This courier company delivered one item on rs 1000 cash on delivery yesterday to my home which is not ordered by me. My parent unknowingly collected this item by paying cash. Today they delivered same item to my house on cash on delivery again .today also My parent unknowingly collected this item by paying cash. this order don't have any details on who has sent this or any phone number .
They are doing some illegal business by sending some items in courier and collecting money as cash on delivery.
Kindly take action against this company.

    I ordered from MCarespareparts.com of rs 1867 on 2nd August. Shiprocket assigned to Ekart(fraud) estimated date was 6th August. Status was misrouted. & from 8th no status in tracking page. Today (14th) Merchant is saying once the product returned we process the refund. I did not suggest or advise them to assign to Ekart.

The status was misrouted. & from the 8th no status on the tracking page. today is the 15th of August Product has not delivered ¬ even been returned to the merchant. Merchant is saying until getting the product returned we can not refund.

        I placed tha order for motorola g32 on 8 Aug 23, expected delivery date is 12 Aug 23. Delivery man come on 13 Aug 23. He will not delivery the package due to say me issue about exchange. I asked tha delivery man I already put low price. As per Flipkart policy. But he has not understand. He told me that again other person come next day on 14 Aug 23 . But no body to deliver tha item till the time at 0830 on 14 Aug 23. When I checked or track order detail were shown that delivery rejected. But no body to come delivery.

          I have order 10 items from myntra on 30 of july but have not received yet 1 order some of the order are getiing cancelled without my consent and order are getting delayed day by day myntra coustmer care executive are also not doing anything nd ekart also wrost ever companies i have ever seen

              We ordered a washing machine through Flipkart 11.8. 23 whose order no is OD[protected] which was to be delivered on 13 AUG 23 we get a phone call ([protected]) from a delivery boy on 12 AUG at 8:30 pm who tells me to give the otp we will be in 10-15 minutes They come and deliver but after that the delivery boy switched off the phone and did not deliver my product also. Around 10:00 PM I got a message that the item has been delivered while we did not receive the item. E-KART Logistics Tracking Number - FMPP[protected]
              After the message, I tried on the previously contacted number([protected]/[protected] Pin :101 ) but it didn't get connected

              It was a paid order and I really don't know what to do.
              It's really not good to make your customers suffer like this .

                    I had placed an order online from Flipkart on August 12, 2023 for 1 quantity of Redmi Note 12 PRO PLUS 5G phone with specification of 12 GB RAM and 256 GB memory. The payment was made online through CC along with the exchange discount for the old phone. The order was to be delivered on August 13, 2023.

                    I would like to raise a complaint against the delivery person from Ekart services for EKART ORDER/TRACKING ID FMPR[protected].

                    The Delivery person was very rude and arrogant. I had asked him a few questions politely, however he was very rude and said if you want to take the delivery take it otherwise I am leaving as I have other work to do and I don't have time. When he checked my old phone (for exchange) and there were some issues and I paid the extra amount of 2050 online he handled over the delivery and then when I asked him to unbox/wait till I unbox and check the product(As per the instructions mentioned in Flipkart), he was not willing to wait and he said it's not out duty and was rude again and was going to take the product along with him without making delivery. I was forced to give him OTP without even unboxing and checking the product.

                    Kindly take strict action against him as he told me upfront to do whatever u can and even asked me to raise a complaint against him and he was pretty sure that there will be no action taken against him . He said that nothing will happen to me and I wl continue being the same way I am. Also he asked for my name and he said he will make sure that in future there is no Ekart delivery service given to me.

                    Such unprofessional behavior is not expected from a reputed organisation. Request you to solve this issue at the earliest and please make sure that the delivery person does not harm me in future. Also please make sure that whatever orders I make in future are delivered on time without an inconvenience.

                        Dear Customer Support Team,
                        I placed an order for a MasterLander 2.0 (Order Number/Tracking ID: NMB[protected]), but unfortunately, I received a different item instead.Upon receiving the package, I immediately noticed that it did not contain the MasterLander 2.0 as expected. The item I received is HIGH HPROTECTION QUICK COATING SPRAY. This is a clear deviation from my original order, and it has caused inconvenience and dissatisfaction on my end.I kindly request you to urgently address this matter and provide a solution to rectify the situation. I would like to receive the correct item, the MasterLander 2.0, as per my initial order. Alternatively, I would appreciate a prompt refund or an arrangement for a replacement to be sent to me without any additional charges.

                          I ordered 301ltr fridge from flipkart and it is a open box delivery. They showed me opening the box... The fridge has dent on it and i asked for replacement instead they cancelled my order. I bought that fridge in sale with approx 9k discount and now because of your lazy executive fault, my order got cancelled and wrote a lie about the reason of cancellation on flipkart page.

                            I have played my order on 6th August from WowSkinScience and it was supposed to be delivered on 11th August. But till now it has been on their Anand Vihar warehouse and whenever I tried calling them they are not picking up the calls. The delivery agent denies and call and put fake reasons that the customer was not at the location or the number was wrong. This is not the behaviour I expected from such a company. Very disappointed.

                                  One of delivery agent of EKart has called on 12.08.2023 and informed that a parcel from Ekart is to be delivered. He asked for COD payment for parcel tracking ID PYC[protected] . So, COD payment was done on trust of Ekart. I was not at home . However, the delivery agent asked for payment throught PhonePay number [protected]. So payment of Rs.754 was done. I thought it may be ordered by my family member. However, on reaching home, it was confirmed that no one has ordered such item. The product is in damaged condition. Neither any shop name nor any company name is reflecting inside packaging. It seems that my address and contact number is misused and some fraud is going on. Therefore, you are requested to provide details of the seller shop name/company/website from where it was sent to EKart for packaging, so that further complaint may be raised.

                                      I had ordered a pack of Cargo jeans about a week ago and today 11/08/2023 an ekart delivery man had came to deliver me that parcel. Later when I opened it there was only one jeans and it was old and dirty and wasn't the one which I had ordered.

                                        I placed an order of Vitiligo Relief Ointment online from Limbana shop on 7th August 2023. Which I have received on 9th August 2023. The delivery boy who came with the order. He sent a Ekart message of order cancellation Instead of order delivery, on my mobile and asked for OTP 7263. Not paying much attention to the message, I gave the OTP to the delivery boy and also paid Rs.700 in cash to him. When I opened the parcel, there was some other stuff in it and neither was there a bill in it. And the message that I received was the message of order cancellation, which I could not read carefully at that time. Kindly refund my 700 rupees by taking action on the delivery boy.
