    I placed mobile phone order number OD[protected] on[protected] from my flipkart account. Whose delivery date was[protected]. But no delivery was done by ecart and the next day when I went to ecart office and inquired, they told that this order has been canceled by our staff. For which the ecart head accepted the mistake of his staff and asked to re-order. But till now I have not received any refund and now the price of that product is more than before. I want my refund with compensation for such wrongdoing of ecart service. Otherwise I will file a case against ecart logistics in consumer court.

      Hi! For some reason i couldn't received otp in my phone no. Even after trying many times. And my parcel was kept on hold. The delivery person told me to contact the company where i place the ordered, which i did and they refer me to contact their delivery agency and today they are attempting to deliver my parcel again. So i am writing this in a hope that you would come up with the solution to my problem. My order is from other company not from Flipkart.

        Worst product i've ever seen.
        They took Rs.849 from us but the product is not even worth of Rs.100. The material of saree is so different from the picture they posted.

          I had ordered a purple kurta pant set from Dress Vista - Order No. 1848 dated 15-5-23. However on 20-5-23 a red sari was delivered. I had paid the delivery guy the amount Rs. 799. The tracking ID is WSPC[protected] and was delivered by an EKART Service Partner.

                  Ekart logistics person doesn't receive my call and not responding regarding my problem of pick up..

                  He have give wrong feedback and canceled My return process..

                      The delivery agent named Durgesh who threatened me on call that why I ordered the product.
                      I told him that I don't want to took the product because the order was created by mistake.
                      So is this a way to talk with customer..

                        I am writing to register a formal complaint on your website regarding the misrouting and delayed delivery of my order by Ekart Logistics, which was placed through Flipkart. I am deeply dissatisfied with the substandard service and lack of professionalism exhibited by Ekart Logistics in handling my package.

                        The timeline of events clearly showcases the mishandling of my order:

                        On Wednesday, 17th May, at 1:50 am, my item was received at the nearest Ekart Logistics hub in Farukhnagar.
                        Subsequently, at 3:51 am, the item arrived at a Flipkart facility in Farukhnagar, indicating that it was on track for delivery.
                        Shockingly, at 5:47 am, the item was misrouted to New Delhi, despite being already in the correct location.
                        The item then arrived at a Flipkart facility in New Delhi at 9:14 am on the same day.
                        However, instead of being dispatched for delivery, it remained at the New Delhi facility until the next day, 18th May, at 8:04 am.
                        On the expected delivery date, 18th May, I received a notification stating that the delivery could not be made and would be delayed for the next three days.
                        To add to the frustration, on 19th May at 5:01 am, the item left the Flipkart facility in New Delhi, further prolonging the delay. The estimated delivery date has now been extended to 21st May.
                        This sequence of events clearly indicates a serious mishandling of my order by Ekart Logistics. Not only was my item misrouted to the wrong location, but it has also caused a significant delay in the delivery, which contradicts the initial promised timeline.

                        I would like to bring to your attention the inconvenience and disappointment this delay has caused me. I placed the order with the expectation of receiving it by 18th May, and now I am compelled to wait until 21st May, which has resulted in unnecessary frustration and inconvenience.

                        I kindly request your intervention in this matter and urge you to take appropriate action against Ekart Logistics for their negligent behavior. I expect them to rectify the situation promptly by ensuring the immediate delivery of my order without any further delays.

                        Furthermore, I would appreciate receiving compensation for the inconvenience caused, as well as an assurance that such incidents will not be repeated in the future. Ekart Logistics must be held accountable for their failure to meet the promised delivery timeline and their misrouting of my order.

                        Thank you for providing a platform for consumers to voice their grievances. I trust that you will address my complaint and facilitate a resolution in a timely manner.

                            Ekart services does not deliver order on given time their staff are not telling proper information my order I'd FMPP[protected]
                            They told me that your order is not in my warehouse

                                    Sir my shipment PCMP[protected] was picked up on 28th April. At the delivery, customer was unable to receive the OTP. After that I requested PICKRR which is aggregator to RTO the shipment. Now in the tracking status the shipment is showing as delivered to seller whereas I have not received. When I mailed this regarding to PICKRR they said it will take 10 working days. It has been almost a month now and customer is waiting for the order. I searched on the internet. Ekart doesn't have any customer care. Where do we contact? Request you to kindly provide a contact number of let us know where the parcel is. We will go and collect the parcel ourselves.
