What kind of attitude does your delivery person keeps huh? he was threatning me because i couldnt take the parcel i was out of station i order it long back. how to hell am i gonna tolerate this kind of attitude tell me? im filling a case against this seriously if you guys dont take any action im from kolkata barasat +[protected], +[protected] this the delivery person i am not well i went out station and he is talking rubbish with me...

I have purchased an item through flipkart and same was dispatch vide parcel no FMPP[protected] and item was out of delivery on 21 jun 2023.
Delivery agent reach my address and make a call I am drive the vehicle so I am late to receiving the call, after making call (near about 5 rang) delivery agent keep my item as 'customer rejected " by himself in first attempt without making contact with me.

Also I submit my feed back...

Product was opened and packed again..irregularly..delivery boys asking OTP saying that they have delivered already..before delivery itself..
Suspecting theft...

I didn't receive my parcel.But I got the massage that my parcel has been delivered.Neither I get any call from Ekart logistics or delivery parson.I am trying to reach you many times.But I couldn't.Please look into this matter as soon as possible....

my parcel tracking history not updated after 20 MAY 23 for which matter have
been escalated to BIGSHIP, but they told your parcel is missing thats why we
cant do anything.

Auto cancellation of my order no OD[protected] purchased from flipkart order cancelled without attempting by courier boy not even contavted after 4 day order cancelled...

Ekart executive delivered a package worth 800 for COD. On opening the package there were some useless clothwhich we did not order. There is no return address on the package. When called delivery executive he refused to take back the package. Seems like a scam....

Delivery service is very poor, I was ordering 2 pieces
But I found a piece. And I was trying to contact Ekart/Flipkart but not all numbers were in service.

I called on customer care so many times..still didn't get my parcel...it's expensive products which I bought from another city ..still I have been calling so many times to ekart customer care...they said me that they will deliver after 24 hour from 15 days ago...but today is 22 June and still didn't get my parcel..if I didn't get today till evening...i will go to police and file a complaint or I will share it on my social media too...

I was ordered a mixer grinder through flipkart on 9th June 2023, the offer delivery date shows June15th, but when i am tracking my courier I just found courier reached my locality but they didn't delivered that product yet. But after 2 days I checked again the status of my product they delayed my delivery and send the item back to motherhub. I dont know how is this possible. This is not the first time happen this issue, ekart has no credibility....

Ordered a product from CPB Foundation Chennai, on 9th June 2023 to be delivered to Bangalore. Received information on 11th June 2023 that the order had been dispatched to Bangalore.

For the next 9 days, I received no information regarding the status of my order other than a message from Shiprocket stating that it had been temporarily delayed due to an operational constraint in the courier network. The revised delivery date...

I had asked him to keep the order in the shoe box infront of my house as there was no one to collect the order.. but as I reached the home I was not able to find the order.. tried calling the number using.registered number and pin but the call is not getting...

My mantra product was delivered by Ekart. I have received the call also. there was two product under tracking id: MYNP[protected]. there was kalani Women Kurta and Mivi DuoPods P70. I have received the message on 13th Ekart delivery executive number [protected] pin 202.
another message on 14th with same executive number and pin 237.

one product i.e kurta is delivered but not ear bud.
kindly do needful....
