Dear Ekart,

I received my order from one of your delivery boy named pardeep ([protected]) but parcel received by one of my family member who didn't know about this online shopping. Package I received not as per my order package. It might be possible that shuffling of parcel or removing so some quantity done by your delivery boy because payment transfer to your delivery boy mobile no i had sceenshot of that also or by the vendor. You are requested to take the needfull action on the urgent basis, if it not done by your delivery boy than you are requested to provide detail of vendor with their address.

    I am raising this complaint to report an issue we have faced with Ekart Logistics. We have received two orders which were not ordered by us. When we confirm that parcel was not ordered by us, they send a cancellation code to Mobile which they ask to share. We are not sharing any code received on Mobile as we think this can be part of a fraud. These orders are being sent against my Wife name Kiti Dnyanesh Mantri. Below are two tracking IDs

      Delivery boy is not answering my call and he is not taking my return and replacement it's paid and I need my order please do needful now I m out of station please deliver the given address.i tried to contact his personal no.he is not picking the call.i send so many messages he seen and he not replied.my friend call him he told he can't deliver and take return.plze do the needful.

        I order one Home theater the delivery guy told me he will not deliver to home so I went office and collect the item .when I opened 2 speaker was damaged so I gave replacement now the item came he is not delivering to my home address now m in UAE so my friend call the delivery boy but now also he is not coming & taking the return and delivery I already paid 4000 . I need the Delivery today .how this delivery boy can say like that he cannot take return & he can't delivery.

                The delivery boy didn't take moy exchanging mobile phone . He says that my phone has dents. But my phone has minimal line no dents . That's why he asked me, i have to pay 1300 to get the mobile. I have exchange mobile on flipkart earlier, but this time i faced a worst experience, although my mobile is totally freash condition the delivery boy did it to me. He says me to if I don't want to give money then i have to cancel it by calling him and told him that I'm happy with my own device and not want that mobile now. The delivery boy did it to me totally wrong . I have never faced this kind of problem with Amazon quriar service. Because they don't use 3rd party qurier service . I have been a genuine customer of yours but You guys are totally unethical service. Very bad experience.

                    I would like to bring into your notice that i am facing lot of issue with flipkart and E kart services. This is 4th time that i have ordered and not received my product. It is really frustrating to get this kind of service from a reputed brand. Earlier also this E kart people had mentally tortured me with my delivery.
                    My location is also very easy to access. Amazon easily deliver product in my home than why not flipkart????

                    Recently tracked the parcel and it is in titwala hub which is just 15 min away from my home, yet they are sending back my courier to thane hub without even trying a delivery attempt.

                      I have purchased a cycle from flipkart and the installation to done today I.e. may 7, 2023 by 12 pm. We are waiting since 5 hours and we are not able to go outside because of waiting for this task. It's too much ridiculous that no one is responding to calls and the calls are disconnected mANY TIMEs. It's not a professional behavior, installation time should be accurate and it could he variable by 30 mins to 1 hours but nor for the whole day on the day of holiday. CUSTOMERs who are working, have to do many household task on weekends and we are waiting for this ###.

                            We book a phone from Flipkart ekart courier.
                            Expected delivery date is 5 may but automatica delivery branch reschedule date to 8 may 2023. Its a second time.. very very very bad service from ekart. We will never booking in ekart logistics.
