The delivery agent willfully refuses to deliver my product. It's happening again and again. I called him to give my product but he didn't come.

I'm requesting you to look at this and solve the issues.

Consumer packages are thrown outside the flipkart hub of dindigul yhe packages as usually found outside hub minimum 18 hours a day more over the water are not removed on day to day basis the hub looks like corpration dusbin I request you to keep the hub neat and clean this hub is located in dindigul tamilnadu

Delivery of already used broken piece

I ordered a kurta set from Flipkart order id OD[protected] on the 11th of July through Flipkart. It was COD of Rs 989 however I received another parcel from Ekart of the same amount Rs 989 which didn't have a kurta inside but an old saree(definitely a scam). As I tracked that order the order was generated on the same day which means someone from inside Ekart is transferring this important information and scamming people

I am told by by Myntra to Handover the product of the delivery agent of Ekart. But delivery agent is deliberately canceling the pick up one day after many calls, he has to come to the door because he has other items to deliver.
I asked him about the written pick up product which he was assigned to, he he clearly said that he’s not going to pick up the written order as he has orders from his manager. He also claimed that its customers mistake that they received the wrong product. He also used some abusive language. And he ran off.

Order is at final pointbut they are not delibery, no call no contact nothing. Fed up wiyh the pathetic service.even thereis no option to contact them...what a third grafe service is it. At least let me kniw the proper location so that i can pick it up myself.
Utterly dissapointed and frustrated becasue of it.

I had ordered a chip from Electronics Comp, with order id:- #3014618 which was supposed to be delivered by ekart logistics with tracking id:- SRTP[protected]. But in the evening I got two sms within a space of two and a half hours, the former being an sms for delivery time and the latter a delivered sms.

The first sms was sent at 7:24pm and the second sms at 10:05pm. No delivery agent ever called me up. And now, it's shown "delivered" on the ekart tracking page.

I have not received my order yet. So I kindly request for either a complete refund or a belated delivery of my item.

I am Uttam Dash, I have ordered a air blower from flip kart on 20th may 2023. which was defective so I placed a return for that on 13th july . and successfully the pickup was placed every time. But the concerned wish master ( manoj and bishnu ) did pick up the parcel and updates false info that customer was unavailable each and every time.
I strongly believe that our officers are very loyal to customer and always do its best to resolve s problem.
It has been more than one and half month, so I'm requesting you to kindly resolve it.

The delivery person who was assigned to deliver the product created misconduct and mishap during delivery of the product. The order Id of the product was OD[protected] and the Ekart tracking Id was FMP[protected],

I didn't order anything but I received an order. Today afternoon i received an order worth 770rs. I paid in cod inspite of not placing the order. I want my money back. Fake order was delivered to me. In that some plastic utensils are there. Clear this issue as soon as possible and return my money.

Ekart Product tracking ID is FMPP[protected]. 10th Jul 2023, it showed in flipkart that it has been delivered but it is not delivered by delivery boy of Ekart.

At 3:46 pm on the 7th of July 2023, I received a message from Ekart saying that my order from Pepe Jeans was out for delivery and will be delivered by 9 pm. It also had a number to call the delivery executive. The number provided by Ekart was dysfunctional when I tried to call them at 8:30 pm. I did not receive any order despite being at home throughout the day. At 10:00 I received an email from Pepe saying that my order has been delivered. I have since tried to reach the delivery executive multiple times, but the number remains dysfunctional. On tracking my order on the Ekart website it is shown that my order has been delivered and received by me, but I am sure that no one at my household has received the order.

I have emailed Pepe Jeans asking them to ensure that the order reaches me as soon as possible. While correspondence is ongoing and I have shared all the details they have asked, I am yet to receive a conclusive response from them.

The customer service at E kart has been highly unsatisfactory with there being no viable way to lodge a complaint. The number provided, as mentioned earlier, does not work and automatically hangs up the call. There is no email address or alternate number mentioned on their website.

I am hoping for either a quick delivery of my order or a refund as my order has already been paid for.

I want to cancel my pickup as I'm not available at that address anymore, kindly please cancel my pickup

I have been cheated by your company only I had placed an order which had a watch and a bluetooth airpod but when I opened the box after paying 1500 cash delivery I found a plastic watch in it The cost of which will be around 50 rupees only., I request you to refund my money it will be very kind
