My delivery date was on 2 September and today is 3 September no response from them, they will probably cancel my order and force me to rebuy it with higher price . This is mental harsment.

    Fake COD order

    I haven't ordered anything through ekart or flipkart. But I'm getting Fake Cash on Delivery order worth Rs.999 claiming to be mine from the past 2 days. When i told the delivery person that it's not mine and he should take it back, then he asks me to share some code which is sent through sms. I haven't provided him the code due to security reasons....

    Was out for delivery from last 7 hours and making us wait for exchange delivery and now they are telling us to take the order from the office and are misbehaving, no. Professionalism, very unfortunate and disappointing from Such a big courier company, worst experience

      My Parcel is out for delivery since morning I'm contacting him for parcel related query the delivery agent is not responding to my calls .. this is not a professional behaviour from your side

          An order was made on 14 august 2023 from flipkart. Order ID OD[protected] was paid from flipkart pay later. The ekart delivery boy instead of pre-paid delivery took the cash on delivery through his google pay. The amount was rs 4019.The name of the delivery boy was Rajiv Das.

          This is a pure case of fraud against customer. As a customer I need to get justice against this fraud activity and get my refund back.

            I ordered a product from Myntra. E-Logistics was responsible for the delivery in jalandhar at my adress. The delivery guy didnt deliver the product to me and marked it delivered. I contacted him within 5 minutes after the app updated delivery status to delivered he accepted that he made a mistake and would deliver the order next day. But he didn't and i couldnt contact him on his number anymore.

                  I ordered 2 sandals from instagram online shopping and this ekart is the delivery partner, as I given below pictures. I didn’t get any call from delivery boy I was waiting for called. But I today check the tracking details but it’s showing order rejected how? I didn’t reject the order and I didn’t get any called from delivery boy.

                    I have ordered a product from Myntra it's courier agency for delivery is ekart logistics. I have not. Received the product I only receive the information that the is out for delivery through sms and than after that I received a sms that your has been delivered.                         Tracker id - SRTP[protected], this courier book through shiprocket, on 14th august, they pickup the parcel on 15th august, expected delivery date 17th august show on shiprocket, ecart show 19th august, but no tracker update, suddenly i saw Monday morning order rejected, RTO, with out any kind of delivery attempted show RTO Order rejected, but still now they not return my parcel, my parcel value 800 Rupees, please take action, return my parcel as soon as possible,

                                My replacement product it was supposed to be delivered on 21st of August but till now it is not delivered. Courier person called and said that you have to self-collect the product from the road we can't deliver this product at your doorstep. I told him I will raise a compliant against you he said you can very bad and stuck services. I already raise the complaint in Consumer Court but there is no update right now .
