I had ordered a USHA table fan from Flipkart and it was supposed to be delivered on 25th of April. It was an open box delivery & was not returnable, so had to be checked by delivery person before giving him the OTP that I received as per Flipkart guidelines The delivery person came near my house & called me out of my house which is on first floor. I went there & asked him to come upstairs & check the product to which he rudely refused. He refused to come upstairs to deliver the order & also to check it. I even asked him that I would open the box in front of him, so at least he had to be there so he should come as if any defect was there, I couldn't return it. He grossly refused delivery as well as checking and took away the product with him. Then the delivery was rescheduled for today & I received a message saying product is out for delivery, but he neither called me nor came for delivery. So I called him on the number provided, to which he responded but said that he won't be delivering the order today & maybe he would deliver it tomorrow. Since I had faced delivery issue already so I told him to please come tomorrow as it is already too late & also that he has to check the product, only after which I would give him the OTP to again he refused saying that I won't do that and disconnected the call. This person is causing mental trauma to me by his unprofessional behaviour & delaying the delivery of my order. I urge strict action against this delivery person & request prompt and hassle free delivery of my order.

    Product dispatched to my nearest hub yesterday but still not delivered why is that, and why they keep products with them for 2 days and deliver. There is not hard and fast rule to wait till expected delivery date, they can give early so that customer is happy. Other shopping site delivers fast. Ecart team should really work on this,

      Today a cash on delivery order received by my mother by paying 1500 amount.
      But when then contact me we check nobody can order this product or nobody in house can get message for product delivery. It is a fraud delivery by your company. Please cancel the delivery order and refund my amount .

        The above consignment has been delivered to me today against COD payment of Rs.1099. The consignment slip on the packet does not display the sender's details. Moreover, the product inside the packet is not as promised. MRP of the product delivered to me is stated as Rs.590 on the box. Thus there has been an attempt to cheat me and your services have been used in the process.

        I enclose copies of the consignment slip and the product box showing MRP to make things clear to you.

        I request that payment should be withheld and arrangements be made to return the product to the consignor.

        I shall be grateful for this help from you

          At the day of delivery what happens! I get a message that delivery will be before 9 a.m but even after waiting for 2 hour I have no sign of delivery agent.They should be punctual of time or they shouldn't send message of delivering .Ekart executive should consider this issue of late delivery or it will difficult for them to grow. Ekart office is close to my home still I have to wait for hours.

                This order delivery date was 23 Apr 2023 but order not delivered . After that I raised concern to Flipkart they given me another date 26 Apr 2023 but now again I got the message from Ekart Update: Sorry, the delivery of Fire-Boltt Apollo 1.43... with tracking ID FMPP[protected] has been delayed. The delivery will be attempted in the next three days. Ekart. What rubbish this order is gift for someone who will be responsible for that.

                  Returning the product and refund related

                  Sir, I have been delivered with a fake product (which I came to know once after paying the COD amount and opening the parcel).
                  I wanted to return the courier that is delivered to me via EKart Logistics Surface via AWB#: SRTC[protected].
                  Have tried calling several times to the In-charge and they never responds back.
                  Kindly help me in returning the courier/ parcel and get me the refund of the amount that was paid....

                  Dear team,

                  I had ordered an item from flipkart which was to be delivered by sunday i.e. 23 april by ekart with tracking id as FMPP[protected].

                  But as per the delivery update it's been moving in the same hubs and not being out for delivery. Kindly find a screenshot attached for reference.

                  It's been a very long delay and no resolution until now has been found for the same. Your utmost support is required so the issue is resolved at earliest.

                        कंपनी ने अपने फ्रॉड प्रोडक्ट की एडवर्टाइजमेंट करके और अपने फ्रॉड कोरियर बॉय बना रखे हैं और आर्डर कौन सा शो करवाते हैं फिर दुबलीकेट आर्डर या डुप्लीकेट चीजें उसमें डाल कर पैसे लेकर चले जाते हैं ऐसा ही कुछ मेरे साथ हुआ है मैंने जो आर्डर किया था वह मुझे मिला नहीं खराब कपड़े उसमें पैकिंग कर के किसी और का रिटर्न आया हुआ कुरियर मुझे घर पर देकर फटाफट चले गए और उसके बाद में अभिन्न को कॉल कर रहा हूं तो यह मेरा कॉल उठा नहीं रहे हैं तो इन्होंने मेरे साथ 1200 रुपए का फ्रॉड किया है अंडरफिट नाम की कंपनी और एकार्ट नाम की डिलीवरी कोरियर कंपनी में इनके साथ मिली हुई है यह दोनों एक साथ मिलकर कस्टमर के साथ फ्रॉड करते हैं

                          PCMP[protected] tracking id is issued on 1st march but after 9th march no one connected us for any further delivery . My product is not delivered to the customer & i didn get any call back from Ekart team. Kindly return my parcel asap.

                              The product (AC) is not delivered, but marked as delivered in Flipkart APP. On the day of delivery the delivery guy came, after checking the product he said, Sorry sir we brought some one others product, will deliver your product the next day . After that I couldn't get in touch with the delivery person. I have been connecting with Flipkart Support on a daily basis, Till now no resolution provided. Its been a month and I don't know what to do, Could you please help me to get the product delivered and get the issue resolved
