      whomsoever it concern, i want to inform you that i reside in Neemuch (M.P) I do a lof of online Shopping, sometime i get wrong size or product so i have to place return or replace request . i never get any issue with any delivery partner except EKART Service, whenever i place any return request, our areas operation Executive (RAVI MEHAR) reject product by giving wrong reasons so i request you to take action against it, else i have take any legal action against all the team

        Order delievering data was schdduled for today ( 29th April, 2023) and the order has not been delivered. The delivery man asked me the address by 9:10pm and the order has not been delivered yet neither he is picking up the calls

          Recieved a parcel and it was a fake order. Message which came was below
          Ekart Update: Premium Printed Colourful S... with tracking ID SPYC[protected] from Shipway, will be delivered today before 9pm (call [protected], PIN 145).

          This message came from ekart and delivery boy took 1500cod using gpay .package contained fake old clothes source unknown. Opened things infront of delivery person only.Went and returned the parcel but they are not ready to take action.they said they could have helped me if it was cash and not gpay..I told them they can still update system so that ekart should not loose money to the fraud sources ordering and sending those packages.We are all trying to become more digitalised for the growth of nation but these kind of fake things scares us with nightmares. How can our nation progress of small things like this are not taken care and big companies like Flipkart not supporting customers with these issues

              I am shubh tamrakar, i order from Arian Enterprises S-210, 2nd floor, vardhman siddhant shopping Plaza, Savita Vihar East Delhi, awb no. is SRTP[protected], Parcel is 5 kg salmon oil, Arian enterprises sent the parcel with proper packing with weight 5.8 kg, but we received the parcel only 636 grams, we saw the parcel is different, kindly check & revert, Parcel will be changed by mistake it looks like this.

                  Ekart delivery person used a really very bad abusive language to me. They cheated me I lost my product and also money but still they keep on calling and visit my home again and again this is annoying. Return product was already taken but they come asking me for it. How harassing I'm in total loss.

                    You have a new franchise at Pakyong Sikkim, which is providing the ekart services. I had an item to be delivered with tracking id SDLP[protected] by the franchise but instead of delivering they called me to pick up the item from their office. When i enquired about home delivery one person said we have not started home delivery. When we order online we pay for the home delivery either by customer or the firm selling the product and not for personal pick up. I told this to the person but in between one staff by name sikha rai rudely interrupted saying we cannot deliver every where as there are too many parcels coming. She even boldly said my name is sikha rai and you may complain about me.
                    Are the persons at the ekart suppose to be rude? when we pay for home delivery are we suppose to go to ekart office and receive our items? kindly provide me with proper answers so that in future this kind of situation may not arise.

                      I Couldn't receive my parcel From last 1 month after Complaining to my Area ekary office manager...I bought a product from flipkart on 27 march and I made a Online payment But I didn't receive my Parcel...after that I Gone to ekart Office...Manager said That our delivery boy delivered your parcel from last 5 days ago (3rd or April) But i can't receive a single Call from That Delivery boy and still i Can't recieve that Parcel till now(28 april)...after that issue i Couldn't recieve any parcel From Ekart Team My 4 parcel deliveries are Pending...Please Help Me Out From This Issue ekart office adress...Pincode - 182301, Katra(Vaishno Devi), Jammu and Kashmir.

                        The delivery executive is deliberately refusing pickup of my product. It has been about 3 weeks. He does not contact me or visit my residence for pickup. Although he knows where I live, he refuse to pickup. And cancels pickup citing fake reasons. When I call him, he speaks rudely, very very impolitely. And when I complained against him, he comes home to threaten. And spoke very angrily. He doesn't even know how to speak to women, he was shouting and spoke angrily. I have the video proof. Ekart has not responded to my complaints or mails.

