On 10th may seller Ajay Sahu registered a parcel at 6th Mile Guwahati office of ekart for delivery to me at Kolkata, the AWB no is NMBP[protected] and handled by ekart employee Dominic. Since 10th May there has been no movement to the parcel and it shows still being stuck at Guwahati. The estimated delivery date is 20th May but I doubt something must be seriously wrong. Please look into the matter urgently.

        Firebolt smart watche order in flipkart on 5th may 2023, my order in reached in local ekart courier agent on 11th may 2023, but courier agent inform to me come and collect product in before 3km from my home, this third time ekart logistics courier agent given trouble for my orders, every time he not delivery product properly to my home address, still I am not received my product, my order still pending in courier agent, so please take immediate action to ekart logistic courier agent.thanks

          I had ordered a sofa from Flipkart on 02/05/2023 with an order id OD[protected]. And the delivery was assigned to Ekart. When they first came to deliver, it was difficult to lift it through the staircase so we agreed to take that order back. They mentioned that it will be at their office for 7 days and I can get the delivery anytime in that 7 days. Then I called customer care and decided to take the delivery. I have called the delivery guy number as the status was showing out for delivery but he didn't pick up even after multiple calls. They didn't attempt a delivery again but as per policy they should try 3 times. As per our complaint to flipkart it got rescheduled multiple times but the delivery guy didn't show up. It got cancelled automatically without any prior info after few days (9th May) and got refund.
          I have ordered it again on 6th May as I know older one will get cancelled. It showed a delivery date as 11th May and it went to out for delivery on 11th May. And it is still not delivered. Like before I have called Flipkart and they are rescheduling it multiple times and mentioned that they can't do anything as it is with Ekart,

            Hello, I've ordered my product (ensure vanilla bib) from flipkart on may 5, 2023 and it was about to be delivered to me on may 9, 2023 by ekart logistics (my tracking id: FMPP[protected]) of which they didn't delivered my product to me that day. They didn't even call or sms me and they are reporting that they have delivered it to me that day i.e., on may 9 of which i haven't received it. Please resolve my issue ASAP.

              Sir I am bubuna majhi.I was to be receive one of my parcels on 5th May as wish master refused and I went to the nearest hub but they also didn't take any action against her wishmaster and he denied to help me so I request you to kindly arrange a strict action regarding with them and try to delivering my product as soon as possible

                Hello, I've order my product from flipkart (order id: OD[protected] which was about to be delivered to me on may 9 by ekart logistic which I've not received it till now and the tracking status is showing that it has been delivered. They (delivery boy) didn't even call or text me. Please resolve my issue. Thanks.

                  I don't know his name but his phone number is--[protected].. That delivery boy behaviour is not so good very short temper guy.That boy call me and told me that I will deliver your parcel at around 7.30 at night but dint received.and again he call me at around 9.30 and asked me the OTP for delivery.see how can I give OTP without my parcel.And that delivery boy has cancel my product.For this kind of delivery boy only your courier service is 2 ⭐⭐.so you must take action against that delivery boy.Your courier service is good but delivery boy service is very bad.And I think that delivery boy has drunk also. So please take action against that delivery boy

                    I have ordered a wireless Bluetooth of JBL of worth 1599. But I got a Bluetooth of Sony which is duplicate and not a wireless . It has wire and very sound quality. Please resolve my problem and return my money.

                          I ordered 3 quantities of Mammypoko Extra Absorb Pants -XL on Sunday, 7th May, 2023 through Shopsy App.

                          Order ID - OD[protected] and Amount paid Rs.1158/-.
                          Attached invoice for your reference.

                          But only 1 quantity is delivered on Thursday, 11th May, 2023 through Ekart.
                          And in Shopsy App, it is showing that all 3 quantities are delivered.
                          Screenshot of the same is also attached.

                          I tried contacting Ekart service partner ‪([protected])‬ multiple times but it just asks for registered mobile number followed by 3 digit PIN and the call gets disconnected.

                          Please help to resolve this issue.

                                I have a order placed (tracking id-NMBP[protected] )from a small business but m number is wrong on the courier with just one digit, rest details are correct, the courier person first time came at 9:30 pm on 4 may( it's closed time for shop -address i gave was of my store)and was not ready to wait for a min to get the issue solve, the order got undelivered n rescheduled again n again for 4 times on the tracking site but no one coming to deliver, the person from the small business are not responding, please help me out with it, it's a prepaid order n they business is not willing to refund.
