At 3:46 pm on the 7th of July 2023, I received a message from Ekart saying that my order from Pepe Jeans was out for delivery and will be delivered by 9 pm. It also had a number to call the delivery executive. The number provided by Ekart was dysfunctional when I tried to call them at 8:30 pm. I did not receive any order despite being at home throughout the day. At 10:00 I received an email from Pepe saying that my order has been delivered....

I want to cancel my pickup as I'm not available at that address anymore, kindly please cancel my pickup

I have been cheated by your company only I had placed an order which had a watch and a bluetooth airpod but when I opened the box after paying 1500 cash delivery I found a plastic watch in it The cost of which will be around 50 rupees only., I request you to refund my money it will be very kind...

The deadline of the product is 7july and the product is not yet delivered. The product is marked out for delivery but didn't received. I had an order scheduled to be delivered on 3rd of july 2023. Even got a message at 11am in the morning that it was out for delivery. They provided a contact number with protected pin. At 2pm, I called the del;ivery person to check the status of package. He replied rudely that it will be delivered by 6pm evening. I waited till 11 pm, but didnt receive the order. At 10:45pm, i got message that order was delivered.

and delivery promise on 22 th june but it was delayed on 23th june but till my order was not delivered on 24th june it was against delayed on 25th june what is this Ekart traking id is WSPP[protected] my order not delivered on time. Can you please explain me why order is too delayed....

we received two wrong products as return consignment instead of we sent through ekart . consignment details are the following

2 . SPYC[protected]

Delivery Person And the team leader stated that this is not their Fault and they cant do anything regarding this and they marked the item return to us.
We sent almost 100 consignment per day through...

I ordered campus shoes from Myntra and EKart is supposed to be delivering that on 30th June. Now when i check the order status. in my Myntra account it shows delivered.

The order was already paid.
I did not provide the OTP to anyone and still the order got delivered....
