I have ordered few products from Myntra which were scheduled to be delivered on 06.09.2023 through Ekart via Tracking ID MYSP[protected], MYSP[protected] and MYSC[protected]. On 06.09.2023 we got a call from delivery boy Mr. Saurabh for delivery of our product, but we were not at home that time, so we request him to either come on evening or reschedule for next day i.e.07.09.23.
We waited for whole day on 07.09.23 then we went to Ekart office to know about the delivery of our products. Then we got to know that our product got hold because Mr. Saurabh marked in system that our exchange products are mismatched. Then we contact to Myntra to remove the same and they told us that there is no hold marked in their system, issue persist with Ekart. Then we contact Mr. Mukul (+91-[protected]) he told us that he will talk to his senior and arrange to deliver our product on next day. Then again we wait for whole day on 08.09.2023, then on 09.09.23 we again contact to Mr. Mukul, he called his senior on conference, his senior told him to arrange to deliver product today only, after talk to his senior we were relax a bit.
But again on 09.09.23 our product got undelivered however we got a message at around 05:00 pm yesterday that our product is out for delivery, we contact delivery boy at 6:00 pm he told us that he will deliver our product at 07:30 pm.
Then today i.e. 10.09.23 we again call Mr. Mukul (+91-[protected]) at 12:30 pm he talked in very rudely manner today, again say that he will arrange to deliver our product today.
Ekart office is hardly 1 km away from our home but your delivery partner still not unable to deliver our product from last 4 days. Kindly take action against them, a company’s reputation can be on stake due to some poor/ irresponsible people.

I ordered 2 cargo pants worth 899 and received a kid's jeans. Please refund me. The scamsters by the name of Fast Lane Tracks / Faction Hut need to be punished for running ads online and defrauding customers. Also the ekart logistics is of no help since they delivered the product with wrong address and are not willing to take it back. Please help, the order was on COD. This can be easily resolved.

I ordered from FACTION HUT containing Adjustable Fit Cargo Pants. I received wrong product item which was totally different from what I ordered. I want to return the product and get a refund of 899.

I ordered ladies cargo pants but I got a damaged and used men jeans ..i want my money back.

I had ordered some products from wow.com and they had shipped the order but the courier partner did not picking up its been 4 days they are doing the same thing over and over again.

I made 4 return requests on Flipkart regarding my product MI BAND 3 which I received on 15th August . All my refund requests got verified and accepted by Flipkart . But the main problem is the pickup which is to be made by EKART LOGISTICS ( Raiganj ). They are not even trying to pick my parcel from my address and not even trying to call me regarding this, but at the end of the day they are marking the pickup as unsuccessful or as I was not available or I lived in a residential area etc...
Even my last pickup was for yesterday (8th September) which was again not made or tried but in the end of the day it was marked as Pickup rejected with the reason that there was a product miss-matched.
THE RAIGANJ EKART LOGISTICS TEAM AND MANAGER TOO ARE ALL INCLUDED IN THIS FRAUD AND TRYING TO FOOL BOTH FLIPKART AND MYSELF .
PLEASE LOOK INTO MY PROBLEM AND TAKE ALL THE REQUIRED AND POSSIBLE ACTION AGAINST THE MANAGER...

I[censored] people can't deliver the the item by given time then there is no use to surprise... Such a bad customer service... Not even responding.. Nxt time I don't prefer your service... I'll raise this issue to the next level.. I[censored] can't deliver on time... U should have call the customer with a reason... Thats the best customer service

I ordered Joggers combo pack of 2 through Motion Style page in Instagram. The received item for a Kids jean and the seller address was mentioned as " B Brand KASRA NO 5 NEAR LUXMI, DARAM KA TA, North West Delhi 110042. We tried calling the number which was mentioned in the seller address - [protected] but the number was unable to connect and it was registered as Fraud. We do checked with the delivery partner to check on this as it was COD but there was no response from them.
If it is COD, then it means EKART should pay the amount received to the seller and if they would have supported then definitely we could have caught that seller or would have returned but there was no response from EKART. Already many have fooled like this. PLEASE TAKE ACTION

On 31.08.2023 i has received a call from ekart delivery eceutive stating i have a parcel on COD for Rs 1000. i was not available at that time so just asked him to come next day. Afterwards, he had again called me on 01.09.2023 for the parcel and i paid him the money and collected the parcel, thinking that the other members of my family must have ordered something. As soon as i opened the parcel i had received a torn school shirt of some school in haryana of may be a 12 years old kid. This is the kind of scam we are facing with such leading delivery websites.

Ekart logistic moradabad is holding my package from last 3 days (Tracking id - SMGP[protected]). They're not delivering the product. while tracking the order in the morning status show out for delivery and in the evening it says rescheduled. while all of this there's no contact details anywhere so that a person could contact their office or delivery person. Please do the needful.

I have booked a mobile backcover from Flipkart and Ekart delivery person called and asked OTP claiming he is at my home. I was out of station at that moment. I shared OTP and I received message that item has been delivered.But later I got to know the item hasn't been delivered. It was already paid one. Please find a solution and send me my product.

I ordered two adjustable cargo pants and instead of that i got 3 mens t-shirt which was returned by 3 customers and the packaging have the names of those customers on it. Never recommend to order something they are nothing but big scammers.

I put in the return ticket for my parcel Flipkart today (05/09/23) and the pickup date was 8/05/23 and the delivery person came to collect it today itself.
I told him that if there is a date of 08 Sep, then come on 08 Sep only.
After that he spoke very rudely and said, I am cancelling the request, please put it back.
I told him to reschedule, and then he said that I did not have the option, I said that I showed you on...

Recently (today 4th sepetember, 2023 at 3 PM) I got my package delivered. When I opened the package, I found the wrong item. I need to return the same. Kindly suggest a way forward for the return. I tried to connect over the phone, but no one responded.

I ordered from Facebook advertisement. bounce back ab roller which is totally different design then currently received. also, quality is not up to the mark.
Product is ordered with cash on delivery method. they took lots of time. also, when package came, I received only text message about tracking details. there is no intimation given in mail. also, no updates given in mail till now. I think this is big fraud. do not order any item from Facebook advertisement.

This is the msg which I received on 2nd sept and they marked my product as delivered without informing me
And today it's 4 sept I have not received the product yet
And now he is not answering my calls too
