Worst product i've ever seen.
They took Rs.849 from us but the product is not even worth of Rs.100. The material of saree is so different from the picture they posted....

I had ordered a purple kurta pant set from Dress Vista - Order No. 1848 dated 15-5-23. However on 20-5-23 a red sari was delivered. I had paid the delivery guy the amount Rs. 799. The tracking ID is WSPC[protected] and was delivered by an EKART Service Partner....

I order 2 little angel daiper and delivery date was 19 may delivery boy didn't call me and delivered the parcel i didn't receive the parcel but it show delivered i contact flipkart but he say place a new order because your order cod we can't help in there please contact the delivery boy who did this and tell to give me my parcel order no OD[protected]

My tracking no. PTMP[protected]. it's shipped on 17th may, from 17 may showing dispatch to motherhub faruknagar, after that no update even after 3 days, why?

I ordered a product from Flipkart.
According to Flipkart my order will be delivered by 18th of May 2023 but I still didn't get the order. Today is 20th of May 2023.

I have ordered LG AC from flipkart and now having problems to return the product but ekart don't pick up the product and canceled my return bcz of that my refund is not initiated.

Ekart logistics person doesn't receive my call and not responding regarding my problem of pick up..

He have give wrong feedback and canceled My return process.....

I had ordered a combo of tops form topsntunic.shopline.com with order ID TONTP21633. I had received jeans instead of tops and the ship was from denim zone new Delhi. I did not find the customer care number on the ekart website. I want to return my product but there is no any option for that....

Hi team,
The delivery agent named Durgesh who threatened me on call that why I ordered the product.
I told him that I don't want to took the product because the order was created by mistake.
So is this a way to talk with customer..

I am writing to register a formal complaint on your website regarding the misrouting and delayed delivery of my order by Ekart Logistics, which was placed through Flipkart. I am deeply dissatisfied with the substandard service and lack of professionalism exhibited by Ekart Logistics in handling my package.

i got a brandless wrong item with different colour product and when i bring it for the return the delivery boy refuse to picup it and he told me to bring the oneplus brand but i can't belive that i got brandless then where should i bring brand...

This is the tracking Id of the order SRTP[protected]. It is showing that they delivered the order, but in actual they not. I didn't received that order till date....

Combo of watch of 2 but I did not receive the same which I order my order ID is 1638 369 and my reference invoice number is PX 1638369...

I hve plce an order of three tshirt but deliever a wrong items even that two shirts is also damage in a list its written 3 shirt but thre it was only two shirt even all rhe two shorts are damge kindly call me [protected]...

Sir my shipment PCMP[protected] was picked up on 28th April. At the delivery, customer was unable to receive the OTP. After that I requested PICKRR which is aggregator to RTO the shipment. AWM No FMPC[protected] logistics team was suggested by my book return and refund But not a pickup by my product for 10 days above...

I put replacement on 2 products from flipkart. The delivery boy picked up the 1st product and I shared OTP but not yet I received replacement package. 2nd boy brought replacement package, I asked him to give my neighbor but didn't gave. In flipkart its mentioned as both products are delivered. I dont know wt to do....

The delivery man called me and asked the OTP and I gave him .I asked him to give to a shopkeeper near my school but he didn't deliver the parcel. I didn't get the parcel. I asked Flipkart about delivery mans number and they said the number is not updated.what shall I do now .please take action of the delivery man .
