One product has been delivered to my house on 10/04/2023 as cash on delivery of Rs. 690 /- when I was not at home. My old mother did not understand anything but paid the amount. I have not ordered it. please take necessary steps to return it and refund my money.

    E cart delievery Agent not fulfill my delievery at my address. He use bad language and his behaviour is so bad. He spoil my day.
    I request him to delivered my order but he use bad language and do bad behave with me.

            I placed a return request on 6th of April'23, and since then none of your delivery agents have contacted me but the pick up is being rescheduled again and again. I tried calling your agent in the number provided but he's continuously disconnecting my call and is not answering. Is that how they are trained to behave? I called him yesterday as well to which he said he will attempt the pick up in the evening, but no one came. This is highly disappointing and unprofessional. Please take the necessary action.                             I had ordered a monitor from Flipkart and the due delivery date was 4th April. and on 4th of April, it was showing out for delivery and it's been showing out for delivery since then.
                            this is the order id FMPP[protected]
                            also previously i had ordered a laptop from Flipkart and they delayed the delivery by one month. is this some kind of joke?
                            Today is 8th of April and the product is still out for delivery.
                            worst decision of my life was using Flipkart

                            update: i just got a call from Flipkart and they said that the logistics team has probably lost the product and i shouldn't wait for delivery and also cancel the order.
                            I'm just done with Flipkart. will never use it again

                                        Dear sir/ mam, office employees of ekart logistics (rambagh 211003) are treating some of the delivery person very rudely and some very nicely which is causing dispute us. Please help me by resolving this issue. And even some will abuse their power by scolding and talking to in harsh manner and threatening to terminate oir employment. I am saying this on behalf of the stressed employees
