I ordered 3 trousers from a website and when i received the order its completely damaged jeans with stains all around and packed in two separate
packing one is from ekart with my name. and in that packaging another packaging was there with other name on the product

    Delay of 5 days in delivering my product

    Issue - I'm seeing again the same pattern in my Phone delivery as last time in 2022

    My I phone has reached the nearest EKart hub 3 days back

    The deliveries never happened on the said date, it is now postponed

    I visited the E-Kart Hub, but no one was assisting me in tracing my order and they had no information

    When it shows my phones have been at the E-Kart facility for the past 3 days, why no one is helping me to trace them, why there is a delivery delay?

    And like last year, it will get canceled automatically giving the reason - Delivery boy is unable to reach your location

    This time I have 2 phones ordered (Refer to images for order ID and all the details) - I request you to interfere and address if there is fraud going on at the E-Kart facility near me or what is the case

    And let me know, will I get my I phone's or not? If not, at least I should not wait, and suffer the waiting trauma again like in 2022 and in the end have a pathetic reason from Flipkart to cancel my 2 phone

      Firstly I have ordered Google Pixel on Friday 6th October on Flipkart, I waited for 2 days after that order reached my nearest location though it was not delivered so, I cancelled that order.

      Then, again I reordered the same item on 8th October, and it reached to my nearest location on 9th October morning, though it was not delivered to me yet, today is 12th October. Also no one reached to me from Ekart Logistics too.

      I have spoken to support team quite a few times, but no resolution is provided to me nor the item is delivered.

      This company doesn’t care about their plus member customers and doesn’t take any action against delivery wish master.

          Flipkart grocery order id: od[protected]. I ordered grocery products on october 8th. I should delivered by october 9. So i selected preferred timings 3.30 pm to 10 pm. But order out for delivery on 10 october. At 10.01 pm delivery person called me, i am driving so i couldn't able to see the mobile and pick the call. At 10.15 pm i called the number he didn't even pick the call i called him so many times his number is waiting status. Till 10.35 pm i called him he didn't even pickup. So i thought delivery will be scheduled next day. To my surprise around 11.45 pm i got notification that my order has been delivered. How come main gate is locked the key is with me how he will deliver. After the notification also i called him he didn't even pick the call. Today (11 october) also from morning 7 am to till now (9.15 pm) delivery person phone rings he cuts the call and not pick the call. Delivery person stolen my products. Kindly escalate and connect with delivery person. Delivery person contact number: [protected]. He didn't even pick the call mentioned the product has been delivered. I need my products. Worst from ekart. Everyone knows ekart is from flipkart. Stealing money from the people from leeches. How come the delivery person not picked my call from 10.10 to 10.35 pm on 10th october. 11.40 pm my product has been delivered. I called him at 11.47 pm also he didnt even pick. To whom he has delivered my home gate is with me. Stealing money is main moto from flipkart. Those delivery guys to be removed from the company. Stealing other persons hard earned money. Delivery person has taken my products to his home and using.

                Order not being delivered from nearest hub

                I ordered Iphone14 from Flipkart on 7th Oct'23 (Order ID-OD[protected]. My order reached the nearest hub - Sahibabad on 7th Oct'23 and it was out for delivery twice (7th and 8th Oct). On both days it went undelivered due to operational issues at Ekart's end (tracking ID FMPP[protected]). The delivery agent number is not reachable whenever out for delivery. There is no proper explanation being given for the delay and Flipkart is not...

My order each and every time marked cancel or rejected or reschedule, why?? Few delivered few not. Amazon delivery far better than ekart. Loyal, and trustable

                    The product i.e. Google Pixel 7a was ordered on 7th October, 2023 around 0130 hours on Flipkart. The expected delivery date was same day i.e. 7th October, 2023, 2300 hours. I didn't receive the product that day and I have called flipkart 4 times regarding this but they are not supportive about it. The product has reached it's nearest delivery station on 8th October 2023 at 0220 hours. Today is 10th October, 2023 1909 hours and I still have not received the product.

                    I would like to request immediate delivery of the product as well as compensate in terms of monetary basis for the inconvenience caused.

                      I had an email on the 9th October 2023 from Shiprocket that the package is out for delivery. Unfortunately it did not turn up for delivery on the 9th.
                      So on the 10th, I called Ekart at 10.28 AM on [protected] (from Ekart website) who then asked me to wait for a callback from Ekart.
                      At 10.29 AM somebody (who later identified himself as Mr Rajesh to me ) called from [protected] and said that the package can be delivered today but I have to pay Rs. 5/- (five only) in order to start the process. I suggested I pay in cash on arrival, but he insisted that I pay instantly via UPI/Netbanking/Credit or debit card. He sent me a link via SMS as follows :

                      I initiated the payment with my credit card. When the OTP did not arrive for several minutes, I rang him on [protected]. He checked something at his end and then told me that OTP is on it’s way. Few seconds later I received the OTP via SMS from my credit card but the OTP was for a transfer of Rs 19, 999/- and NOT Rs 5/-. (I can assure you that I had not initiated any transaction for Rs 19, 999/- recently).
                      This person insisted that I share the OTP with him over the phone but I never did. In fact I objected vehemently and raised questions about his credibility.

                      He then told me that he will return the package to the seller and put the phone down.

                      As you can understand I am extremely distraught with this and would never trust EKART if this outrageous irregularity is not investigated and corrected urgently.

                        Undelivered unsuccessful without calling me

                            Hi,
                            I have ordered iphone 14 and redmi note 12 pro 5G on flipkart and it is promised to deliver by 8th and 9th oct. But both of the product not delivered. I raised a query to flipkart team regarding delivery issue, they provided ekart logistic issue. So i visited directly to ekart logistics office and check with their employee. I get no response and very harsh behaviour from them. One of the person said your order missed somewhere. This should not be the answer to paid customer.

                                I recently placed an order with you, Order SRTC[protected], for two cargo pants worth 900 Indian Rupees. However, upon delivery, I received two worn-out and unsatisfactory pants that do not match the advertised product.

                                  This is rgarding my recent order on Flipkart, which was dispatched through Ekart Logistics with Tracking ID FMPP[protected].

                                  Over the past two days, my order has been marked as "Out for Delivery, " yet regrettably, it has not been delivered by the assigned delivery person. I have made several attempts to reach out to the delivery personnel, but unfortunately, my interactions have been met with unfulfilled promises and inconsistent communication. The delivery boy has repeatedly assured delivery at specific times but has failed to adhere to these commitments. To my dismay, the delivery is cancelling by the end of each day, a pattern that has persisted for the last two days.
