Then again I have called them back and the person who was on call use bad words and misbehaved with me very rudely.

Hi, I'm a regular customer of Flipkart which products deliver by ekart logistics. But nowadays, it becomes worst as hell.
Every time the order get reschedule or cancelled by ekart end due to constraints faced by them.
Even, there is no cancel option to avoid order delivery....

Please do the needful for my Myntra order which was shipped via Ekart with tracking Id : MYNP[protected].
Parcel seems stuck/lost/stolen. Either make it out for delivery so that I can reject and cancel or cancel the order from your end....

Delivery delayed of an important order and it is showing unsuccessful delivery while in hub for 3 days and i have an important event going on and i haven't received my dresses what is this ekart, i thought you were the reliable but got know what actually happens behind, i want my order tomorrow at early morning, otherwise you will lost a customer and your hundreds of customers that rely on your honesty...

I have ordered 5 kgs of Sawafi Dates from a vendor from Maharashtra, they choose the shiprocket for delivery of my order. Shiprocket given the parcel to Ekart for delivery. My order reached my location on 3rd Feb 2023 and delivery scheduled 4th Feb 2023. But I didn't receive my parcel till now I e., 10th February 2023.
When I visited the Ekart office, the people who are working there are not aware of my parcel and not responding properly....

I ordered a product from some site called systumm clothing on 27 December, 2022 and they used ekart logistics as their means of distribution of the product.
Its 9 feb, 2023 today and i still haven't recieved the product. When i try to track to the order on ekart logistics website is shows marked : RTO order reject and date shown is 5 feb 2023.

This is with due regards, I am informing you that whatever I am ordering on shopping sites Flipkart and Shopsy, the products are not delivered to me, they are stlolen by your delivery person.
When my product comes, the delivery person try or show to contact me but when I reach there there is no one, they just act like this for stoling the product.
The products description which are not delivered but showing delivered...

Item VVoodland wooland gc1040111... with tracking ID FMPR[protected] was picked up on dated 06.01.2023 at 18:55 pm by EKART courier person with all accessories and tags from my address.

But behaviour and language of courier person was rude and uncivilized.
We are unhappy with your services.
So, kindly take necessary action against ekart courier person so that such incident may not...

I had ordered a mixer & grinder from flipkart but wrong product was delivered to me. So I requested a return pick up . the boy picked the return packet but I didn't recieved any OTP . pick up is on 31st january 2023
