Delivery guy is delivering the parcel at 9pm. Is this the right time to come and deliver? Asking to deliver tomorrow he's asking Cancellation Code as ..an OTP is sent please tell me I'll order tomorrow. He is trying to be over smart and talking very badly. I asked if he can deliver it tomorrow upto 6-7pm but he refused and said take now or cancel I'll come at 9-10pm only. Please have some action and improve your staff.

    I ordered a hot n cold water flask from flipkart. Product delivered. But product is very cheap quality and damaged. So I put return and refund request. On website they mentioned pickup date after 4 days. But pickup boy called me on next day for pickup. But I was not available that time. I asked him why u mentioned late date on mail and app. Then he promised me to reschedule the pickup. But no one contacted till my pickup limit days passed. Very bakwaas service

          Why my product is not delivered at 2 expected time . First expected time 19 April second 21 April and today is 22 April but not delivered in between time. It's show a vey bad service of ekart logistics. Delivery boy is fraud . He want to use himself my product. So please hurry up action with this complaint.

            Not deliver the product

            I boughtt a product from Beacoup Allus Hair oil on 10.04.2023. Ekart contacted us and they forced us to recieve the product from the office (our home is far from the working place; so we have given office address for delivering the product) in the holiday itself.                   I order a shirt from myntra . The shipment MYNP[protected] was out for delivery from KOLLAM EKART HUB the product was not delivered but it is showing delivered in both ekart and myntra . I enquire my neighbour whether they came or not . They also don't have . Please find what happened

                    The delivery boy named Jayanta Saikia cancelled my myntra order as I asked him to deliver next day as there was nobody at home. Also at the time he called it was evening and we were out for some work and as the pH was in the bag I didn't hear it ringing so couldn't receive the call but called him back as soon as I saw the miscal but he was rude and said that he will deliver it in neighborhood when I said it's COD and to deliver next day he said it's not possible and asked me that an OTP has been sent to my number to give him I gave him without realising it was for order cancellation. As I always shop from myntra and was waiting for the order this person cancelled it. I request to take action against the person

                      I have ordered a tommy hilfiger tshirt from myntra but I received a totally different product which is not same as the picture shown.                           Dear Sir/Madam
                          This is for your information that I had order car dent puller Remover set of 2, which invoice no is Retail05085 and and Oder # WL6750 and received just now. I opened the pack and applied on my car but the instruments not functioning properly. So this is waste of time and my money. Request you to refund my money and take back your product immediately. In this packet the customer care no not mentioned only email. Please provide me the customer care no which I can able to lodge the complaint.

                              Dear Sir/Madam
                              My self Manas Rahman, I recently ordered one item in flipkart that is to be delivered through ekart. Yesterday (18/04/2023), the executive called me and I have given him enough details for the delivery. Instead of receiving the product I got a mail saying that item is delivered. But I or my family members didn't received the item so far. My order is cash on delivery only, but I have waited for 7 to 8 days for this item and now all I have is a delivered message but not the item. I tried to reach out the executive, but my call is not connecting since the item is marked as delivered. Please make a solution to this problem as soon as possible. The delivery boy had my item, then what happened I don't know. So, make an arrangement to get that same item to me immediately. If I'm ordering one more time, it will again take 7 or 8 days. And I think it is your responsibility to make sure that the ordered items are received by the customers without fail. I tried to call the customer care, but that number is not connecting. Yesterday I called flipkart customer care and asked for the contact details of my nearest hub in which the item was. They didn't given such information, they are only saying that, I need to make a fresh order. My question is why should I? I ordered the item, whether it is COD or bank payment doesn't matter, whoever delivering the item should make sure that it is received by the appropriate person. So, I'm eagerly waiting for your reply to this problem. If possible please give me the nearest hub contact details, I will verify with them.

                                I was just ordered Steelbired Half face helmet through Flipkart on 12th April 2023. The promissed date of delivery on 14th April 2023. I just check product by tracking through flikart account the product was arrived on nearest hub, Ekart Logistic Perambra on morning 14th April 2023. But now 19th April until today, the product was not delivered yet. I just ordered one more product along with above mentined product. but that product arrived promised date on 17.04.2023. I contacted flipkart and register complaint against the delay. They told me to wait 48 hrs from 16th April, today i just cintacted again to flipkart they told me same issue with courier partner and wait until 48 hrs again. This is not dare. The Ekart Logistic Perambra has low quality service. Its already on their google review, no one gave any positive review for their service. If you can understand customer satisfaction, the please take an action against Ekart Logistic Perambra, they have lots of complaint regaring the product delivery delay issue. I request you to take necessory action against them.
