The delivery agent who supposed to deliver me the parcel by 14th august, refused my calls more than 15 times and at 10pm called and simply said that he cannot deliver the parcel tonight. Even I called the customer care of ekart, they heard my problem and cut the cut more than thrice. today on 16th I am calling the delivery agent at 12pm, he said it will take around 3 hours to deliver it, again I called him at 4.30pm, he is refusing the told that he will be delivering after 7pm.I want serious action against Ekart
