I am a medical student of college Aligarh. All people of my locality is fed up of a delivery boy aged around 22 to 26 delivering products in here. He is very abusive, rude and harsh. We have complaint many times but no action has been taken.
When I asked him about why the parcel was open to which he gave rude reply and said "whatever".
The region where he deliver is 202122, Chherat kasimpur mod, Aligarh, UP.
Take action against him or I'll take this issue to court.
Enough of his foul language and actions.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I recieved the following msg containing the information about delivery of my order:

Out for Delivery:nameplate SKU:[protected] with tracking ID SRTP[protected], will be delivered today by an EKART Service Partner (call [protected], PIN 186). Share this delivery code 058515 with the Wishmaster during the delivery as a part of our secure delivery process.

However,
After repeatedly calling the delivery partner he has given false promises and absurd reasons to no deliver the same. He changed his statement several times about the delivery and several excuses were given.

Request you to look into this and ensure the same is delivered to me at my address which is

A-173, FF, Sector-46, Noida- 201303 Near Gardenia Glory Apartments.

My product ordered from Protronics on 21/05/2023 which was supposed to be delivered by Ekart on 24/05/2023 but without delivering the product the status is showing that it is being delivered. Order No: #209610 and the shipping ID is SIPP[protected]. It is showing that product is delivered directly to me, even a PIN number for delivery was sent to my phone but no agent came to deliver or to ask for the PIN number.

Kindly resolve this case.

I ordered pampers diaper pants XL 34*4 packs with order ID number -OD[protected] and paid Rs.2730 online.The delivery date shown was[protected], but they delivered on[protected] only one pack with 32 pieces only but the label over the pack showing quantity 34 *4 packs.. Now the status is showing all items delivered .items ordered not yet received fully.Either I want refund money or deliver all the items ordered as soon as possible.
