I have order a mobile with exchange in Flipkart, i will stay only Sunday in the address which I had gave in delivery address, I am waiting from this morning but I did not got any message or call from e kart logistics, may be by the evening they will update a message that customer no.is not reachable or not in location we will attempt delivery on tomorrow, this is the third time I have experienced like this.

    Why a delivery boy insist for OTP to deliver a parcel, when he is delivering at designated address and view the order details in customer mobile.
    He can verify by alternate methods.

      Dear sir,
      I am ejaz ahmad this is my return id [protected]
      And this is my tracking id MYNROO31288242
      I am facing the problem for long time approx 45 days and more but I don't have any solution because the deliver agent was not call me for the pickup my return order till now and he was cancelled my pickup id everyday
      The delivery agent vehicle RC no. Is BR33AG9216
      and my area pin code is 848134
      The delivery agent misbehave with me
      And when I call him to know to what's time he came from my house to pickup my return order he was not give my answer and disconnect my phone call without my permission . This is last complain from my sidd. If I still do not get any response from the ekatr logistics side, then next time I will file a case in the consumer court.

        About order delivery

        I have ordered a product from Flipkart and my product is showing out of delivery in the Flipkart app from 2 days but I didn't get any call or msg and when I am calling the number which is given in the Flipkart app the person is not attending my calls for more than 10 times. My product tracking number is FMPP[protected]. I didn't like the service at all you should not treat a customer like this....

        I have placed an order from flipkart and due to the Size issue I was raised return on 18th may as flipkart promise Date they should pickup on 23rd may till now ekart logistics didn't send any update regarding pickup today is June 2nd they are updating in flipkart as they are out for pickup but they are not coming they are telling as unforseen issue itseems

        Very bad service they can pickup from 500090 in flipkart it was showing...

I got the message saying that the order will be delivered by ekart logistics. On[protected] I got message saying that the order has been delivered, but i didn't get my order.                   On 21st April, 23 we have recd one product from flipkart OD[protected] through Ekart logistics and cash amt rs.700/- collected by E-kart logistics .but we have not ordered this product and requested to return the said product but till date no one has pick up product .also not refund rs.700/-. hence first solve this issue then we will talk about another order .

                              I am a medical student of college Aligarh. All people of my locality is fed up of a delivery boy aged around 22 to 26 delivering products in here. He is very abusive, rude and harsh. We have complaint many times but no action has been taken.
                              When I asked him about why the parcel was open to which he gave rude reply and said "whatever".
                              The region where he deliver is 202122, Chherat kasimpur mod, Aligarh, UP.
                              Take action against him or I'll take this issue to court.
                              Enough of his foul language and actions.

                                  I recieved the following msg containing the information about delivery of my order:

                                  Out for Delivery:nameplate SKU:[protected] with tracking ID SRTP[protected], will be delivered today by an EKART Service Partner (call [protected], PIN 186). Share this delivery code 058515 with the Wishmaster during the delivery as a part of our secure delivery process.

                                  However,
                                  After repeatedly calling the delivery partner he has given false promises and absurd reasons to no deliver the same. He changed his statement several times about the delivery and several excuses were given.

                                  Request you to look into this and ensure the same is delivered to me at my address which is

                                  A-173, FF, Sector-46, Noida- 201303 Near Gardenia Glory Apartments.