                            எனது வேலை நிமிர்த்தம் காரணமாக கூரியர் அழைப்புகளை என்னால் ஏற்க முடியவில்லை, நான் எனது வேலை முடிந்தபிறகு அவரைத் தொடர்பு கொள்ள முடியவில்லை.எனவே நான் எனது வீட்டிற்கு தொடர்பு கொண்ட போது எனது தந்தை மிகவும் மன வருத்தத்துடனும், வேதனையுடனும் கூரியர் டெலிவரி காரர் தகாத வார்த்தையில் திட்டுகிறார் என்று கூறினார்.( கோபத்துடன் உங்களது கூரியர் காரர் எனது தந்தையை மரியாதை இன்றி தகாத வார்த்தைகளில் பேசி இருக்கின்றார்.) இதற்கு அவர் மீது தகுந்த நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும் என கேட்டுக்கொள்ககிறேன்.

                            28.04.2023 அன்று காரைக்கால் - பேரளம் வழி கூரியார் கொண்டுவந்தவர், அவரது பெயர் தெரியாது ஆனுால் எனது ப்ளிப்கார்ட் அக்கவுண்டில் அவரது கைப்பேசி எண் இருந்தது.

                            கஸ்டமர் கால் பிக்அப் செய்யவில்லை என்றால் அவரை மாலை நேரத்திலோ அல்லது அவரது கூரியர் பேக்கிங்கை தக்க காரணத்துடன் நிராகரிக்கலாம்... ஆனால் இவரோ அப்படி செய்யாமல் எதற்காக சம்மந்தம் இல்லாமல் எனது தந்தையிடம் சென்று மாரியாதை குறைவாக நடக்கவேண்டும். இதற்கான விளக்கத்தை தாங்கள் எனக்கு பதிலலிக்க வேண்டும்...

                            Due to my busy schedule I could not accept the courier calls and I could not contact him after my work. So when I contacted my home my father very upset and hurt said that the courier delivery guy was verbally abusive. He is speaking in inappropriate words.) I request that appropriate action be taken against him.

                            On 28.04.2023 by courier from Karaikal - Peralam route, his name is not known but his mobile number was find in my Flipkart account.

                            If the customer doesn't pick up the call, he can be rejected in the evening or his courier packing with a valid reason... But this person should go to my father for no reason and be disrespectful. You have to answer me the explanation for this….

                                  I had ordered a USHA table fan from Flipkart and it was supposed to be delivered on 25th of April. It was an open box delivery & was not returnable, so had to be checked by delivery person before giving him the OTP that I received as per Flipkart guidelines The delivery person came near my house & called me out of my house which is on first floor. I went there & asked him to come upstairs & check the product to which he rudely refused. He refused to come upstairs to deliver the order & also to check it. I even asked him that I would open the box in front of him, so at least he had to be there so he should come as if any defect was there, I couldn't return it. He grossly refused delivery as well as checking and took away the product with him. Then the delivery was rescheduled for today & I received a message saying product is out for delivery, but he neither called me nor came for delivery. So I called him on the number provided, to which he responded but said that he won't be delivering the order today & maybe he would deliver it tomorrow. Since I had faced delivery issue already so I told him to please come tomorrow as it is already too late & also that he has to check the product, only after which I would give him the OTP to again he refused saying that I won't do that and disconnected the call. This person is causing mental trauma to me by his unprofessional behaviour & delaying the delivery of my order. I urge strict action against this delivery person & request prompt and hassle free delivery of my order.

                                    Product dispatched to my nearest hub yesterday but still not delivered why is that, and why they keep products with them for 2 days and deliver. There is not hard and fast rule to wait till expected delivery date, they can give early so that customer is happy. Other shopping site delivers fast. Ecart team should really work on this,

                                      Today a cash on delivery order received by my mother by paying 1500 amount.
                                      But when then contact me we check nobody can order this product or nobody in house can get message for product delivery. It is a fraud delivery by your company. Please cancel the delivery order and refund my amount .

                                        The above consignment has been delivered to me today against COD payment of Rs.1099. The consignment slip on the packet does not display the sender's details. Moreover, the product inside the packet is not as promised. MRP of the product delivered to me is stated as Rs.590 on the box. Thus there has been an attempt to cheat me and your services have been used in the process.

                                        I enclose copies of the consignment slip and the product box showing MRP to make things clear to you.

                                        I request that payment should be withheld and arrangements be made to return the product to the consignor.
