I have registered a query for the return of my product but no information has been received by me till the date. I want my product to be returned as it is very costly and its available at a very low price as compared to this. I want my refund and return the product but no response has been received by me.

A delivery boy named Virender came from Ekart to deliver the product, who spoke very rudely, he has come here many times, his behavior is very bad. That's why I want that this person should not come here to deliver the product.

Ekart Logistics is not delivering the flipkart groceries basket to my pincode 689666.

I’m a Plus member of Flipkart and have been regularly purchasing Flipkart Groceries for hefty amounts to the pincode 689666 since more than a year. But for the last 15 days the Flipkart's Groceries service is shown as unavailable to the pincode 689666 reason stated as logistic partner issue at pincode 689666. The Ekart Courier service provider [Address: Ekart Logistics, 7QHJ+MPH, Karimarathinal, Pathanamthitta, Kerala 689668], has shown discomfort to us while delivering the grocery basket several times in the past.Now, the Grocery service of Flipkart is not showing availability to this pincode with the reason stated as Logistic partner issue in this pincode 689666. Please resolve this issue. The delivery agents of this Ekart hub doesn't like the customers like us purchasing groceries basket via Flipkart.Please resolve this issue and help us the natives of this pincode 689666 so that we can purchase groceries from flipkart same like before.

I Have ordered a back pack (Bag) on[protected] and delivery date on[protected] but still i cant receive my order and its showing delivered on[protected] at 09-56PM and iam cross checked by my side and its surely not delivered. I had ordered a cordless portable high pressure spray water gun for my garden but the box I received today 12/06/2023 seems empty and the Ekart delivery boy who delivered this product not picking the phone [protected] . Now I want to return this product and want my money back. Please take a action and get my money back. otherwise I have to complaint to consumer court and also to the press.

My post was delivered unknown person without my permission, i didn't received any call from delivery boy side. I visited to collect my document to bank they said post already delivered. I want to know to whom delivered I want my document as soon as possible below given LR No for your reference.

The deliver man parked his scooter touching my car bumper. When I asked my security guard why couriers vehicles were allowed into parking and not stopped at the gate, the security man said he will park away from my car, but instead went away. I had to make repeated called and then he left the delivery at the gate. He asked for OTP and at that time I was still giving my security a dressing. I told my security guard that he was useless and at time, this ekart deliver man, called me from his phone, and yelled at me, saying that I called him useless. I was shocked. I told him, all this instructions and yelling was between my security guards and me. They shld not have allowed an outside vehicles inside the parking lot, that too touching the bumper. This ekart deliver man sld have simply deliver the goods and returned. He made such a song and dance if something which was not even connected to him. Horrible service

I had order Philips BT3101/15 trimmer orderID : OD[protected] from Flipkart on[protected] and delivery was on[protected]. I had chosen another address so it went there and when the delivery person called I said to cancel the order he said that I'll have to say an OTP for the cancellation si I shared the OTP and the next thing is that the order status updated to delivered and verified at doorstep when I didn't even receive the product so I called him and said that it's showing delivered si atleast deliver it to the address I have entered he said that he'll deliver it in half an hour but after that he wasn't receiving calls and now we can't even call him. Contacted the customer care Flipkart they said to wait for 24 hours we waited but no help. So I'm filing a complaint.

Very bad experience with the delivery of ekart delivery boy. Firstly he used very bad language during call and his tone was also very bad. Then he updated the delivery status as delivered but till now he has not delivered my product. Which is purely a fraud. Such persons should be punished to avoid such instances in future with other persons. FIR should be lodged against such people to avoid such kind of frauds. I at my level has lodged complaint with local police authorities. But your company should also take necessary steps against such employees and these kind of employees should be terminated. Hoping and waiting justice from your side.

I ordered Jack&Jones track pant from Flipkart which order ID is – OD[protected]
When initiate return request from Flipkart then I received a message from Flipkart your pick up has been scheduled on 10 My 2023 after our letter I received message from Ekart that was your pick up has been scheduled delivery person out for pick up today and after one hour one of your Delivery partner came for pick up and he collected Jack & John trouser from me after 23 hours later I received one of Msg that was send Flipkart there is mentioned that your return is rejected due to product is mismatching when I track my product on ecologist website then I can see their My pick up has been rejected .. but delivery person all ready took that product and he didn’t sent to flipkart neither given me back.. i am sharing his tracking id - FMPR[protected]
Can you tell me where is my product.. flipkart has been blocked my account.. and they are charging money for this which one i used buy from Flipkart paylater.. I don’t have that product

My TV delivery has been delayed with no track of where the shipment is on Ekart site .
Neither Flipkart nor ekart is helping with expediting this and delivering this to me by 11-06-23 as i cannot be at home on weekdays & i am new here in Pune so no one else is volunteering to take my Delivery .

While Flipkart agents keep giving same process verbias of will be delivered by 14-06-23 without caring that i can't be there on the home address after 10:20 as i have office & will return at 12:00 AM .

Sir my request is to plz help me get my order
On 6th june my order is to be delivered named as jayanta barman its a open box delivery but due to some reason i wasn't available to have the order as i was in border duty so i asked the delivery to have otp as deliver the order on gate
He said that its oky i will place the order so i trusted him but he haven't place the order on given address

I ordered Marathon Water Proof Everyday Cricket/Runniug/Training Shoes
and it delivered on 2nd June, when I opened the package it was a wrong article and was a used one. The box contained black leather shoes and it was used one with covers on it. I talked with flipkart customer care and they said that they will replace it,

I ordered a panasonic AC from flipkart on 3rd june and 6th june will delivery shows.now product is out of delivery till now nobody will contact me from ekart i try to call them too but all they contact are not reachable OD[protected] this is my flipkart order id and as well ekart FMPN[protected].even i can't cancel this product also i send mail to ekart and flipkart but nobody will respond.please help me to solve this As soon as possible

I did not get salary amount right now. in the hub everyone got salary amount. I was asked the vendor and he say that in our system...

Even after 3 days and continuously follow ups order not delivered yet as per commitment. Call not got connected to Ekart partner/person/driver.
When connected his arrogant talking/behavior towards consumer. In Pune location I had face this issue repeatedly.
On the other hand AMAZON service is very quick.
Please look into the matter and revert.
