21 तारखेची डिलिव्हरी होती 21 तारखेला 1:30 डिलिव्हरी एकझिक्युटिव्ह ने मला कॉल केला 3 वेळा तेव्हा मी महत्वाच्या मीटिंग मध्ये असल्या कारणाने मी कॉल घेऊ शकलो नाही त्या नंतर मी 5मिनटात डिलिव्हरी एकझिक्युटिव्ह कॉल केला असता त्याने माझा मोबाईल नंबर ब्लॉक लिस्ट मध्ये टाकून दिला त्यामुळं माझं त्याच्याशी संपर्क होऊ शकला नाही मी संध्यााळपर्यंत परत ऑर्डर डिलिव्हर ची वाट पाहिली पण ऑर्डर डिलिव्हरी मिळाली नाही त्यानंतर 22 तारखेला मला कुठलाही संपर्क न करता डिलिव्हरी एकझिक्युटिव्ह ने माझी ऑर्डर कस्टमर नॉट रिस्पॉन्स मध्ये टाकून दिली
माझं एवढंच म्हणणे व्यवहार सत्याचा करा खोटं करून कस्ममर च नुकसान आणि ekart लॉजिस्टि्स च नुकसान आहे सोबत सगळे जोडत आहे.

Courier person irresponsible for delivery.yesterday his cng empty and today whole day pass away not delivered product.at night he delivered product but product was open and wrong quantity product.i have ordered mamy pocopants pack of 2 quantity 34 pieces each.but I received 1open packet of 30 pieces.

I have ordered a trimmer from Flipkart, and they couriered through Ekart logistics with airway bill no. FMPP[protected] and i received the Tampered Product after a delay of 4 days, its packing was open and and some items like cable, Warranty card, user manual, Bill etc inside package was missing and was opened only by the courier company and not by any one else as the product was with them only. Also there was no flipkart packing available with the product received. The Ekart is responsible for such unexpected and untrustworthy acts.

Delivered parcel not according to order.
A combo set of 3 new shirts ordered by me.
But 3 old/used/poor quality shirts in the delivered parcel. It's not according to order. Company cheat me.

I received broken po product so I request to return but the courier partner do not come and reject it courier partner do two times reject my product without saying and coming

I need my material on urgent besis.
But how can ekart person directly canceled my order.
No one comes to my place for delivery.

My order was out for delivery on 18th june 2023 and delivery executives called me and said come to the address that is 5 kms away from my given address. I refused to come there as I'm remaining busy with my work and they ask me to cancel the order, I objected on that by saying who are you to ask me for cancelling the order. And today on 20th june. I once again got a call and I was once again asked to visit a place which is 4kms away from my given address. After many requests to come to the given address and deliver the parcel but he didn't listen and said do whatever you want but I'll not come there. While checking the order tracking it is showing that the order couldn't deliver due to the unavailability of the customer. How is it fair, fault is theirs and on that they are blaming the customer by saying the customer was not available.

Had ordered linen shorts for rs.1200 on cod, but recieved a torn and used tshirts which are not even good to mop the floor, dint expect this from ekart,
And now when im trying to contact them, its near to impossible.
Please help me get a refund

Ekart executive delivered a package worth 1200 for COD. On opening the package there were some old shirts which we did not order. There is no return address on the package. When called delivery executive he refused to take back the package. Seems like a scam.

Ekart logistics, a seller of Flipkart has been constantly delaying our order, and there is no way we can contact to them
We ordered a gaming laptop worth 1, 09, 000 rupees from Flipkart on 15th July, 2023 and the product was expecte dto be delivered on 17th July 2023
On 17th the ordered got delayed due to unknown reasons and shifted to Tuesday, 18th
Even on 18th the order was out for delivery but the seller marked our product as "unsuccessful undelivered" without our consent, the guy didn't even step into our society!, when we tried to call them they never picked up our phone and left the phone on "busy"
Today is 19th July, the order was expected today but yet it was delayed, the package didn't even leave the motherhub, and now when we try to claim the package from the warehouse itself they deny us without giving any reason

Even the Flipkart customer care is bad, they didn't help us even a bit, they couldn't even register a consumer complaint even after requesting them for so long, this is seriously so unprofessional as they don't even have contacts of their own sellers

This company ekart does not even have a customer care service, we cannot call them from anywhere
It is a request to take legal action on such companies who provide fraud services and waste people's time and money

The ekart logistic is giving me small calls and not calling me on my alternative mobile number before few months a logistic took my product and cancelled it without my permission thanks to ekart now there is otp for cancellation too please see that i get my product as soon as possible which i ordered from Flipkart order id OD[protected]
