out to me regarding my order delivery then how it can be unsuccessful. Why it is updated like that.

                      Also On monday i got a info in flipkart page that delivery partner has assigned with his mobile number, . When i called him he said ordered will be deliverered tomorrow means Tuesday 10th oct 2023. But after that delivery partner information is removed from my flipakrt page and i couldnt reach him also. Still it is in out for delivery.

                      If no action is taken soon this issue will be escalated from my end.

                          Issue - I'm seeing again the same pattern in my Phone delivery as last time in 2022

                          My I phone has reached the nearest EKart hub 3 days back

                          The deliveries never happened on the said date, it is now postponed

                          I visited the E-Kart Hub, but no one was assisting me in tracing my order and they had no information

                          When it shows my phones have been at the E-Kart facility for the past 3 days, why no one is helping me to trace them, why there is a delivery delay?

                          And like last year, it will get canceled automatically giving the reason - Delivery boy is unable to reach your location

                          This time I have 2 phones ordered (Refer to images for order ID and all the details) - I request you to interfere and address if there is fraud going on at the E-Kart facility near me or what is the case

                          And let me know, will I get my I phone's or not? If not, at least I should not wait, and suffer the waiting trauma again like in 2022 and in the end have a pathetic reason from Flipkart to cancel my 2 phone

                            Firstly I have ordered Google Pixel on Friday 6th October on Flipkart, I waited for 2 days after that order reached my nearest location though it was not delivered so, I cancelled that order.

                            Then, again I reordered the same item on 8th October, and it reached to my nearest location on 9th October morning, though it was not delivered to me yet, today is 12th October. Also no one reached to me from Ekart Logistics too.

                            I have spoken to support team quite a few times, but no resolution is provided to me nor the item is delivered.

                            This company doesn’t care about their plus member customers and doesn’t take any action against delivery wish master.

                                Flipkart grocery order id: od[protected]. I ordered grocery products on october 8th. I should delivered by october 9. So i selected preferred timings 3.30 pm to 10 pm. But order out for delivery on 10 october. At 10.01 pm delivery person called me, i am driving so i couldn't able to see the mobile and pick the call. At 10.15 pm i called the number he didn't even pick the call i called him so many times his number is waiting status. Till 10.35 pm i called him he didn't even pickup. So i thought delivery will be scheduled next day. To my surprise around 11.45 pm i got notification that my order has been delivered. How come main gate is locked the key is with me how he will deliver. After the notification also i called him he didn't even pick the call. Today (11 october) also from morning 7 am to till now (9.15 pm) delivery person phone rings he cuts the call and not pick the call. Delivery person stolen my products. Kindly escalate and connect with delivery person. Delivery person contact number: [protected]. He didn't even pick the call mentioned the product has been delivered. I need my products. Worst from ekart. Everyone knows ekart is from flipkart. Stealing money from the people from leeches. How come the delivery person not picked my call from 10.10 to 10.35 pm on 10th october. 11.40 pm my product has been delivered. I called him at 11.47 pm also he didnt even pick. To whom he has delivered my home gate is with me. Stealing money is main moto from flipkart. Those delivery guys to be removed from the company. Stealing other persons hard earned money. Delivery person has taken my products to his home and using.
