I have ordered a product from flipkart but somehow I received very different product (used and local brand without any tags) i have complained about the same and flipkart also accepted my return request but ekart delivery executive is not picking up my product and cancelling it from his end continuously asking me to tell flipkart to mail ekart for picking up wrong product. From last 20 days i m facing the same issue.
So I request you...

One product has been delivered to my house on 10/04/2023 as cash on delivery of Rs. 690 /- when I was not at home. My old mother did not understand anything but paid the amount. I have not ordered it. please take necessary steps to return it and refund my money....

E cart delievery Agent not fulfill my delievery at my address. He use bad language and his behaviour is so bad. He spoil my day.
I request him to delivered my order but he use bad language and do bad behave with me.

Delivery boy didn't give product then also status of delivery is delivered...

I had ordered a monitor from Flipkart and the due delivery date was 4th April. and on 4th of April, it was showing out for delivery and it's been showing out for delivery since then.
