I order one product from filpkart the product is damaged but and my old product is rejected so your executive said that pay 1300 rs then he open the box. So i paid that amount and after opening the box the product is damaged so i returned but my concern is when you will refund my 1300 rs. If it is scam i will go to the costumer court and file a case against ekart and flipkart. Tracking id fmpp[protected].
Refund my 1300 rs as soon as possible. Because you know who is your delivery executive. If not i will go to consumer court and file a case against ekart.

I was to get my exchange of dove shampoo from Myntra on 19.10.2023. The delivery guy came in the morning while I was away from home and my mother was there to receive the order but he didn't delivered the product saying that it requires some authentication from app. When I was back home I tried to reach the delivery guy through phone which wasn't connecting again and again. In the evening I received a message of the product being delivered. I raised a complaint on myntra on the day itself. After 3 days of complaint, Myntra shows issue resolved with status of logistics team showing product delivered. Now I again tried to reach ekart logistics but with no success. The phone number shows not connecting time and again.

When contacting the customer saying your order would be delivered. But when contacting the Hub the response from them is that the order has been rejected, whereas i am receiving the message from the flipkart that the failed delivery attempt as i was not available but i was at my home whole day waiting for the product. Need to get it resolved asap as i have been waiting for my laptop from so long but no resolution even from the flipkart or the ekart side.

It's been 13 days, and despite my efforts to contact Flipkart, they have not provided a satisfactory response and are now disconnecting my calls. Please assist.

Sir, I order a Shoes in Flipkart. But it was rejected by someone at a delivery time. So I want my product which was ordered by me. Please accept my complaint and give my product.

The delivery agent did not call me beforehand and I don't even know whether your delivery service has really delivered my order or not. I want my order to be delivered immediately.

It's my humble request to you that please deliver my order as soon as possible because it's already too late and i am very consious as well as anxious about this because after 7th october there is no any further update in the shipment details. The promise date was 10th oct. but it was not delivered on that day then after it was said that it will be delivered in 2 business days but again it didn't. Now it's 23rd oct. dear and still there is no any update regarding my product i received, this was not expected from the backend team you people broked my trust and never try to contact me atleast once a time... Please team i want this product to be delivered ASAP or atleast you people reach me with a proper resolution...I tried a lot to contact with senior and concern team but no one gave me a satisfiable answer...Am i mad dear? please try to understand na... you people are my last hope please don't broke me again as well as don't loose your loyal customer.. I m at the last stage of my patience level dear plzz cooperate with me and try to deliver it ASAP!!!

The delivery agent should atleast call before delivering. No calls, nothing and it is written successfully delivered. I don't have the order, just where in the world did your delivery service take it. The ekart delivery executive of the area is not even picking up the calls. I want my order to be delivered immediately to me you irresponsible delivery service.

The undersigned has ordered Cotton Half Sleeves Polo T-Shirt for men. However, today the undersigned has received the order and surprise to note that the packet does not contain the required and ordered product but it contains certain shirts which are totally damaged one. The undersigned request you to take back the product and immediately return the amounts. In case, the packet is not taken back and amount of Rs.999 is not refunded, the undersigned will approach the appropriate forum and take required steps as available in law including seeking damages etc. The undersigned has already sent an email in this regard on [protected]@palkstreet.com.

I m raising this complaint against delivery boy who came deliver my order and denied to give.His behaviour was rude blame me to be drunk and denied delivery asked me collect it from ekart hub I want you to take strict action against it.also deliver my order as soon as possible

I about to receive a order from myntra. that Tracking ID: MYSC[protected]
I received a SMS on 12th October that my order is out for deliver. with delivery agent phone number and pin that is ( [protected] Pin 175 ) But Agent never call me.. but I called him to ask till which time hi will come so that I will be at home for receive that order. Hi said I am not going to deliver your order and I am not coming at your location to deliver one order only may be I will deliver tomorrow. And on 13th October again I received SMS for out for delivery with phone number and pin. Again I called on that number and delivery guy said I don't have your order i left that to Sir and disconnect the call. I think hi talking about hi left that order to his boos at office. after that I keep calling that guy but hi never answer my call. Now I don't know where is my order. I called myntra and everywhere but no luck. I need that order anyhow. I know that order is near by my location in there HUB but I don;t know there address so that I can collect that myself from there. This kind of cheep service ekart proved they are to totally fraud. I think they took my order them self. If Yes Then I thknk ekart is thief also. ashamed on you ekart and mynta yu are doing this kind of fraud. I am going to attach some screen shorts please check them also..

Am not getting my product and not getting any pickup because one day when I cancelled the order at the time of delivery he is saying that you will not get any order now onwards is the company work on behalf of that employee they don't have any other employee for delivery. I am very suprised with that words and but am seeing that this is working I think you all are working under that delivery boy. I will wait 2 more days if I got my courier on time otherwise I will go to consumer court for harrassing me and for wasting my time.

Friday 20th oct i got a call from ekart delivery person and asked to drop the parcel with watchman as i was in office but after coming back when checked there was no product delivered and also the number from which he called also was not connected again when i tried to call

I ordered Google Pixel 7A and the charger on October 11 from Flipkart. It was out for delivery on October 13 and nobody contacted me an it was updated as 'Unsuccessful Undelivered. (Rescheduled to:[protected]'. I waited again and it was out for delivery again on 18 October along with my charger. I connected the delivery agent and he delivered only the charger. When i asked for the phone he said he doesn't know about that. Again later that evening when i traacked my product in E-kart it was updated as 'Unsuccessful Undelivered. (Rescheduled to: __dd-mm-yy__)'. Now I don't receive any about the product. Very bad service by the delivery agent. I can't even cancel my order.

As per the location mark I was standing on the location and I have said to the delivery guy also. The delivery guy passed off the location and didn't told me about the location that i said to him. He called me after and said I passed off and cut the call. I called while I see him passed of but he didn't took the call. After few minutes he called and said he won't deliver the order which I have made payment and he was talking abusively and misbehaved to me.

Its being 18 oct 2023 its shipped but no one is reaching oit to delivery

My order number FMPP[protected] was not delivered, the delivery boy asked the OTP and he didn't deliver the item, i was asked him to deliver to a nearby shop but he didn't delivered
